These people are the absolute best. I got on the website at 11:30PM, 1 and a half hours after they close. I decided to make an appointment for the telehealth visit, and after payment I entered a virtual waiting room, I thought I would just make an appointment there but Dr. Schultz came online anyways out of nowhere and helped me. He was kind, compassionate and answered all of my questions with a smile. His assistant even sent me an email at midnight with my registration number. I mean, it can’t get any better than that. The best Dr. experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!

Just realized my card was expired so I googled a place in Ann Arbor to make an appointment to get it renewed in a matter of 10 minutes I found the website filled out the paperwork talked with the doctor I received an email that can be used at dispensaries until my card is mailed from the state. Couldn’t be happier. It was a real pleasure dealing with Dr. Schultz.

The application process was very simple and did not take much time. I was able to get a TeleVisit with Dr. Schultz right away. He was very compassionate and answered all of my questions. I was nervous at first but he helped ease my mind and made the whole experience comfortable. I even made a mistake on my application and had to call back the next day. Dr. Schultz fixed the issue right away and was still very nice and understanding.They have the lowest prices I have seen and you get your email to start using dispensaries right away. I will be going back for my renewal.

After my previous Facility let me down I contacted First Natural wellness and chose to do my renewal through the on line system which is incredibly easy to use. Shortly after filling all the forms, Which was very quick and easy I was led to a virtual waiting room and very shortly after I was speaking with a Doctor and My renewal was complete. This system they are using is incredible. I am so very happy that I did not have to leave the house. This is an excellent service and I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Got my virtual appointment via Skype less than 10 mins after application, Was on the Skype call for less than 10 mins with doctor (Doctor was very nice & friendly) Got a email within a hour stating I can shop medical using this email until my card arrives in 4 days. Excellent service, very reasonable price compared to others. Got card quick -- approved same day by state, hard copy in mail 4 days afterward. Courts still view recreational use as substance abuse, so if you use marijuana medically but have settled for buying it recreationally, keep that in mind. It is much safer to have a legitimate doctor recommend daily use so that the legal system will recognize your daily use as responsible rather than perceiving it as a substance abuse situation. Alcohol is legal but if you drink every day you are abusing it, and courts look at marijuana the same way these days.

I just saw Dr. Schultz online and he was super nice and efficient. The process was very easy and less intrusive than expected. I felt comfortable around him.

Top notch. Lowest fees we have found for doctor and state combo, dont have to go anywhere and can do it from the comfort of your home. Dr. Shultz is an awesome man, he took care of my daughter and husband and they got their approval from the state the same day as promised. He has it set up better then any place we have seen or been too via his telehealth portal where you enter everything they need. Definitely worth going through and when Im up for re-certification Im going to him too. 5 stars!

Received my card quickly. Dr.shcultz is super helpful. I did a telehealth appointment. It was super easy to do and I had my card within a week. I had an issue with phones but I contacted them through chat and was responded to instantly by a very helpful person named Lila. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get there card.

I only gave it one star because that’s the minimum I can give them.. I contacted first natural wellness on Tuesday this week and informed them that I had a group of 6 people coming in and asked if we should schedule an appointment, they kindly said “No you can’t make an apt for more than 2 people, just walk in on Saturdays and sundays...” I asked if today was a good day to which the guy said yes we open at 10 am... I showed up today with 6 people, ready to spend 1000$.. the front door was unlocked so we walked in the building only to wait for 15 mins to find no one was there? But the door was unlocked lol.. we called and heard a phone ring behind the desk, but still no one came, I walked outside and a guy met me in the parking lot only to tell me “ the owner just called said no doc today and they accidentally left the building open, sorry you have to go...” lmao needless to say I will never go back to a place so unprofessional, literally a joke of an establishment.

They never called me back, getting renewed elsewhere!

My aunt lives in this area and I decided to come with her while she was looking to get a card. And might I just say, WOW, this clinic was absolutely amazing! The office was clean and inviting and the staff was helpful and friendly. When we came in we felt so welcomed and comfortable. She had an appointment and we got seen quick and prompt. The waiting room had many things to keep me occupied, there was meditation-like music playing and they had some magazines including an interesting one called Natural Awakening. A wonderful brown haired man helped us and he made the experience that much better! I wish I caught his name but you could ask for anyone though, theyll see to that you leave quick and happy! Compared to other clinics in this area, this one tops them all!!

Excellent experience but wanted to wait until I got my plastic license before writing a review. 11 days total was all it took. very impressed. very educated people there. relieved to have the support. doctor was very thorough and provided better understanding of my condition than my family doctor. will be back for my followup to make it the ultimate protection.

After reading many great reviews I decided to come to first natural wellness. I drove from the kalamazoo area and was greeted to a very friendly and helpful staff that helped with all my questions I had. When the doctor called me in the entire experience flipped around. My girlfriend came with me and I asked if she could come in and he said nobody can come in with an eagles shirt and made her feel uncomfortable. I understand for confidential reasons its probably not permitted. I got into the office and he asked me 3 times if Ive ever been in any trouble and I told him no I have a clean record and Ive never been in any kind of trouble then asked where I work . I worked at ups for over 3 years and tried to explain my grandmother is very ill and doesnt have much longer left and I moved into her house and have been a caretaker for her because my mother and family needed me to take care of her and Im her favorite grandson so Ive been off work to take care of her. He told me Im 25 years old and live with my grandmother and he knows what kind of person I am and kept calling me a slacker. I didnt mind being turned down for medical reasons but I didnt even get to discuss any medical records with him he got very angry and told me to leave. I didnt give any problem and left his office and he came out of the office and yelled to his workers if he gives you any problems let me know and said I never want to see him in this building ever again. In my 25 years Ive never had anyone make me so uncomfortable and anxious. I feel he judged me because of my life and skin color .This was the most unprofessional doctor Ive ever had and he doesnt know how to treat people. Judging people for their medical records is one thing but when you act like you know someone and their life and stereotype them into some lazy person are two different things.

This place far exceeded my expectations! Very polite and HELPFUL front desk, and the Dr. was awesome. I was in and out a little over a half hour. I HIGHly recommend! Can’t beat the price, at $60, they are about half the price of others in the area.

I waited approximately 3 hours from start to finish, and it was on a walk-in only day. The patients tend to be mixed up and some people will be taken before you, but its only because of the paperwork and whose was fastest. The employees are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the doctor was nice enough. The whole process was relatively easy, and I didnt have any medical records on me. I was able to use my temporary license one hour later at a dispensary in Flint, MI.

I came here for my first certification a couple years ago, and came back and just got certified again, this is the only place I will go. They do everything by the book, super friendly, and super knowledgable and quick! They also are super helpful when it comes to the services and such! Highly recommend!

Just moved into the area and both my husband and i needed a new doctor. I found first natural to be very friendly and they took the time to listen to both my husband and I without feeling rushed. The doctors are very easy to talk to and seem to be on top of everything. The staff was very nice and their waiting room is comfortable and inviting.

So far so good! Employees are very down to earth easy to talk to. Mellow surrounding soothing music and most of all cleanliness! I grade an A for now. If I go home certified it would be hands down A+!

This place is very professional. The people that handle all of your paperwork are very nice. It is definitely a very different experience. The doctor that evaluates you is pretty hard on you. Dont be surprised is you come out of the evaluation room feeling confused or emotionally messed with. The doctor is a good man, they have to be hard on you though. That is the only reason I gave this place 4/5 stars. Other then that everything was great. They have refreshments in the waiting room.

I drove here from 1 hr. 3 times in one week because they never answer the phone. Why you ask? Because I thought the price was right and boy was I wrong. They are in a Super trashy back alley building that smells like urine when you approach it. I finally got someone to answer the door and got really excited because I thought I was finally going to get my card after the third try for $70 but when these super rude idiots let me in they acted like it was normal that they didnt answer the phone or the door and did not care how long I drove to get there or how many times ive tried to reach them. If that was not bad enough they raised the price 100% This was very unfortunate because I only brought what I was told to bring. Yeah I know Why drive an hour with just that amount on me right? I am on disability and this month has been very tight for me. So after 3 failed attempts because they wouldnt answer the phone, wouldnt open the door, and wanted to charge me 100% more I left still not legal. I really wish I can remember the name of the first place I went. If your thinking about going here you should abandon that idea fast. If you can afford a better place go there.

Really clean, professional place. The employees are really friendly and helpful. This is the first facility of its kind that Ive gone to and I felt very comfortable coming here in need of a card. There was no wait (I had an appt) and everything went smoothly. Make sure to bring your medical records - they require a full medical history.

I give them four stars for professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity. This place actually makes sure that you qualify, and is not a mill for giving anyone who wants it a medical card. DO NOT do a walk-in appointment. Make an appointment, and expect to wait 2 hours. I hated the wait, but I will trade that for a professional atmosphere, competent and caring doctor over a place that asks no questions, and signs off on everyone without a care.

This place is fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable. They are very professional and knowledgeable and do alot to make sure people understand the laws. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and paid $70 for 2 years. They offered to send my paperwork but I chose to send it in. Would recommend to anyone looking to get legal.

YES, the wait sucks but something like this would be shady if people were in and out in minutes. I appreciate the thorough information they give you on any question you might have. They send everything out for you so you do NOT have to deal with the state. Thats a huge plus in my book. Ive been coming to First Natural Wellness for the last five years. The staff & physician are always helpful and courteous. They handle all of your paperwork, including filing it with the state. I would easily recommend them for your obtaining or renewal of your card. They are awesome!

My wife and I went here last night around 6pm...no appointment made!! We was greeted by friendly staff and they was very professional...They treated us well...We only had to wait about a little over a hour to be seen and there was 5 people ahead of us!! They did a good job on answering our questions and made us feel at home...This place will truly build a relationship with you on your treatment plan and does follow ups to make sure everything is working out well for you if you qualify to be approved...they just dont hand out cards they make sure you qualify!!! I didnt give them 5 stars yet because we dont have our card yet but when my wife gets her card and my caregiver card I will definitely write another review!!!

Very rude, showed up on Friday to get card and was told by punk rock d-bag they were appointment only... So I asked if I could retrieve my application from weeks ago due to sensitive material and they wouldnt even let me in the building. Kid was lucky I didnt retaliate with brute force but if someone stole my identity, I still might! Dont waste your time with this place

Well I had all my medical documents ID voter card and it all went smooth. It took about an hour and half but I had a lot of medical issues I had to discuss and a lot of documents needed scanned. I just didnt know they were all cash business so I had to run to bank. Id refer people to them.

I only made it 1 star to be able to comment! I came in on Oct 25th to renew my license. They gave me 2 options to make my payment to the state. 1 was I do it myself or 2 they would do it. I was nvr given the option to pay only and get an email that day to be able to get my meds. I can not get my medication tell my hard card comes in the mail that can take up to 5 weeks LARA said . The state of Michigan has not received my paperwork or money that was paid to first natural wellness. Im starting to think this place is a scam. The staff was rude af and told me that I was a lier and they give everyone the option to pay online. I would have went with the online route cause it would have been faster. I will nvr come bck to this place and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

I came here for a walk in appointment and it couldnt have went smoother! I felt awkward going through this process but they made me feel extremely comfortable and were SO nice. The girl at the front desk was awesome and so sweet (not sure of her name but she had snake bites and dark hair!). Took me about 30 minutes to accurately fill out my forms, and I brought in my medical documentation showing my conditions and any prescriptions I take. Once I filled out my paperwork it only took about 15 minutes to actually get back and talk with doctor. Talking with the doctor only took about 10 minutes and I was approved and on my way! They even give you a temporary card to use for medication until the State of Michigan processes your application and sends out your physical card. However, I will say that I could not find any dispensaries willing to sell me meds until I had the physical card but it was still nice for First Natural Wellness to offer that to their patients. Bottom line is everyone there was amazing and the process was painless! I would 100% recommend this office to anyone who is need of a medical marijuana card. And dont let the bad reviews scare you, theyre probably from the people that are trying to lie their way into getting their card and got pissy when they werent approved.
