Lovely office. Spacious. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Misch and Marcie, made me comfortable, did a complete work up and explained what needed to be done. I had plenty of time to ask questions. So far so good!!! I have a better understanding of what the procedure will be like.

The staff is always amazing. I am not a fan of dental work but they do a very very good job. I am not afraid of my follow up visits.

Genuinely nice staff, quick (2min) & a $250 cat scan of jaw. In & out in under 10 minutes. But nice clean, color friendly and gracious staff.

I’ve never had so much fun in a dental office before! Dr. Bunek and his team made me laugh, we shared stories and talked like old friends. They made everything super comfortable and reassuring, although I’d never even heard of the procedure they were doing for me! I had nothing to be nervous about because not only was it painless, Dr. Bunek was quick and precise which left me happy and satisfied! Not only did Dr. Bunek give me a perfect gingivectomy, he impacted me personally by doing everything he could to help me (as a single young person) afford this procedure. If I could shout this from the rooftops I would: this office is the absolute friendliest, accommodating, caring office in the city. 5 stars simply aren’t enough!

Im still debating whether to go here for my LANAP treatment. I had to wait for a month in mid-June to get scheduled for a consultation in mid-July. Once I met the doctor for a consultation in mid-July, I had to wait another month for the procedure which was supposed to be today (mid-August). On the day of my procedure, I was told that I need to get my blood pressure checked by a physician to make sure they can do LANAP. Once I get an okay from my doctor, I would call to schedule and wait another month or two. I dont fault the doctor and appreciate his concerns, but the waiting time is too long.

Dont waste your money. They are all about the money even during bad times, billing department no hart. !Furnace went out had to cancel. Still charges cancel fee.then charged another fee that they told me would be covered by insurance . They are closed Saturday and Sunday, closed early Monday. They needed 48hrs notice business days. Total out of my pocket 702.00 and still no teeth . I would have rescheduled but not now .Sincerely Kevin Hurst

I have been going to Michigan Implants & Periodontics for several years. I am extremely happy with the care I receive. Dr. Misch is top shelf and I trust her wholeheartedly. The staff was very professional every step of the from scheduling to checkout. I was nervous but soon forgot about that as I saw the efficiency of the staff preparing for the procedure. Marcie explained everything and was so organized in setting everything up it was done in no time. Dr. Misch was great and I was immediately at ease. My god! Talk about moving mountains and executing it to perfection! I’m from Los Angeles and dislike all dentists & periodontists there, since they tend overprice & deceive you. I have severe receding gums so I had to save somehow to pay out of pocket, for a gum graft surgery. This wasn’t going to be possible in LA. So I did some research and called around several periodontists where my parents live in MI. I am so impressed with Erin’s coordination and efficiency in scheduling because we were able to book all three appointments (consultation, surgery & check up) at the busiest time of year. She was clear and provided paper work up front so I didn’t have to waste my time in the office. Kim was the sweetest and made me feel incredibly at ease with investing in this procedure with them. My well-being mattered and money wasn’t the main objective they were trying to get out of me like in Los Angeles. Now this leads me to Dr. Bunek ! What a pro and gifted perio. I had gum grafts done before on my top teeth in Costa Rica (with cadaver strips), but he had a quick less messy technique called “pin hole”. I was shocked how quickly three areas were done in my mouth. Most importantly he listened to the fact that I didn’t want my palate to be touched since I’m a singer. He was gentle, swift, and skilled. Not only this, but very very professional, knows his stuff, answers all questions, and treats you very gently, and with such kindness. I’ll fly out here every time and will pass on the word in LA .🤍🙏 So so grateful and blessed this season by them. Thank you !!!

First of all, my bad for not reviewing our EOB from the proposed treatment plan from months ago.Second of all, shame on you for charging patients for fees that you never submitted to insurance. Maybe because you knew it was not an appropriate charge? Also, if a charge is denied - not billable the patient is *not* responsible for that fee. Smells like balance billing and this patients mother is furious. Per Delta Dental, you charged us $700 more than the expected out-of-pocket.I really enjoyed Dr. Katranji and the front office staff that helped with scheduling. I also appreciated the kind woman I spoke to the day prior to the procedure & helped answer my sons questions. But, I was disappointed by the awkward and rude behavior by the assistant that roomed my son the day of the appt. There was an odd sense that she could not get me out of the room fast enough. It was very unsettling. Maybe the practice is not accustomed to treating pediatric patients?I was also disappointed to have no contact by the doctor after the procedure. I was provided a paper bag with a toothbrush, gauze and patient post-op instructions....that had ANOTHER patients name on it.I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was very very pleased with this clinic! I never felt the needle or the injection of medication. It was truly an awesome experience. Dr Bunek your are the best!!!! The staff at this office are best and ever so kind and pleasant and friendly. I recommend this clinic to each and everyone😍😍😍😍😍😍!

Excellent all around.

So all of my teeth failed due to taking medications my whole life. I had no enamel. Many teeth were gone, broken, had holes or were hurting. I looked long and hard for a Doctor and found Dr. Misch. I was so impressed by her. Her education, donating time to help people in need, and I couldnt find anything negative about her. So I chose to go to Michigan Implant Peridonitics. The minute I walked in I was greeted with kindness, happiness, and they made me feel like I was special and mattered. I chose to do the full permanent implants. It was more money but I havent regretted it once. I had no pain at all with surgery. I felt sore for 2 days on the upper and nothing on the lower. I have 6 posts on top and bottom and they healed perfectly. My temporary teeth are perfect. Im so happy. Im excited because we justed started making my permanent plates. Dr. George works so hard at it and has been perfect to the tiniest detail. I am so excited to be finished. Everyone is always checking to make sure Im OK and not in pain. I absolutely made the right choice coming here. I have no regrets and am so happy I came here. Now since I have gone through most of the process it is like I have become part of their family. Yes it is a lot of money and a big decision but if your going to do the full implants there is no decision. This is the place to come for perfect, pain free, compassionate dental care. ❤

Hard to find trustworthy professionals to work on your mouth. I had an abscess that two other professionals missed and cost me thousands of dollars in root canals and crowns. I wish I would have landed in the care of Dr. Misch from day 1. Very smart, caring, precise, empathetic. Advice..... do not shop around and put a dollar amount on your health. You go to the best of the best no matter what the cost.

I never thought Id be saying this, but I had an amazing overall experience with my oral surgery. I was referred by my dental provider after an issue that arose three days prior to vacation. M. I. & P was able to see me the same day and their office team and provider were very professional and made me feel comfortable. They were able to give me enough relief from my pain and swelling until I returned from vacation to have oral surgery. My oral surgery ultimately ended with removal of gum and a tissue biopsy. I had stitches on both sides of my mouth. Recovery was so much better than I could have imagined. My pain and comfort was managed very well and my incisions healed very quickly. Im thankful for such a great experience.

We were given a quote for my son for a minor tooth exposure that was $800. We had the work done across town for $100, total. Gross price gouging. Office still trying to charge $100 for the consult. Had the quote been half that, we would have had them do the work. I also had to refuse a new X ray for $200, as we had just had had X rays done the week prior. Yes, we have insurance. Really awful treatment by office staff in not handling this matter. And they charge 8 times what another very reputable office charges. Unreal.

I feel very confident and appreciative of this office and all the personnel that works there. My Mother had major periodontal disease and the doctors and staff literally saved her teeth. The prices are convenient and the work is very professional. Everybody is friendly and treats us as family. The professionalism portrayed is efficient and trustworthy. My dentist referred me to The Michigan Implants & Periodontics on Eisenhower Pkwy. The dentist was very thorough and set out a good plan for my gum care. She also recommended a gum surgery. I was too scared and waited two years. The staff was very patient with me. They gave me time to think about it and gently guided me to make the right decision. Two weeks ago, I finally did the recommended surgery. The surgery was done smoothly. The staff was very friendly and the service superb. I had a very good experience. I highly recommend this place.

The staff made my visit a good experience even though I was very nervous and anxious about my procedure. Kind and helpful staff.

I was referred to Dr. Mesch by my long-term dentist. The care I received was wonderful. The people are thorough and likeable. However, since I have no dental insurance, my only option is to pay in cash. I am retired and often could not afford to pay for all the recommended care in advance. I found myself needing to cherry-pick services that I deemed most necessary in order to keep up financially. As of my last visit, when I refused x-rays, and opted to proceed with just the deep cleaning, I was asked to find another doctor. They referred me to the University of Michigan Dental Clinic. I find it most distressful that, rather than working with me on a monthly payment plan that would insure that I receive the necessary care, they asked me to leave the practice completely. Skilled workers, but only for the economically well off. Shameful.

After my dentist retired, my new dentist sent me here for a deep cleaning for my recessed gums. Everyone there was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable in spite of my anxiety at dental visits. They have modern equipment and pain free cleanings (no harsh scrapings). I will be discussing gum surgery with them in the future. My gums have never been healthier and I highly recommend them. UPDATE: I had the pinhole surgery this past year and was very happy with the care and treatment I received. I now go to them for all my cleanings and continue to highly recommend them for periodontal services.

Dr Brunek is awesome as well as the staff being friendly and efficient. I was so nervous about having 2 teeth pulled one being a wisdom tooth. I didn’t even know when he pulled them. He was done with the whole process not counting the numbing in I would say 30 minutes. This is my second implant with dr Brunek. I will definitely return to him for any needed work.

I only have positive opinions about Dr. Bunek and his staff. I am not finished with my implants, but so far Great Work! Friendly, competent and punctual! I would recommend them to anyone. One minor comment, the post-procedure instructions say take 800 mg ibuprofen for pain but the prescription is for 600.

I have been a customer of Michigan Implants & Periodontics for the past 4 or 5 years and I have been very satisfied with their high level of professionalism and customer concern since the beginning.They have educated me about the cause and care of my receding gum condition to the point where it has now stabilized and I require fewer visits.Also, they were very patient and willing to explain to me, many times, the steps, options and costs involved in receiving my dental implant.Despite the few times I had to wait past my appointment time to be seen (this has improved lately), I have had an excellent customer experience at MIP. I feel Ive been getting the best care possible for my conditions and will continue to be their customer.

Great experiences so far with removing a tooth with a cracked root and prepping for an implant. I recommend the laughing gas. The office is really clean and well put together, the staff is without exception very friendly and professional. And everyones been on time!

Ive been under the care of this office for several years. i cannot say enough nice about the staff and my treatment. Dr Miche is kind, gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. If she is not considered at the top of her field, she most certainly should be. Hygienists are fantastic. I have recently had a dental surgery and had my teeth cleaned at Michigan Implants and Periodontics, and I thought I would give a review while the experience is still fresh in my head. Dr. Katranji performed the surgery, and I was VERY impressed. He took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and how everything would work in a very personal way (he was able to easily dumb it down for me which I appreciated). The surgery turned out great, and everything has healed up nicely since. Katherine is the hygienist that performed my cleaning, and I was also very impressed with her. She was very upbeat and friendly! Before I knew it my teeth were all clean and I was out the door feeling good as new… oh and the most important thing, to me, it was completely painless! In the past I’ve never had great luck with my teeth (I blame my English grandfather) so I am just happy I have finally found an office that works for me.In short, I like them and will be going there from now on, and that’s just my two cents.

Dr. Katranji is great! After a bad experience with a dentist and an implant gone wrong. He had to remove a front tooth implant and redo it. He has been so professional and upfront with everything he has done so far to get it looking good . I would recommend him without hesitation. His staff is so warm and friendly at every visit.

Dr Kelley Misch took time to explain everything to me about my dental implant procedure. Im a person who needs a lot of reassurance regarding dental procedures and shes a knowledgeable and patient periodontist. My primary dentist, Dr Lindsey Wertzel was spot on with this referral! I will write a follow up review as this process moves forward.

The MIP team is a highly organized and professional group. Their comfortable and clean facilities only complement their patient yet enthusiastic team. I have had appointments as early as 8 am which have started right on time. I have been there for both oral surgeries as well and maintenance visits. I highly recommend this practice and am confident that you will find them to be a welcomed partner.

A very good friend of mine Marcie works here. Marcie told me about Ozone oil for treating wounds. I had a cold sore on my lip the ozone oil I got from Michigan implants helped treat the wound in 24 hours. I tripped the other day and scraped my nose. The ozone oil healed 90% of the wound in 24 hours. I have never tried a product at work as well is the ozone oil.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are responsive to questions and address your concerns. The office hours are early making it convenient to go before work. The office environment is comfortable.

There is really nothing more critical to your health and appearance than your dentition. I have always taken really good care of my teeth but with age and the nature of my genetics, distressful things started to happen. Dr. Katranji and his friendly, efficient, professional (while being very up-beat and fun) staff put my mind at ease while my oral health was being restored. I have never had any issues with the implant procedure. I have had 3 dental extractions and am in the process of a third implant and I have these procedures done at 7am and head off to work after each visit and have no problems to report. I never want to have dentures... the thought of teeth floating in a glass on the night stand is more than I can bear. It is a big investment but will further the quality of my life for all the years to come so it is worth it. I am grateful when clinicians like them are so very excellent at their craft! Dr. Misch was excellent. I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed, my upper teeth deep cleaned and my lower teeth surgically cleaned due to advanced periodontal disease. The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this group.

Good luck trying to work out scheduling with them. The dentists are booked 6 weeks in advance. They just dont have enough open slots and are very inflexible about changes to schedules. I had to make a last minute change to my appointment because my child was not well and the options I was given were to make it 2 day later which did not work for me or a day 6 weeks later. Not exactly the kind of experience I have had at other clinics.As other reviewers have posted, doctors are friendly. Scheduling is a big challenge though.

This is the most awesome place. Everyone is very pleasant and sensitive to the fact I am apprehensive getting dental work done. They also tell it like it is and I appreciate that. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had to reschedule my apt and they couldnt see me for almost a month. I was in pain but they said they would also keep me on a waiting list. I then called the day before my apt. They said there was no apt made. They put me in the following day but didnt tell me I would not be getting a doctor, but an assistant. To add insult to this, they never apologized and tried to tell me that I owe them a $50 no show for the original apt I rescheduled. Anyway, it was obvious while checking in, seeing the woman doing the intake and having problem after problem, that she was prob the one to botch my apt. She said sorry, and was not mean at all. It was just plain as day that they shouldnt have someone like that working the apts for procedures when people are in a lot of pain. I rarely do reviews but this place didnt just make a mistake, they didnt make it right or say sorry.

Dr. Misch is very competent and down to earth. Im so happy with all the treatments. Ill definitely go back to Dr. Misch, if I need more tooth extractions and implants in the future. Martha, Cindy and all other staff are very friendly, efficient and professional.

Dr Katranji is an amazing genius! The clinic is top notch state of the art equipped with the very latest innovation and dental technology! I had a consoltation visit. I was presented with all the options to satisfy my needs. Some of the options where for work done by root canal procedure. It was really nice to get all the information I needed to come up with a decesion on what procedure to do.In the time line of the office visit from in the door to out door I had very little time that I wait just waiting with no activity.I met with several different staff member type in different fields of work, each was nice and explained information well.

Saying I’m a “nervous Nellie” when it comes to dental appointments is the understatement of the century. I’d already had a very bad experience with a Brighton oral surgeon so I came to Michigan Implants & Periodontics beyond fearful. Knowing my situation, EVERYONE in the office showed me special care and concern and did everything humanly possible to make me feel comfortable as well as give me the best care possible. Everything was explained to me in great detail every step of the way and they scheduled me quickly upon learning of my tender mouth and challenges with eating. They also did everything they could to streamline the process and make it easier on me. I can’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else. I landed in the right place.

My local dentist referred me to Michigan Implants & Periodontics after I had visited 2 other Oral Surgeons based on older procedures. The first two Oral Surgeons were all over the map on how to treat my implant and whether or not I needed a sinus lift. Dr. Misch looked at the same scans the other doctors looked at and was very confident that a sinus lift was not necessary. She performed the implant quickly without the need of a sinus lift and I am now ready to have my crown installed. Everyone I have come in contact with at Michigan Implants & Periodontics has been extremely professional, especially Dr. Misch. I only wish that I would have visited their office 18 months ago. This is a wonderful dental practice. Everyone on the staff is kind, patient and professional. Dr. Katranji is great. Thanks for such a positive first (and hopefully last!!) experience with periodontics and implants.

We had an excellent experience with Michigan implants & periodontics. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. We chose this office as my older daughter 10 years ago went to Dr. Carl Misch and we were confident that any doctors office with the name Misch in it would be great. Dr Bonek did an amazing job with my daughter not only with his knowledge and experience but by making her feel comfortable (Being a Michigan grad was a bonus) GO BLUE!

Dr Misch has been wonderful to work with. I came in after a very bad experience with my orthodontist that caused major bone loss, gum loss and the loss of two teeth. Despite her limited schedule she has been very accommodating in finding time to squeeze me in and speaking to me honestly about the chances of a successful long term treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

Amazing! I went in for a regular cleaning and whats interesting here is that they always take my blood pressure which I originally thought was strange.Well, it turns out I was told I had high blood pressure readings during my visit and was instructed to have my physician get a clearance before my next visit to ensure everything was ok.It turns out that I did have high blood pressure and am now scheduled for open heart surgery in the coming days due to a serious heart murmur.If it wasnt for this practice that Dr. Kantranji and his staff at Michigan Implants & Periodontics, PLC, who knows how things may have turned out for me.A personal thanks from me to you for many years of great service and keeping me healthy!Thank you,Corey R.
