It is just a perfect place for student, to study, relax, meet up. Completely renovated beautiful building with preserved historical parts. There are study lounges and meeting places. But you can also buy coffee snack of have dinner here. I love the atmosphere. It is combination of historical and modern, also comfortable. So if you dont have place to go, it is perfect place to study of just hang out.

What a gorgeous building!

This is likely the most significant and well-known student building on campus, not counting the stadiums of course. The Union just opened a month ago after a long renovation which was much needed. Now the Union is nice and has a fresh new look inside although one thing I wish they had done was add more power outlets inside.

Panda was delicious

During covid its a great place to quietly study with distancing and a cafe indoors.

A great hangout for um students.

Great place to meet up with friends or to schedule student group meetings. Food in the basement level has a few chain fast food joints if youre in a rush. The bookstore used to be big before amazon and other online textbook options became much more convenient. The UM Showcase has computer repair and hardware for sale although everything at the showcase is way over priced except the Microsoft student software .

Not being utilized very well as compared to what students need. The Starbucks was a welcome addition, but the floors and rooms should be more open for student use without reservations and payments all over the place. Its meant for students, so let them use it!

I purchased a new version of Microsoft Office at Computer Showcase and I struggled to get it loaded, no thanks to the Microsoft helpline. I waited for them to come to the conclusion that they couldnt help me, and that took about 20 hours. The next day I went to Computer Showcase. Rick spent about a half-hour with my computer and the Office program,and got it to work perfectly. I brought tons of candy over there the next day, which is fine, but I want you to know how much I appreciate Ricks help. Computer Showcase has never let me down, but Rick was right there, and did everything right. Thanks!Janet

There are always events taking place here, it is also a good place to study. (The womens study lounge is very peaceful!) & The MSU Dairy Store is inside :)

One of the places you should definitely go to if youre checking out campus. JFK founded the Peace Corps on the steps of the Union

Good place to relax and study. The food court in the basement has a nice selection of chain restaurants.

It does have some selection. Lines move very slowly but food is good.

Very hard to find parking. Building is has a beautiful old school design and is bustling witj students.

The pool hall is my kind of place. The union gas something for everyone.

Lots of great places for student orgs to meet and have events.

Its a wonderful establishment and such a beautiful landmark here in Ann Arbor.

It is a historic place with plenty to do and eat inside. If you are having psychological problems, CAPS help students also.

Just like every other Big 10 Union, its pretty nice, but the food is overpriced.

Great place to study or grab a snack.
