Roya Beauty is a beautiful timeless salon in Ann Arbor. Modern look with a comfortable feel! I fly in from Savannah GA just to get my hair highlighted & cut by Amanda every 3 months! I absolutely love Roya Beauty. I’ve never been to a salon that has been so organized and clean, with such great products and highly intelligent stylists. Great experience, great space, great team. Mel works wonders with my hair and takes the extra time to make sure everything is just right for both that last 1/16 inch cut of that one part of my bangs to getting my hair just the right shade of pewter (bonus: fluent in all things astrology and arcane). She knows my hair and doesn’t get frustrated with my occasional home dye and always has me looking sharp by the time she’s done. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been seeing Mel for years and she is totally amazing. She gives the coolest haircuts and I am always getting compliments! Besides being so great at hair shes super fun to talk to and I feel like we are old friends. I cant recommend her enough and I cant wait for my next haircut!! Thanks Mel!

Roya is so clean, modern, and inviting and everyone that works here is wonderful! Jacob is SO talented and going to see him is the highlight of my month. He is absolutely amazing at brow tints/waxing, and hair coloring and styling. On a recommendation from a friend I called Josh Little for a post Covid my hair is a mess, please fix this appointment. Ive had 4 cuts now and have to say Josh knows how to wield a pair is scissors to get my hair to things it did not know it could. I have been going to Josh for 5+ years and refuse to go to any other salon. He is a master when it comes to color & cut. Everyone at Roya is fantastic. The service is top notch & the atmosphere is SO aesthetic. If I could rate 6/5 I would. HIGHLY recommend.

Josh the owner is absolutely amazing! I have curly hair and I will never let anyone else touch my hair!!! The salon is clean and they have taken all the COVID precautions imaginable! Also I’m always offered a beverage and were not talking your standard bottle of water....lattes, cappuccinos, sparks long water.....they didn’t miss a beat!!!! LOVE Roya Beauty!!!

Roya is such a lovely, relaxing spot to get spoiled. Recently remodeled amazing spot across the street from Blue Tractor, I had the opportunity to get back in today for the first time since stay at home orders were lifted. My hair always comes out gorgeous, healthy and the perfect color. From the first time Amanda cut my hair she treated me like we had been long time friends. Roya is a terrific salon!Note: The owners have taken every precaution during COVID; masks are required, as is social distancing. They have added Plexiglas barriers between their sinks at at the front counter. The entire salon is absolutely spotless too, they are constantly cleaning and making everyones health a priority.

I live all the way in Sandusky Ohio and I wouldnt let anyone in the state touch my hair again... I will continue to drive 2 hours just to have Joshua Little cut my hair 😊
