Literally couldnt find the place, and when I did I followed there instructions to call or text them. Waited 30 min with no response. Glad I wasted my time to renew my card with this place. In the past it wasnt terrible, but they have always had lazy service, and this is no improvement. Glad I still have time for my renewal, and will gladly find a doctor that takes this seriously.

The staff and practitioners here are excellent. I highly recommend them, as I have seen several doctors and haven’t had nearly as good of an experience as I have had here.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Paid them waited a month to get my card only to get a letter saying the doctor wasnt Licensed. Been two months still waiting on a refund. Don’t get scammed like me!!!

Simple process from start to finish. Very friendly, comfortable, and clean environment. Staff were professional and prompt. Best part; I was in and out in 30 minutes, the easiest doctors appointment I’ve ever had. Payment process and paperwork required for the state was even easier than the appointment itself. Michelle, the owner has been giving me costumer service like no other. The front desk was awesome as well! My doctor was not providing my medical information and Michelle took the initiative to contact them and get it solved!! Awesome awesome awesome place! Michelle went far above any expectations I had while helping us renew our expired medical and care giver cards. The staff is efficient, professional, friendly and compassionate. For card renewals in the state of Michigan you don’t legally need to show the previous medical records you had already used to obtain a card, thanks for adding hoops for people to get their medicine! Elevation station in Ypsi is cheaper.

Fantastic place to get your cannabis certification. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They are both efficient and informative, perfect for first time certifications and renewals. By far the best place around to learn about the Michigan medical marihuana program and cannabis treatment.

Highly recommend! I went there for a renewal and they were super busy! I sat for a while and then noticed that I had to leave soon to make another appointment I had scheduled for that day. I asked someone how long it would be and explained my situation. The woman then explained to me that today was just an odd day and normally their wait time isnt this long. She then immediately spoke with her team and they fit me in, took care of my needs and had me out the door all within less than 15 minutes! Everyone was very kind, patient, easy to talk with & super helpful! :)

This Doctors office is great! They answer the phone, or will immediately call you back, plus a text the day before your appointment. Total Professionals, caring, understanding & compassionate! My favorite Doctor ever, Finally and Im keeping them!

This place needs to be open when their posted hours *say* theyre open.My daughter took an uber taxi, got there at about 3pm, door was locked, place closed.Your hours on Saturday are SUPPOSEDLY from 8am to 8pm.This is inexcusable! I would think that youd realize that there are places other than yours where one can get comparable services. I suggest you do something about this before you lose any more customers.

The employees are clearly very busy, the kind of busy where most employees hardly have time to look up...and yet I was greeted by friendly smiling faces. I’m going to say a bunch of names, which might make this review seem fake but I assure you I asked for their names because of how impressed I was. So 👏🏻 Let 👏🏻 Me 👏🏻 Tell 👏🏻 You 👏🏻First, Charles took my name and looked for me on the list. He was helpful and friendly. I saw him helping people and he was consistent and kind. When we realized I wasn’t on the list (probably my user error online tbh), Monica jumped in and let me tell you this lady is awesome. She was so accommodating and friendly even though she was seriously very busy. She went above and beyond, offering to help me and she literally said goodbye to me, by name. Who even remembers your name anymore, especially a super busy person with a waiting room full of people?? Either way, she was super nice and I’m for it.Cindy called me in to see the dr and stayed with us, she was very kind and cleared up questions I had. The dr. was informative and helpful as well.Next I went in to see Deb who handled the payment. She packed up my paperwork and made it easy for me to just drop in the mail. She was informative and so helpful. She also went above and beyond when discussing my payment options and was so relatable.Seriously the employees here made the entire process easy, painless, and fairly quick. I honestly thought I was going to be there a lot longer than I was (under an hour and they were squeezing me into a busy schedule) with all of the patients in there but the staff moved with efficiency and were clearly all knowledgeable on the process.Thank you all for providing a pleasant experience, and for helping me as much as you all did. I will definitely be referring other people here!!
