Dale is a dear friend and an excellent Feldenkrais practitioner. Every time I see Dale or take one of his online classes, I walk away with new information about myself, new possibilities of ways to move and inhabit my body. I highly highly highly recommend Dale to all of my friends and anyone seeking help to feel better, less constrained, and more free in their bodies and lives.
