This place is great. The product selection is amazing. Their edibles, INCREDIBLE!! Their topicals phenomenal, and selection of flower is top quality. I lived in Ann arbor during the beginning of the medical marijuana trade and by far they have some of, if not the best prices, hands down. Anyone disagreeing is either oblivious or simply not been to this location yet. Quoting myself because I stand by this 100%. Their rewards program is so out of this world it makes you almost want to spend the money to get the benefits you would get from being a cloud club member. Alika was my bud tender and was very attentive and helpful. She told me all the discounts going for the day and helped me with my order at the time, and did it with a smile and attitude that makes you want to return just to for that experience. Some of the best med products and prices in Ann arbor (: I always opt for curbside because going in-store is a bit slow, but service is super efficient! I worked with Alika last time I ordered and she was quick, knowledgeable and kind!! Will definitely keep coming here.

I was expecting a natural setting because cannabis advertising is incredibly fascinated with that word. I walked into their main room where these plants are portrayed more like laboratory experiments hoisted over a white sterilized floor, with genetic characteristics listed alongside the products. It was anything but natural.Service people are kind, but what does that mean anymore really? Can they even be something else? Probably not. No phones allowed inside.Product quality is a debatable thing to talk about considering that the entire process is artificial. But thats implying you care about the statement. If you dont, sure, its great flower. But at what consequence?

Unfortunately I’m not sure if it’s company policy, or just a lazy employee, but the fact i couldn’t have been shown the extract is a little distasteful when it’s for medicinal purposes. It’s really weird you’d push customers away to information entropy right down the road, who has the perfect display case set up, and the product is $5 cheaper. If you’re going to charge more, the extra cost has to come from the experience in the shop, but this experience was lackluster.

The shop was really clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The setup of their displays were really nice, and they even had a wall categorized by the type of “mood/high” you wanted. Free, my bud tender, was helpful and friendly. Also had good knowledge on most of the products I asked about.

Been to a couple different dispensaries and by far this is the best place. Prices were good not too pricey. The girl that helped me and mu husband was awesome and very helpful in helping us find what we wanted. She wasnt pushy and trying to sell us the more expensive stuff but rather telling us which would be better for what we were looking for. We planned to spend $200 but ending up spending just under $500 between the both of us. We got a lot of stuff for our money and it was very well worth it. We will definitely be coming back again and more often and will definitely recommend our family and friends to this place!

This was our first time at Cloud and our experience was excellent. Clarence and Lyndsey were great and answered all our questions. They had a great selection for any form of cannabis be it flower, concentrates, edibles, etc. We also love the Cloud Club which will allow us to earn points for more of what we love!

Came in and from the rude security and long wait for no reason bout some flower I asked for the best they had and got a few different ones. Wasnt going to leave a bad review until I just realized I bout mainly shake and real loose leafy buds. Several better options in area

I’ve been to a few dispensaries and Cloud Cannabis is by far too shelf. A wide variety of know among the bud tenders. They are so helpful in finding the right flower for your needs along with the other products the have to offer. Coming from Kalamazoo to Ann Arbor is a trip but this place is worth the miles. The prices are competitive to others and the special are amazing but above all is the selection! The flower comes in 3 tiers of quality and even the bottom is top self to me. I’ve been to other dispensaries locally and a couple in other states, and what struck me was how well the store was set up. The presentation of products was very well done; my favorite features were the hands-on flower displays, as well as the products being grouped by effect/feeling.My budtender, Free, was an amazing help. Very friendly and down to earth, displayed superior knowledge on the products, and was even able to explain terpene profiles to a point that helped me find a new favorite strain.. the Peanut Butter Cup by Clout Kings 🔥 🥜Dispensaries are a dime a dozen in the Wild West that is Recreational marijuana.. that being said, my experience with Your budtender, Free, will be the sole reason I go well out of my way to return to your fine establishment.You can get good flower almost anywhere nowadays, but amazing service and great people are hard to find. Awesome dispensary!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, definitely my favorite!! Not to mention the $100 ounces are on 🔥 I definitely recommend this dispensary over any others in the area, I drive over an hour round trip but it is worth the extra miles.

The store and the staff are amazing but the prices are outrageous, for example Stizzy carts at my local dispensary are 3/100 not 2/90 and the platinum carts are 5/100 sometimes 6/100 not 45.00-50.00 each. It’s purely the prices that will keep me from returning or referring anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of good deals here, as well as lots of variety, especially when it comes to flower. All varieties are on display for visual and aromatic assessment. Cloud Club rewards program has some decent benefits (I got a one gram preroll for signing up). My first visit and I had a very positive experience. The only thing that might improve the experience would be improved lighting of the flower samples. Overall, one of the better dispensaries in Ann Arbor. Thanks to my host and budtender!

Wonderful store. Just went inside for the first time instead of curbside pickup and I would HIGHLY recommend it. The inside is wonderful with displays that tell you all about the different bud strains. Bud is divide into tier of prices so you always know how much something is. You also cant beat $7 a g.
