They have no care and cant take feedback or criticism.

Extremely nice receptionists and nurses. Dr. Ketter is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and listens thoroughly. Highly recommend this location!

I dont usually complain but this was quite appalling. I called today to set up an appointment and was greeted by a woman named Deb. I spoke calmly and was responded with short responses and honestly what I considered to be an attitude. Asking questions was like pulling teeth and then when trying to set up an appointment theyre weeks out. Over all as a student in healthcare I am deeply disappointed with the conversation I had. I understand being busy, but you can be busy and still sound kind. I hope they figure out a way to better their care for others.

I recently moved to the area and established care here with Dr. Godar. I was incredibly pleased with every aspect of the clinic itself, the reception staff, my technician, and Dr. Godar. Everyone was exceptionally nice and Dr. Godar spent quality time with me to understand and address all of my concerns. She presented me with a couple of different ways to move forward and asked what I preferred. I highly recommend this location as well as Dr. Godar!

Deb on the phone is so rude. Honestly makes me want to switch offices! If your receptionist is THAT bad maybe get another....

I found Dr Mortens on the unity point website video presentation. I was looking to establish primary care. From the video she seemed very down to earth. Upon meeting her I knew I had made the right choice. She asked alot of detailed questions and im excited to have her on my health care team.

I have been going to this UnityPoint for at least 6 years. I used to have a really easy time making appointments and getting what I needed. Dr. Hornbrook is amazing and I dont fault her for the problems I have been having with UnityPoint. I have to get a shot every three months and have a normal day job. It used to be easy to get appointments first thing in the morning, or at the very end of the day so it didnt interrupt my work schedule too much, but now it feel impossible to get an appointment that isnt in the middle of the day. They used to be open on Saturday mornings with people who could administer shots when a doctor isnt needed, but I was told this year that this location has never done that. so I must have been hallucinating for a few years. This week I was calling for a shot appointment, that doesnt require the doctor to be present, blood pressure to be taken, etc. and asked when the latest in the day they were able to schedule these quick things. I was told they dont schedule anything after 3:40.. The hours are listed until 5pm. I understand that a lot goes into scheduling but for YEARS they were able to schedule ahead, or give me a time window that would work with the nurses duties for other appointments and it wasnt a problem. I am not sure why the last year or so it has felt like pulling teeth to get in for an appointment that lasts, and Im not exaggerating, under two minutes from my name being called to checking out. In addition to the scheduling stuff I have had more than a few instances of people coming off as very rude on the phone, but that could be chalked up to my overall frustration with the change Ive experienced in this office. This is not the only UnityPoint Ive had issues with so I will sadly be looking for another primary care doctor after having a great 6 years with Doctor Hornbrook who made me feel comfortable, hear, and referred me to other great doctors for more specialized care. Really a disappointment, and Im hoping I can still find a doctor in my network that hasnt been bought out by UnityPoint

I absolutely love this place. Our Primary is Dr Hornbrooke and we have also seen Dr Maxwell. Both are extremely caring and do their best to figure out whats going on. I highly recommend both Drs.

Very kind and professional staff. Have always been helped promptly and with great service. Both doctors that I have seen there were very kind and willing to listen to my issues.

I love Dr Hornbrook and will stay with her until I cant any longer, but I just had a very bad experience with the secretarial staff for the first time in years.I accidentally dropped my phone in the waiting room not realizing it until I had gotten out to my car after the appointment. Went back in and the receptionist said she accidentally reset it while she was trying to find out who it belonged to. I find that VERY hard to believe.Not only did I loose all of my pictures of my children that were on this phone but I also have lost a lot of trust for this office and its staff and will no longer go here because of this.I do not think this is good ethics for a business that expects its patients to have full faith and trust in their practice that they are being taken care of...

Dr. Peterson is really a great doctor! Knowledgeable, personable, compassionate. He is a great listener! The staff is professional and courteous. Highly recommended !

Called in for a question and the woman on the phone very rudely told me I had the wrong number and they just hung up on me. Horrible customer service!!

The front desk woman was rude to me. I was only 15 mins late because I had a flat tire. She asked, Do you know you are 15 mins late? with an attitude. Yeah, I know I am late. The wait after I had my vitals checked was almost an hour. All I had was a month follow up for taking a muscle relaxer. I heard the lady in the next room open the door and say, Is the doctor coming to my room soon? And I heard someone else say to the doctor, Technically this lady is next (Im guessing she was talking about me) but this other lady opened her door looking for you. Such bullshit.

Terrible experience and not helpful. If they do not know how to answer your medical questions and concerns, they ask to no longer see you as a patient. You will not be notified of this, until you call in to get an appointment. At that time the receptionist informs you of the information. This is very unprofessional.

I love this place, but Dr. Laton is not a good dr. He doesnt listen to you, nor takes you seriously. He only recamends physical theropy, and laught at you and interupts you....
