I saw the NP, Katie Conrad. She was great! She listened to my concerns and offered many solutions. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her!There is a specific receptionist that answers the phone often. She can be very short and unfriendly. The other receptionists are super friendly though, especially the ones that check you in! If only the other lady could cheer up more!

The ability to reach the place is literally driving me to another doctor. Dr Kopp is fantastic, but Ive been trying to reach them over 20 minutes full of failure.

I am an RN and recently moved to Iowa and needed to establish a Dr. I made an appt and saw Katie and she was great. Very caring and non judgmental and a very nice person. She spent quality time with me and listened to my concerns and gave me the referral I needed for a surgeon. She is my new Practitioner. The front desk was great and the MA was great. I have recommended my fiancé see her and will bring my family here as well.
