Google suggests open til 6:00pm Saturdays. Drive there to get a haircut. Nope. Door states “8am-6pm”. But yet...closed (5:12pm) New to the area, but will drive to my old neighborhood as this was pretty frustrating. Nothing on the door or window indicating a change or a reason. If they can’t get that right, they might not do great in the haircuts either? Too bad. Closer for me.

Staff is always positive and give great cuts, in over 15 years of going here, only 3-4 haircuts have ever turned out bad. Definitely recommend for a relaxed place to get all sharp

Checked my son in online with an hour wait and put my night on hold. We got a text that we were up in 15 minutes so we drove up there and got there early, 9 minutes before closing. Sorry, we cant get you in tonight . Explained the situation and was told The internet shouldnt have let you schedule. Well, it did and it text me to come and get my hair cut. When your system makes a an error, you spend 10 minutes and satisfy your customer... Business 101. Ill take my boys and go elsewhere.***Manager (CC) and Ken reached out to us and were apologetic. Gave a few haircut vouchers. I still wasted a night, but they cant change what happened. I appreciate the effort. I found a new place, but the boys are going there again.

My first experience here was great! The staff is warm and my haircut was perfect.

I would always come here when Angel worked here and I loved the way she cut my hair. She took her time and I always left very happy. Before she worked there and after she had left, my haircuts were more so miss than hits. Not a big fan of the work people do here. I would highly recommend the Great Clips in Brooklyn Park if your a guy. Go when Roz is working. She does a fantastic job and she takes her time.

They are always so nice and helpful with my daughter. I definitely recommend using their online check in for less of a wait time. You dont need the app, you can just go to the website on your browser and enter your zip code, and check in there.
