As a new-ish mom its VERY hard to find time to go to the salon. Making an appointment weeks in advance is rarely easy since things can change on a dime. Not only did they fit me in on a Saturday during a holiday weekend...it was the BEST hair cutting experience I have ever had. The place was so welcoming, clean and beautiful. Sarah was awesome and...wow massaging chairs while they wash your hair!!!I went in for a drastic (to me) 5-6 lob off my long blah hair. She listened to what I wanted, inquired about my normal routine and I walked out super happy...my husband even noticed for the first time ever)Parking was easy and while, like most salons, they show you recommended product, but they do not pressure you.I made my next appt for December now, because I need to find the time and a nanny if I must, to come back on a more normal basis. I now look forward to my trip to the salon and a nice treatment for myself!

Sarah styled my hair for a wedding in an incredible half up curly masterpiece! I came with some inspiration photos to give a general idea, but Sarah took it to the next level with some beautiful braids and twists. She put the time in to look at my hair and coloring and see what would look best with texture and style. It took her only 30minutes and she only used a few bobbypins and one elastic. My hair looked gorgeous for the entire day and I was so happy!!

Jose has been cutting and coloring my hair for at least twenty years. I have ALWAYS left the salon feeling great , thoroughly satisfied with the cut and color. Camilla made me fall in love with my hair again! I have type 3c/4a hair and Camilla knows how to work with my hair type. Since ive been getting my hair done with her, ive been able to retain much of my hair growth, as the keratin treatments have prevented/slowed the breakage of my hair (this resulting in less split ends.) The texture of my hair has vastly improved and the integrity of my curls has not been compromised. She also knows how to cut and style my hair, which can be a bit of a learning curve for some who dont normally work with my hair type. I drive all the way here from Connecticut, and i will continue to do so. Curly haired ladies and gents should give her an opportunity to do their hair! she knows what shes doing! youre in good hands!

When Jose cuts my hair, it’s better than a designer cutting it in Manhattan or Milan. Can’t get level of design skill in Paris. You can only find it tucked down a small street in the quaint town of Andover.it’s never a run of the mill cut and you can be sure your neighbor doesn’t have the same style.The salon itself is simple in an understated elegant way. Not stuffy. Quite the opposite. I am always welcomed by my name and they truly seem happy to see me. Kubra could not be more professional or more welcoming. She is always on point, smiling all the while.

A little background on myself I’m Afro Latina & currently living in the Lowell area (emphases on the Afro part) so I normally wouldn’t go into the Andover area for hair care I only go to the Lawrence area because they specialize on my hair type but Camilla reassured me that I’m in good hands and she was right ! Besides being beautiful inside and out she did a phenomenal job. She made me feel really comfortable about my hair. I got a balayage, cut and a blow dry. The pricing was affordable & reflected the work. The color is exactly how I wanted it, she didn’t cut too much of my hair just the right amount and the blow dry was perfect. The receptionist was professional, helpful and sweet. I called super last minute and she was able to schedule me within the hour. Camilla’s assistant was really sweet as well. Overall amazing experience I really enjoyed meeting Camilla she is just amazing at her job and has a phenomenal personality. My only regret is not tipping her more I only had about 40 dollars in cash(tips are accepted via Venmo, check or cash) so when I come back I’ll remind myself. Most colorists will not tone the hair enough that it will result in orange. But Sarah is quite an expert in her work.She was very professional and welcoming. I will definitely drive from NY to her for my next appointment. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a hair color change or cute cut to visit her.

This was my first time here. The atmosphere and ambiance is very elegant. Emina did color correction and hair cut on my hair. She was amazing and very talented. She made me feel like home and worked hours on my hair. I highly recommend this place and especially Emina as a hairstylist!
