Been in several times since installation of increased number of debit/credit self-check registers and fewer full service registers. There are always lines 4 to 5 people deep at full service and all full service have not been open, while the self-check registers are only 40% utilized.There are no self-check registers that take cash. If you pay cash and have only a few items be prepared to wait. It might be a good decision for Ingles but a bad customer service decision.

I went in to American freight and got my family a beautiful dinning room table set 8its beautiful the service was fast low down payment.

The pharmacy was extremely helpful and professional. Their prices seem a little high to me.plus the amount in a large box of cereal is less than at some stores. Kelloggs corn flakes caught my eye.

They have can-goods on sale and the best meet prices around...the cashiers are nice also.

Ingles is a large supermarket with a wide range of prodects. The staff members are friendly and efficient and will walk you to products they have but you cannot find. An advantage for Ingles is their gluten ftee and vegetarian products.

Ingles is always clean with wide isles and bright lighting. They have a large variety and they run good specials

They Have The BestMeats, And I Can Find Better Deals Also.

They are awesome it reminds me of Kroger in Michigan. They even have a salad bar which is usually stocked with good fresh vegetables.

I love Ingles, the grocery store has a wide variety and fresh food to choose from. I also love that they are open at 6am when I get off of work!

I know where everything is and its very convenient to where we live, I would recommend on your cashiers to be a lil more friendlier. Half of them are but every now and then their is always that one that makes you feel as if its bothering them to ring you up. We absolutely love the employees in the deli, bakery, seafood and meat dept. They are always so helpful and so very nice!

Ingles deli, salad bar, and chinese food is very underrated. Great price for an abundance of delicious food. Go at noon when the food is super fresh.

New to the Ingles experience, but it has been our local grocery store since we moved. Having a Starbucks is a plus.Great produce, food selection, deli, and meat/seafood selection. They have bulk bins and a salad bar, but now everything is pre-wrapped dye to CV19.Pretty decent beer selection as well, a lot of good micro-brews.Overall a good store, but IMO a bit pricey.

I go there quite often.They have a great assortment of items.A lot of items that I buy elsewhere,..like cat food,are more expensive here.The delis great, assortment of nuts, reasonably priced plants!I big thank you for allowing me to get my COVID vaccine in a uncomplicated manner !!!

Talk about a whole store full of friendly people every employee there is friendly and willing to help. Im a little biased knowing the store manager personally he lives in my development but hes extremely nice very professional and friendly and he has always been very kind to my daughter who always goes out to greet him and his wife when theyre walking their dog

Kizziah does not need to be working in the self-check aisles. She got frustrated very easily under pressure when the lines were busy and was rude to customers. We were waiting for her to finish helping someone in front of us with a check-out problem so she could help with ours. She asked me what items I was trying to put on the scales and I advised her. She said it was fixed, but I then told her that it wasn’t according to the screen and she snapped at me rudely that she could only do one thing at a time. She never said a polite word to me or my wife and huffed the whole time. Not good with customers under pressure. Might want to give her a shot at stocking instead.

Prices are ridiculous even with the club card. Deli workers are always arguing with customers. We can read and understand english. If the menu said 1 thing and thats what we order, how can you tell me i cant order it and this isnt the same price?

A quick visit for fruit and sandwich meats. We made fruit baskets for Christmas. We had different sandwiches for Christmas Eve family get together. Turkey, ham, chicken, and deviled egg sandwiches with different kinds of chips. Something to feed everyone but quick and easy to fix. So we could spend more time together doing other things besides cooking and washing dishes.

I like Ingles. I know where everything is located that I need. The line moves quickly and each check out is met with a polite cashier. The food in the deli is good too! Love the cold coffee.

A lot of items to choose from. But the apple fritters are way to small and my mom bought some fried chicken paid $9.00 for it and they burnt the fried chicken. Very disappointing

I absolutely love Ingles for their grocery items...BUT...they do not enforce the Covid-19 safety measures that are posted and announced at regular intervals on the PA system.

I live in Clinton SC not long ago I bought a whole ckiken already cook I didnt open the plastic like box where the chicken comes in when I got home I opened it and the smell of that chicken was like a dead animal that has been dead for days this is soooo stupid

Love shopping there n love the dili bar. Would love to know why the the hot bar doesnt have fresh vegetables anymore n more meats.The last few weeks it hasnt been good n wasnt fresh. Mostly starch n maybe one vegetable. Friendly people!

This Ingles in Anderson is much better than the one in Belton.

Always helpful staff. From the cashier to the manager. With social distancing and mask wearing enforced, I am very comfortable shopping at Ingles in Belton and in Anderson, anytime throughout the day.

There service was to be a bit rude or impolite ordering food plates and food was not fresh. But my rotisserie chicken thigh, green beans, macaroni was good leg not so good. But was fast service

Nice place to shop but a little pricey!

Love this Ingles. BUT Beware of the deli! Our church ordered food here and they messed some stuff up. They left off food and didn’t get the order right. (Their large preorder family portions are way overpriced. We paid like $45 for a large macaroni.) It’s convenient because of the location, but we always have to double check because we’ve been overcharged or someone didn’t write something down correctly the way we ordered it. Just be aware.

They are nice and friendly. And they are taking steps to prevent covid spread

This particular Ingles has the best butcher shop in Anderson, and one of the best produce departments. Deli department is also very good, but often understaffed. Not a fan of Ingles in-house brand (Laura Lynn), which I feel is sub-par to other stores brands. Covid19 measures at this location are not as strict as Publix stores.

Pricey food, pricey deli meats. Only went here because my usual grocery store doesnt have a deli and my back up grocery is closing down.

I hate grocery stores, but I love Ingles! They have an Asian food bar, a salad bar, an olive bar, a side dish bar, and a hot bar in the deli - not to mention all the deli meats and cheeses! Their produce is fresh, juicy, and delicious! The store is clean, bright, and spacious; and the employees are nice. We need this store in Tallahassee!

Could be a really nice store, but some of the employees are really ghetto, especially in the deli. Bad attitudes and poor service. Go to the store on SC-81 instead.

The workers there were nice, but a kid sneezed on me so had to deduct a star for that.

They never have what I need... its a real bummer...

Love ingles when they have specials on theyre cereal and they have one of the cheapest milk gallons in town.

The is an average Ingles location. The deli has pretty good food, but be prepared to wait. The prices are better than other grocery stores in the area, but they seldom have item go on sale in this store it seems. The employees are fairly friendly, courteous, and polite but not very eager to help if you need it or if you are waiting in an extraordinarily long line.

I love this Ingles supermarket. The employees, mostly Clemson students, are friendly, intelligent and make shopping there fun. It has an internal Starbucks & a pharmacy - 2 important qualities! I love that their organic produce looks & tastes fresh.

Needs more places for Upfront for the handicapped people

My go to grocery store by the house. Feels like home when I pull in the parking lot and when I walk in. Very clean, well stocked. Ive yet to find anything they didnt carry! Not to mention the hot bar and pharmacy which are usually pretty busy for good reason. I love this store.
