I just started using Gene Maddys because I recently moved to Anderson. Previously I used payless and loved them. I havent had any issues with Gene Maddys and prices are excellent if you have to pay out of pocket. Ive only had one rude Pharmacy Technician, but other than that I love it! They are very friendly and what I love is that they actually want to know their customers and Ive only been going there for about two years now but they knew me before hand. Great customer service, Id recommend everyone to go here! Sometimes drive thru takes a little longer but thats to be expected because most of the time its the customer asking alot of questions or they have problems and if thats the case then the customer needs to go inside.

I love the staff members who work here. Ive been getting my meds from Gene Maddy for a long time. I can always count on them to get my scripts ready for the least amount of money. They genuinely care about their customers!! Thanks Gene Maddy

The busiest drug store in Anderson. It seems as though I always get one certain pharmacist, I wont mention her name...Aubrey...always has a smile on her face and greets every transaction with enthusiasm!!

Decent service and short wait times.

No problem with delivery until we moved and were on a different drivers route. There was an error and I couldnt get my medicine that day. Pharmacist Brian called and said the driver wouldnt come back tonight because he felt threatened Ive got the video from the doorbell which shows no threat. In fact he was so non-hreatened he asked me for my phone to call the pharmacy. If I ever get my medicine I need now, Im completely done with Gene Maddy and Payless.

This place has been here as long as Ive been alive. I love the staff, the quickness and they will even deliver your prescription if need be!!!

Ive never had an issue until last night. My daughter had a reaction to something at school needed her albuterol and more allergy meds and when I called to have them filled the lady said to wait until the following day because its not like my daughter is taking her meds. I can guarantee she does which is why Im calling them in. Will be transferring pharmacy today! And if you do have an issue dont speak to the elder lady pharmacist because she made excuses for her help and made this the worst visit I have ever had there. Not worth the money I have to pay out of pocket.

I dont know if its how many pll they fill for but they are very slow. Cvs says give us 20 min. Gene Maddy took an hour and a half for my last script.

This is where I pick up most of my prescriptions; They dont ever tend to give me any problems, unless i go through the drive through; then it takes forever.its busy and i end up waiting most days.

Does anyone else that gets narcotics have to wait until noon the day on the script? I have never heard of this before. Just this pharmacy

Some employees think they are your mother and they dont fax your prior authorization paper to your doctor do not recommend this place if theres another place close by

If youre in a hurry and you need your medications right away dont go to Gene Maddy Drugs.
