I have given them chance after chance but finally threw in the towel. Need a referral? You MIGHT get it. Need tests done? That might happen. Want to see a doctor and not a nurse practitioner? Good luck. I hurt my back a month ago and have had sciatica ever since. Was given a prescription cream that I cannot use, told her I had plenty at home from the last time she prescribed it and I hadnt used it because the steroids in it tear up my stomach. She called in three more tubes anyway! So now I have SIX tubes of something I cannot use. She didnt send me for an xray. I have had discs rupture, have scoliosis, DDD, spinal stenosis and several other back issues and I know not to do physical therapy or chiropractic without scans. But she decided to refer me to physical therapy without any scans. Still havent gotten the referral. Finally went to Abbeville to the ER and got xrays. Wont go back to Anmed--what a joke!!! Also contacted my insurance company and changed doctors. Now I have to wait to see my new doctor next month before I can get any relief from this unrelenting pain I am in. I have been dealing with these back issues for 40 years. I dont go in asking for pain meds but I do expect to get decent treatment and tests to see what is going on before sending me to a physical therapist who could do a lot of damage without proper scans. She also kept asking me if I was taking this one medication and I told her I didnt know what she was talking about and had never heard of that medication. She had someone elses chart mixed in with mine. They also had referred me to a gastroenterologist in Greenville but when I checked with my insurance company they said they had not gotten a request for a referral so I had to cancel that because I cant afford to pay if the insurance doesnt. I have medicare, medicaid and humana and get bills from their lab all the time.

After being approved to receive a disability check that I started receiving in 2005 and 2016 without having any medical records the disability examiners board in Greenville stopped my check I have been appealing that since then almost lost everything I had including the majority of my doctors because at the time my check was stopped I had about eight specialist and a family doctor that I was seeing at the time with extensive medical records that they should have checked into and got before they stopped my check. That being said Im not going to have to 2 months ago I received a letter from The Examiner stating that I had an appointment with Dr Steven B Smith at a local facility in Anderson not this facility but this doctor that works at this facility he was supposed to meet me on a Saturday to perform an exam and he was listed as an orthopedic doctor however hes just a family doctor. I went for the exam and there was a very small office where they were only two females there one at the front desk and one that looked like she was barely halfway through college she was so young that did not introduce herself performed a couple of things with me that she called an exam and I laughed and this week received a letter in the mail stating that due to my exam with Dr Steven B Smith it was determined that I was not disabled all day my medical conditions are a hundred times worse and theres several more that has developed that I didnt have when I was initially approved for my check so I called around found this Dr and was trying to get information about how his name was on my paperwork when I had never met him his staff hung up on me and when I call back they told me I wasnt allowed to just call that office back that way and that I would have to deal with the people that was involved wil is his name is on the paperwork that keeps me from being able to get medicine C doctors pay my bills and even have basic necessities then he is a person thats involved I felt like I was being kind by trying to work things out and get things situated without taking it to court before trying to do that but they had no desire to try to work anything out they would much rather railroad me and hang the phone up and act like I didnt even have a right to ask a question I was horribly treated buy them. Even if it had been another doctor at another facility hearing that some body in my condition had been scammed and to not being able to get life-threatening medication seek treatment or see doctors or pay their bills or get food in their home because of something like this happening you would think anybody that was in the healing field or had any desire to be helpful to anyone would not hang up on someone and tell them they werent allowed to call back because it was a doctors office especially when youve already told them that youre a patient that cant get life-threatening medication cant see doctors and stuff first daily while were waiting to get this stuff situated I saw where someone said they wouldnt recommend this place to a goldfish I wouldnt recommend it to a rattlesnake and I hate snakes

New patient my husband and I, both seniors, Anderson SC office. They made some mistakes; wrong mg on my husband ‘s medication, two weeks passed and they yet had not put in the prescription order, wellness appointment and they coded it incorrectly.I call about the above just to get things corrected and the front desk had the audacity to be rude to me (as they did to my husband on his first appointment) trying to argue with me as if I did something wrong. Dr. Smith had the audacity to call me and bluntly told me the reason for his call is because he did not like the way I treated his staff. I never did such. Shame on his lack of professionalism with his patients. My husband was the one mis-treated by his staff and me on the phone and now by him accusing me without asking for my side of the story. This is not a place for seniors as they are rude, talk down to seniors, make too many mistakes and a very unprofessional Dr. Smith. Stay away.

After receiving Open House invitation, called the number 4 separate times during the day. Phone rang 6 times on each call, then went dead. Changed my rating from 2 star to 4 star. Partners in Primary Care responded to my rating and I received a call from Angela in regards to the Open House. Issues with phone system.Very impressed in the response.

Received flyer about open house May 3rd. RSVP. Called 2 consecutive days and recording stated all associates are busy- leave info for a return call . 4 days later still waiting. Maybe a little too busy for our needs. Will give them 2 stars for sending the flyer and doing open house events.

I would not recommend this place to a goldfish. This past Monday, Adam Browning diagnosed me with a pulled hamstring. Yeah right. On Wednesday, I went to the local YMCA and a lifeguard told me under no circumstances did I have a ham string. That is was a blood clot. So I called the office and that witch Karmin blasted me for listening to others (and that I should only listen to them). The next day I ended up in ER with a huge blood clot from my groin to below my knee; while in the hospital, I called the office and alas, Karmin answered and while I have my medical records at home, did not think to bring them when the ambulance came. I asked her to tell me what DATE my blood sugar was 101 as that was the highest amount recorded. That witch told me that I HAD to have a doctors request for that info. WRONG. I am the patient and those medical records are mine. It was all I could do to try and walk out with at least a four day undiagnosed huge blood clot and dare her not to give them to me in person. Dont waste your time. Another incident? I went to the office one Friday sweating profusely and not able to catch my breath and I was told this is not burger king not one kind word do I have to say. Rating would be below zero if possible. No way to treat senior citizens.
