Office staff was incredibly kind.Dr. Dunlap and his assistants were very knowledgeable and quit to put my anxiety at ease before my wisdom tooth extraction.procedure was quick and healing has been easy.Dr. Dunlap himself called and checked in on me after my surgery.grateful for him and his staff, along with their continued care following my procedure.absolutely recommend, and i will return if i need any other procedures.

The ladies where all so nice .They rushed me in when my doctor couldnt do anything with my tooth. The doctor is amazing.This will be my doctor for now on out if I have to have any kind of surgery on my month.Thank you all for being so kind..

Dr. Dunlap and his staff are the most professional medical facilities I have ever had the pleasure of using. They were very courteous and it shows that they care more about the patient than payment. I wish more doctors offices were like them.In my personal experience we were dealing with a local dental surgeon but they would not file all of my sons insurance. We were going to have to pay over $1,000 out of pocket. Then after the surgery we would have to be reimbursed by the insurance companies. I felt this was outrageous and started to call around to see who would actually file all of my sons insurances. When I called Dr. Dunlaps office, Katherine took great care of me. She had me get the other office to send my sons records and scheduled his surgery .He ended up having his surgery earlier because they had a cancellation. Katherine and all of the other ladies in the office were very kind and so was Dr Dunlap. He even called that evening to check on him.I totally recommend Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. It was worth the ride and the experience.

The entire staff was very friendly! They made us feel welcome and my son was nervous when we got there but they made him feel better. I would recommend Dr. Dunlap and his staff anytime. Dr. Dunlap was very informative about the procedure and very nice as well!

This was my second visit. The first time 5 on top were pulled and had NO problems. This time I had 2 on top and 2 in the back on bottom removed (originally all were supposed to be moved from top) 2 went bad on bottom and broke last week so he took those two instead with no problem. Had a wonderful experience this go around to. I recommend everyone here when asked the best place to go to have teeth removed. The whole staff is nice and friendly. Thank u for a wonderful experience and getting me over my bad past experiences.

Regarding the surgery to get my wisdom teeth taken out, the procedure went well.Regarding the office people, the experience was awful. Overcharged by almost $300. And it took about three months to get the check mailed properly. So if you come here be wary of incompetent office people.

Super friendly staff, and Dr. Dunlap even called us personally later in the day to check on our son after his wisdom teeth were removed. Very organized and the staff made my nervous wife very relaxed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

I had my wisdom tooth extraction. All four. The procedure was quick and not too painful.

I am a nurse and received a referral for DrDunlap for a patient with a jaw fracture. I spoke with April who said she was the office manager.. I quote April..”we do not see patients who have been to Cannon Memorial because we don’t get paid. We don’t see patients with a jaw fracture and Medicare because it’s hard to get paid” she was so disrespectful and rude to me as a professional I was appalled by April’s rude comments and disregard for another professional. I also called an associate of Dr Dunlap and was told that what April was saying is “just not true “ “but we do hear a lot about her being very rude and unkind “ I wonder if the MD knows how disrespectful she is???

I had my wisdom teeth removed and they were very helpful . I was extremely nervous shaking a lot and Dr Dunlap help to calm me down and they all kept me calm , very nice people.
