Having the root pulled after breaking the crown off is definitely not what you want to take care of on a Friday morning. Well not ever. Iwill say i was treated with much kindness. I was cold, so they also covered me with a blanket. It made the experience a little more comforting. I am well pleased with DentalWorks!

First honest good dentist I’ve been too in a very long time. Dr Wimbrow is not out to make money at you expense, but just a good honest dentist. She has not hurt me and is as gentle as possible with shots. I have had partial dentures done by her and they are great.

My husband cracked a molar Monday night and DentalWorks got him in to see the dentist for a tooth extraction Tuesday afternoon. Wonderful front and back office personnel. He was extremly pleased with the short wait time in the waiting room and the dentist was amazingly kind and gentle, considering what he was having done. My experience with Dentalworks took place after a very bad experience with a competitor.After neglecting my dental health for over a decade, I decided to get an exam back in December at a different dental clinic. I was prepared to have work that needed to be done, and I knew it wouldn’t be cheap, but the price the other place quoted me was astronomical. It was treated more like a financial transaction than healthcare, and I was led to an office to apply for a loan before I even had a chance to process what had happened. I walked out. With one kid in braces and another one headed that way, I couldn’t afford thousands of dollars on my own teeth.Fast forward to this month, and I decided to contact Dentalworks based on the recommendations of friends. They were kind and explained everything they were doing. They had a very similar and unsurprising diagnosis for my treatment plan, but the out of pocket cost with my insurance was SUBSTANTIALLY less. Couple that with the fact that they were very kind and had perfect chairside manners, and I was more than happy to have the work done there. They got me back in within the week and made a very uncomfortable and lengthy treatment as painless and comfortable as possible. Dr. Wimbrow and the staff from front desk to hygienists and assistants are all top notch, and I will continue to see them for all my dental care!

Rip off. Tried to recommend an expensive and unnecessary treatment plan and then refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed.I think they must be hard up for money due to Covid. Building is run down as well. Dont waste your money.

BEWARE OF CORPORATE DENTISTRY!!Being new to South Carolina, I found that DentalWorks had good reviews and was covered under my insurance. I went for the new patient exam and it was a pleasant experience. Before I continue, I have to say that all of the staff I encountered were very nice and professional. Before leaving, I was advised that I needed a periodontal cleaning which would cost about $1000. My copay would be about $300. This seemed odd because I have been blessed with excellent DNA as far as teeth go and have had very few dental issues in my lifetime. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment ir called my former dentist (who I had gone to for 20+ years) and consulted with him. He said that as of my last visit with him (admittedly 2 years ago) there was no indication that I was headed toward periodontal issues. I told him that I was going to cancel my periodontal cleaning and just schedule a normal cleaning. If I still needed a deeper cleaning after a normal cleaning or two, i would do it then. He said that sounded like a good plan.Here is the important part. I called DentalWorks to cancel my periodontal cleaning and schedule a normal cleaning. They refused to do it. The lady on the phone (again, she was very nice and professional) told me that it would be “malpractice” to do a normal cleaning if they thought I needed a periodontal cleaning. I then politely told her that, in that case, I would no longer be their patient.If you do go there and they suggest expensive procedures GET A SECOND OPINION!I went to a small family practice a couple of months later and when I asked if I needed a periodontal cleaning the dentist looked at me like I had sprouted horns. He said that I was the farthest thing from needing a periodontal cleaning and had I not told him that it had been two years since my last cleaning, he would have had no idea.

My first visit to DentalWorks Anderson was great. The best visit to a dentist that I have had in many many years. I found the staff to be very friendly and understanding. I am a very anxious patient and they put me at ease the entire time. No one wants to visit the dentist during the pandemic but they answered all my questions and I felt comfortable about the visit. They answered all the questions I had about the procedures I need. Overall, my first visit was great!

The 1st dentist I have found that doesnt hurt me. They explain what they are going to do before the procedure & makes sure I am comfortable & relaxed.

I have been going to Dental Works a long time. They are wonderful and when I had them fix my partials everything went very well and I continue to go to them for all my dental needs.

I have not been to a dentist in over a decade. I was embarrassed to say the least, the staff was extremely nice and made me feel really comfortable. I drove from Atlanta because they came so highly recommended. I will be going back to address my dental needs and start my action plan.

First visit. Had x-rays and checkup.Very thorough and gentle. They spent time explaining everything they found, and a plan for fixing any problems. Printed a detailed sheet for me to take with me, and scheduled the next appointment for fillings.Everyone there was very nice to me, and seemed genuinely friendly.UPDATE: Just had more work done and actually enjoyed my visit. (Partly because there was nothing painful involved.) Everyone I spoke with was nice and took time to discuss the situation and options in detail. The dentist was especially helpful and I heard her conferring with someone else to make sure that they had the best plan for me (not the most expensive). They also confirmed my insurance coverage so I knew what to expect and could make the best decisions. Im starting to love these guys.

Scheduled an appointment due to having a chipped tooth and I am Definitely not disappointed. Didn’t have to wait long and staff was very knowledgeable. These women were patient and understanding. I will definitely be returning for my routine checkups and bringing the entire family along for theirs

Went in with intense tooth pain that had kept me awake for days. During this quarantine time, it was nearly impossible to find someone who would take me ASAP. They took my RIGHT THEN! I have severe dental anxiety and these lovely people made my experience so wonderful! I drove almost an hour to get there and I would do it again. Highly recommend!

This office is wonderful from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist herself !! They saw my wife yesterday and she has had bad experiences with a dentist before which makes her super scared and this group made it easier for her .They were very patient and comforting during the whole experience. I went for a cleaning, was able to get two fillings I have needed over a year. The staff has gone the extra mile to protect the patient and themselves from the Corvid -19 virus. I could not have felt any safer. I had excellent.

Wow, I had a dental emergency while visiting my grandma for her 💯 birthday and other things like trying to help move out of my childhood home. I called so so many dentist that claim to have emergency dental services. When I called Dental Works and they set me an appointment the same morning. Outstanding office staff who were VERY NICE 😊. Then the doctor was so so gental and knowledgeable about what was going on and they didnt know I had dental aniexty because with the exceptional care I received it wasnt an issue. DentalWorks in Anderson have always been the kindest and most professional people. They sent plenty of reminders of your appointment, adjust to financial needs and are open to scheduling changes within 48 Hours of your appointment. I am continually impressed by them and after three years of being a customer and one dental procedure I can say that I will not go anywhere else.

It was great. Everyone was very helpful. No one left me to figure out what to do or who to talk to. I was greeted when I walked in and guided through the rest of the process. There was no sense of being rushed, everyone who spoke to me not only gave me thorough information but they didnt try to Sell me on the most expensive of my options. They wanted me to make the best choice for me. Best of all when I had anything to say they listened carefully instead of waiting to get in with something else to say next. The Dentist and all of the other staff were very delicate when taking the x-rays and performing my procedures. It was as painless as could be. If you have fear of the Dentist because if injections or anything else, this Dentist and her staff will put that to rest by the time you go through with finally getting fine what you know you have to do. Im very happy I tried this place. I wont go anywhere else as long as this group of folks are here.

They lay out a dental plan with you. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. Yes, it is a dental office however, that dental experience doesnt have to be a nightmare. They all explain step by step what they are doing. It is worth every penny that is spent there. After all, I dont have dental insurance. But at least with them I know first what I am paying and no hidden or surprising costs!

Wonderful experience! I’m a little picky when it comes to a dentist and I have to say I’m very happy I found Dental Works Anderson, the Doctor is great, skilled and the staff is super nice and friendly. Also is fairly budget friendly even if the insurance won’t cover much.I got a wisdom tooth extraction and have to say it wasn’t the horror story everybody was telling me, it was quick, efective and the recovery was as pain free as it could go.Will definitely come back to do my regular checks. The staff was very friendly and eased my fear of going to the dentist. The dentist Dr. Scully is awesome. There was an assistant (I forgot her name), she was totally amazing. She literally comforted me the entire visit.
