My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted today and the staff was wonderful!! Everything was explained professionally at the consult. Very clean office and polite staff. Also very prompt with the appointments(consult and procedure). Dr. Bryant made us both feel at ease and comfortable.

Had wisdom tooth and cyst removed. I chose not to be put to sleep. Procedure went great. Dr Bryant talked and let me know what was going on. The assistant was also wonderful. The other assistant that was behind me also did great. I am exceedingly well pleased.

Had a tooth that broke vertically on bottom. They were very friendly and helpful. He and his staff are very compassionate and informative. I just knew this was going to be a difficult one. This was why I chose Him. He try to make you as comfortable as He can and keeps checking with you as He goes forward. My was even more difficult and He and his assistants were just as connected to you. They were explaining verbal and written how to take care. Both to make sure I didn’t get infection and to deal with my pain once I left.

Excellent work and service for wisdom teeth extraction

Although having a tooth extracted is never going to be an amazing experience- Dr Bryant made it as nice and comfortable as I imagine it could be. The comfortable office and friendly staff help make you feel right at home - despite the impending loss of a part of your face. All kidding aside - Dr Bryant did make the experience a good one. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I was very nervous about having an bedded wisdom tooth removed. All the nervousness disappeared quickly and I was put at ease.

They explained everything upfront and discussed the entire procedure. Everything went well and within 24 hours I was back pretty close to normal. They made the best of my situation and I thank them for it. I would used Blue Ridge again if the need arises.

I have had several implants in Charleston before being referred here...I wasn’t impressed by anything they had going on !!!The Dr was aloof at best so we got out of there ASAP!!!If a friendly & welcoming environment is as important to you as it is to me ..,You’ll not want to waste precious time or money on this Practice,

Dr. Bryant and his staff were so kind to me during my visits. Addressing my extreme anxiety about an underlying health issue, and how it might affect my treatment, with such empathy and compassion. Talking me through each step of my procedure while performing with skill, speed and agility. The reception and office staff were warm and welcoming. The technicians and assistants informed and well prepared and friendly. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Dr. Bryant and his office.

The staff at Blue Ridge made my daughter very uncomfortable before her wisdom teeth surgery. She later came out in tears. Would liked to have seen a better strategy for describing to her what the worst case scenario could have been as a result of the surgery. Procedurally, she did heal up well. Dr Bryant did a good job.

This claim is finally resolved after I called my insurance company multiple times. The medical billing specialist will not call the insurance company and straighten out a claim. It is up to the person that has insurance to do it. Not professional at all.

I had a very pleasant experience at Blue Ridge Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! The staff was very sweet, patient and understanding. I have very bad anxiety and am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Dr. Eric Bryant and the dental assistants were there by my side the entire time reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. He was very calming despite me being so terrified. He took his time and explained the process. He also made sure I was numb before he began any dental work. He also asked repeatedly during the procedure if I was okay! For someone who absolutely avoids the dentist I can highly recommend this office. You will not find more caring people that put you first!

Dr. Bryant was wonderful. I had a dental emergency on a day his office was closed. He and his assistant both came in that morning and treated my tooth. They were friendly, compassionate and thorough. By far the best dentist/oral surgeon I have ever been to! Dr. Bryant and his staff are very friendly and very thorough in explaining things! If you have any questions about anything he will explain it in a way where u get a good understanding of everything! Also if you experience any pain or discomfort they will accommodate you ASAP!!! They even stayed late waiting on me to get there after I got off wrk one time! I was very satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Bryant and his staff!!!

I was nervous about having my tooth extracted, even having cavities filled I always felt it. Having my tooth extracted and 3 roots pulled out I didn’t feel anything, and was walked through everything beforehand and throughout the surgery he kept asking if I was okay and letting me know exactly what he was doing. I won’t go anywhere else.

Waited 1.5 hours past my appointment for my consultation, 2 hours past my appointment for my surgery. Overpaid because of their lack of communication with Insurance companies. Only have one surgeon and he doesnt make it an emphasis to focus on the needs of his patient. They try to talk you into getting the most possible work done so they can get money from you in bundles. Will never go back and will never recommend anyone going here. Very unprofessional.
