Excellent customer service from all, especially Mark. He was able to find the exact frames I wanted and helped me fix a pair of sunglasses that needed adjustment. Dr. Hopkins was great and allowed me to ask questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Nice jazz music playing in the background, too!!

My doctor was very good at explaining the results of my exam and what I should look for in glasses that will best fit my lifestyle.Kim who helped me get the best for my money with my insurance was so friendly and again explained to me what I was purchasing.There was other staff that were helpful in me getting the frames that would best be for me too!

Everyone here is so nice. My wait time was under 5 minutes. This was the first time that I had met Dr. Hopkins. He was very nice and explained exactly what he was doing through the entire visit.

Receptionist was friendly, but the girl that checked my eyes before the doctor not so much. Doc was great, quick and painless. The lady who helped me pick out and measure for my new glasses was great. All and all a good experience

I visited today and had the WORST experience ive ever had in a professional setting. First, they told me over the phone that they accepted my insurance. When I arrived, they told me they in fact did NOT, and I had to pay over $150 out of pocket. Then the doctor proceeded to be extremely rude and pushy and verbally yelled at me when I had a question about my prescription.Lastly, I have been a daily contact wearer my whole life and they refused to order me dailies because of the doctor’s preference. I am now stuck with a prescription that is not perfect, and one set of trial monthlies as well as being out $178.I repeat, the WORST and most stressful experience I have ever had for something so simple.

During my exam, I noticed that I was not given the Peripheral vision test. The machine was broken, so I missed out on that important test. Also, my OD did not take a picture of my retina and discussed the results as I have had done each year for the last 5 years at least. I was told that my eyesight is good and that the test was not needed. Im 65 years old and I am concerned about my overall health including my eyes. I feel that my Comprehensive Eye Exam cannot be complete without this test. This may be my last visit here.

After Sandy’s eye exam, she asked about them measuring her eyes. Was told that they did not do that. She was told to look at the frames. She looked at the frames and the prices. Very high. After looking over the frames no one seemed to pay her any attention. Sandy said the store was almost empty and the woman she spoke with there was rude and uncaring. I setup the appointment for Sandy and could not go because I was ill. Her boyfriend took her instead. Sandy has a very bad learning disability and does not understand everything and cannot read or write that much. I was the one suggesting she go to your place and made the appointment for her because she and her boyfriend just moved here permanently and they go by my suggestions. Sandy called me after they returned home. She was very upset, telling me everything that happened after her seeing the eye doctor. I am very upset with you all after I made the appointment for her and suggested for her to go to you all to start with! Sandy, has said that she will and try and return tomorrow and I am afraid I can’t go with her tomorrow. I am going to tell her to not do that until I feel better and then we will find a different place. Why should she return to a place that made her feel ignored and upset. My name is: Toni Hamilton and I will always help Sandy when I can because that is what you do when you care about someone, whether it’s family, friend or in your case customer.

I booked an appointment for me and my husband two weeks in advance. Unfortunately I received a text message, an email and two voicemails confirming the appointment - even up to the day prior to the appointment - but was suddenly told less than 24 hours before the appointment that I would have to reschedule because they were ‘rearranging their schedule’ and no apology for my inconvenience was given. Very disappointed but I cannot comment on their actual service.
