I have severe anxiety about the dentist and have been scared to go back after a bad experience. Dr. Poole and his staff were amazing. They understood my health issues and never once made me feel bad. I give them a 10/10.....

Our first visit exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcome by all of the staff. They made sure my toddler was comfortable through every step while waiting for me, and during her turn they included her in every step of her cleaning. She walked out with a tooth balloon and asked if we could come back the next day.We are very happy to have found a Dentist that took the time to make us feel comfortable from beginning to end.

Many dentists excel in one facet, but Dr. Poole has made it a point to excel everywhere and it shows.In short, Dr. Poole runs a tight ship. Id recommend him over any dentist I have ever been to.

I have always been terrified of the Dentist Office! After 17yrs, of not going to the Dentist, due to the rudeness, the entire staff made me feel comfortable. No judgement and very family like. Excellent experience! I would encourage everyone that I know to go to this Dentist Office!! The cleanliness is unbelievable! My last experience with a hygienist was horrid! Not at this office! So it’s been quite a few years…….I finally searched for a dentist with a review that clearly indicates quality. I found Dr Poole. I was welcomed at the front desk and within seconds after completing some preliminary paperwork, I was called in. First some pictures followed by short exam, and then a top notch cleaning! I was then examined by Dr Poole, after a few minutes of introduction. A few minutes later the verdict………. 2 areas needing further attention. Some education reinforcement and a collaboration to schedule my next two visits. I got a friendly, welcoming ,professional experience that met every expectation and more.

Randomly found Dr Poole via google search. I’ve never been more impressed with a dentist operation than this. The staff over the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. The interior of the facility was not only very modern but it was extremely clean. To finish it up, Dr Poole was very polite and easy to talk to and the pricing is more than fair . Give em a try!!

Very thorough in accessing your problems. Patient to detailing your options To dealing with itt your problems. What do I want or the level I want to be able to function. A clear cost to each phase of my needed repair and my out of pocket obligation. Show compassion to your feelings and comfort. The Dental Hygienist and Reception both were showed concern to your needs and clarity to what they were doing. Now that I got a game plan to solve some of my problems with my discomfort. Let you know the out come first phase.

Every single member of the staff that I came into contact with or was exceptionally kind! Very friendly, positive, and reassuring! Dr. Poole got me in and out with a tooth pull. Didn’t feel any pain, through the entire process! The best part was, he did such a good job, he didn’t need the drill and that saved me some money! I have to be really blown away by a company or service to take time leave a review. Well, Preston Pool and his staff REALLY IMPRESSED me! I live in Austin, TX and was visiting family last week in the Anderson area and unfortunately my permanent bridge came loose and I swallowed it! I immediately Googled dentists in Anderson and I chose to call Dr Pool based on reviews.This nice lady answered the phone which turned out to be his wife. Yep, she’s the office manager, and she said they were closed on Friday but due to the circumstances they agreed to see me on Friday morning. That was my first “Wow!”The office has been remodeled and actually reminded me of stepping into a Pottery Barn almost - bright, modern, yet warm and homey feeling. I was immediately relaxed. Dr Pool made me feel comfortable and I even enjoyed The Lumineers that were playing over the radio. He went on to tell me how he relocated to Anderson and fell in love with the town and the people. Well Dr Poole I fell in love with you and your practice! In what seemed like only a short period (which was actually closer to an hour) he had taken X-rays, made a mold of my teeth and hand crafted a temporary bridge that felt as good or better than my permanent bridge. He assured me that it should hold until I returned to TX for my dentist to fit my permanent bridge. “This would be by 2nd, 3rd and 4th “Wow!”When he finished Dr Poole even walked me up to the front where I saw some cool looking electric toothbrushes on display (as my old Philip’s had recently died) and he even hooked me up with a black one with soft tipped charcoal bristles. Wow!!! They didn’t even charge anything on the spot. They said they would file with my insurance and send me a bill for whatever wasn’t covered. That’s old school business and nice to see that such treatment still exists. I was actually sad to leave and wish that Dr Pool would relocate to Austin! I was so moved by the overall experience I asked for a pic. Dr Pool, I’d really like to thank you and your wife, Allie! All I can say is, “WOW!”

Love this office! Sat down in the waiting room and waited less than 5 mins. The place was incredibly bright, clean and had a really relaxing feel. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They were thorough and did a great job, but they were gentle and caring about it unlike other dentist offices that just rip into your teeth. Dr. Poole, was incredibly knowledgeable and giving with his time. Loved it and immediately bought the yearly care package. We will be customers for a long time!

It’s my third time seeing these guys. They are on point, I was greeted with a temperature scan to ensure safety of others while also practicing social distancing. My cleaning was very thorough and personal. My hygienist Lynn was very nice and professional. As she finished I was greeted with a friendly Dr. Poole, he explained that my previous fillings may need some touching up but everything seemed okay. I really enjoyed the laughter between the patient and doctor I heard from the other room which made me feel more comfortable with the setting. Def best dental experience. Saturday while at work had a tooth crack on me. I called Monday morning for an emergency visit. They took me in same day. The staff is super super nice and professional. Dr Poole gave me the choice of root canal or extraction. I chose to get the extraction. Was done in about 30 minutes. Amazing doctor. The office is super clean also. This is my to go dentist. Much appreciation to everyone in there. You guys rock. Will be back late sept for my cleaning. By the way I was George the Greek guy. 😊😊😊😊

Honest to god, these are the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered at a Dental office. I was so comfortable throughout my whole visit, and despite the fact that going to the dentist is never “fun,” I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Good thing too, because my next two appointments are already booked! Also, their Gold Club is a phenomenal option for someone who finds out they don’t actually have dental insurance just when they need to use it. 🙃 Love these guys!!

Called spur of the moment to get an appointment and there happened to be a cancellation that same day. It worked out perfectly. Front office ladies were exceptionally nice. Today was my first visit with Dr. Poole. I was skeptical at first only because I do not like to go to the dentist. Upon arriving for my appointment I was welcomed and made to feel very relaxed. First I was given a bottle of water and asked if I was okay. Then I met Dr. Poole and he was a very nice young man. He made me feel more relaxed. He sat and talked with me and explained what needed to be done and the prices of the work. Upon leaving Lisa, the office manager walked me out to my car because my knees were not too steady. I was given every possible reason to make my visit a successful one and really felt like I had chosen the right Dentist. And so I say a thank you for an A-1 treatment.

Professional, friendly and thorough. My 89 year old dad was very impressed and appreciative of the time spent in discussing options for treatment. He was able to be seen almost immediately for a broken tooth. Dr Poole and staff are highly recommended!
