New dentist in town from New York! He did an internship or something here and liked it enough to stay in Anderson. Really nice and knowledgeable staff and hes a good dentist (Ive been to quite a few in my lifetime so I know one when I see one). Hes done one crown, (etc.), so far and it is excellent. He will be building a bridge for me after I complete an implant. Have confidence in him. He will work with you to ensure you know whats going on and what needs to be done.

I have been going to this dentist office for 25 yrs and I love it! It is decorated like a warm inviting living room . The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. This place is amazing! I havent gone to a dentist in probably close to 10 years and I knew I needed to start back on the track to take care of my teeth. Base on what was in network this was one of the few places that had so many great reviews and I can see why! They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and did not make me feel judged in the slightest for my negligence as a youth. They laid out what was most important and suggested how to make the most use out of insurance. I didnt feel like I was being ripped off like in the horror stories Ive heard from other dental offices. Im glad to to have started my journey to healthy teeth with them!!

I moved from the Bay Area and was is desperate need of a dentist. A co worker recommended AFD because she goes there and really likes they staff and dentist. I called with fingers crossed that they could get me in cause I was in so much pain, and they did! They are very friendly and comforting. They put all my worries at ease. They walked me through what they were going to do and gave me options on how best to go about fixing my tooth issue. I appreciate that most than words can describe! 😊

Our experience with Anderson Family Dentistry was very pleasant. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Murolo was very patient and kind. He was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis and the plan going forward in our treatment and took the time to answer all of our questions. His assistant was very sweet and patient also. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The office is very clean. Dr. Murillo is excellent at explaining x-rays, future procedures, as well as setting up a plan for future work basing it on priority. He just doesn’t prioritize by the more expensive procedures as a previous dental office had.I had an emergency visit, the office got me in, he took care of it, and even called me personally to follow up. He went the extra mile - kudos!

They even have called me to tell me that they found a oral surgeon that could get me in earlier. The staff are very friendly and genuine sincere when it comes to making sure you are taking care of. We had an appointment yesterday bfor my daughter and it was the best experience. My daughter has Vasovagal syncope and will faint or get dizzy easily. The staff and Dr were very accommodating and nurturing. My daughter didnt have any dizziness or even feel anxious cause all the staff were amazing. She even said she really enjoyed the appointment. I highly recommend this office.

I had lost a crown and broke a tooth, I was able to be seen right away and have the jagged tooth smoothed off until I could get into have the crown and tooth repaired. Everyone from the front seat to the Dr.are very professional and kind.

Greeted with a smile. The waiting room was clean and I didn’t get a chance to sit down before I was called back. Barbie cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. I’ve been to three other locations and no one made my teeth feel this clean. I have a locking jaw and they supplied me with a bite block to make me comfortable. The X-rays went great. Hurt a bit because of my high bone structure. But that’s isn’t their fault. Dr Murolo checked my teeth and complimented me on the upkeep. Thanks guys and gals. I’ll be back. See you in May.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Mercill for many, many years. She is really good and cares about how we are doing.

First time patient. Emergency appointment for front tooth pain.December 28, 2017 - January 2018. Last visit June 2018.Would not recommend this Dentist. Had two root canals, front tooth and rear molar. Was charged for Gingivectomy, on rear molar which was not preformed. Continual issue with rear Molar after work was completed. I spoke with Dr. Mercill about the poor quality of work, and needed corrective measures to prevent any future complications with molar.1. Shifting foundation the cap was placed on causing tooth movement. 2.# 6 food pocket cased by driling out too much bone. Dr. Marcill stated she would perform deep scaling, that would cause the tooth to be more stable, all teeth move. Im not a Dentist, but I know that the condition caused by Dr. Mercills poor work is more serious and will need more than a deep scaling to fix and prevent future health issues. I paid $3,900 for two teeth, and will now have to pay again to have the molar extracted, redone properly, or implanted. Dr. Mercill did off her help if needed in the future, but took no responsibility for lack of quality or dishonesty of charging for procedures not preformed.
