Everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor took good care in removing my wisdom tooth. I was in so much pain. He numbed me up pretty good. I didn’t feel a thing and it was quick. My crown with my tooth in it fell out! I was determined not to leave without something in its place. 4 hrs later I walked out smiling again. Its temporary but a good job until I can get something else done. Oh & it was a Saturday morning. 😁

Highly highly recommend. It was my first time in the dentist for years so I was nervous. They were very kind and took a 3D scan of my mouth showed me exactly what needed work on. I decided to go in because my gums kept swelling. After a quick gingivitis treatment they gave me a very nice toothbrush and medicated mouthwash and toothpaste. My gums are very light pink and healthy again, no issues where I was having problems. It really puts my mind at ease. I really recommend this place.

Absolutely recommend!!! I went in because of tooth pain and they took x-rays of all of my teeth. Obviously found the cause of the pain, but did not focus completely on that tooth only. They helped me come up with an action plan to get my entire smile healthy again and worked with me to get it done. Ive always had bad teeth and anxiety of the dentist. Everyone I encountered was so kind, from the girl that took my x-rays, the hygienist, Blare at the front desk, Carolyn that helped me with my financing, and of course the dentist!! Not once did they make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth and they listed fully to my concerns and how my teeth got to this point. They made me feel like they actually cared and wanted what was best for me instead of worrying about the money. I am feeling hopefully for my next several appointments and procedure to just my smile on track and to continue a healthy dental hygiene life!!! Again, thank you to the staff at Aspen Dental ❤️

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and were able to get me worked in even though i did not have a appointment. I have always had a major fear of dentist but the Dental Assistant who took care of me (Allie) really put my mind at ease with her care and compassion that she showed during my visit. She did her best not to cause any more pain to the tooth that was bothering me and Dr. Fogg also was very pleasant and talked me through what we were going to do. I would recommend them for your dental needs : )

Dr. Mannan did a great job on my root canal! I was in a great deal of pain and the procedure was a success and I am no longer in pain. Dr. Mannan and his assistant were very professional and thorough! I highly recommend him.

I had a severely broken tooth that ended up needing a root canal done and a crown. My root canal was postponed due to the entedontis having an eye infection. The root canal itself was successful, then staff left me waiting in a chair for over half an hour to get my temp crown fitted. Now the delivery of my permanent crown has been postponed for unknown reasons. The staff has no concern for human responsibility as they tried to call me as I walked in the building for my appointment to reschedule me. I originally called in a sever amount of pain and was not taken seriously and given 0 urgency. Their only concern is getting paid.

The new patient process is very easy! I was in a lot of pain and they got me in quickly. They even flagged my account so if they got a cancellation they would call me. I need my wisdom teeth out and they scheduled me with an oral surgeon way sooner than any other office I had called. They fit a finance plan that works perfect, and it was very affordable. The staff gave me a warm welcoming when I came in, and the doctor was extra informative about what was going on.

It was our first time visit. We really had a great experience there. The entire staff were nice, very friendly, helpful & supportive. Doctor also recommended my mom in law antibiotics from Meijer with a great discount. Their service is beyond professional & well explained. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great dental service at reasonable rate but horrible accounting/book keeping. My wife visited this location several months ago for a first check-up as a new patient which is supposed to be FREE. Anyhow, she was suggested a tooth filling which she ended up getting done the same day and paid dues right then. We thought that was easy-peasy. Phew! to our surprise, we got a notice for bill the month after and we called Aspen to clarify the charges which were already paid off. Furthermore, this kept going on for the next few months - we would keep getting the bill each month. Even after several calls to the dental office this was not resolved. Every time I call, the front desk person says they will update their records. But NO, this dragged further and we got a credit reporting notice. Man, are you serious? We are on the brink of getting a bad credit being reported on our credit scores at no fault of ours. My wife finally got in touch with a Manager who said this was an issue with Regional office not updating their records. Fingers crossed, hopefully this is the last and final time we have to deal with Aspen dental.

Dr. Raheema - The best dentist in the area. Staff is fabulous -Brittany, both Bries, Blayre, Allie, Brandon, and Tia. They all get along well too and are very knowledgeable. What a great team!

I was made to feel welcome and was treated like a friend. I really liked Dr. Green. Everything was explained clearly and a schedule for the work I need was set out and a payment plan was set up. I was surprised because I always went to a private dentists. I found a more through experience with Aspen.

Great place with great people. The invisalign upsale is a bit over bearing like a pop up ad..but we get that every where we go with everything.For some of us lower income folk a better paying option/plan would be fantastic..thats not the fault of this particular establishment however the company as a whole should take note.

Dr. Green, assistant Allie, and Brandon were all fabulous during my visit to Aspen Dental! As someone who has anxiety towards the dentist (and in general) it was such a relief to be treated with the upmost respect and care. They understood my concerns and helped me address each of them one step at a time. I never thought I could have the smile I dreamed of but Dr. Green and the entire staff are making it possible. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I was called back at 9:00 am pout in a room. Not one person came in my room untill I we out in hallway at 10:50 am. No one said sorry for your wait or anything. Dentist came in spent not even 5 min in there wanted me to schedule another appointment. Needless to say I will not be going back. And cancelled familys up coming appointments.

Check in was easy thanks to Miss Claire..Taylor took x-rays, she was so quick & so sweet..Tia came in & did an exam, she is the hygienist..then Dr Yousif did a more thorough exam. Everyone I dealt with was very professional & explanatory of everything they were going to do prior to doing it. I was extremely apprehensive about this appointment. I am very pleased.

Front desk lady is awsome, the doctor as well.But I never waited for so long to get checked by a doctor. Then when I schedule my next appointment they said it was going to take 30 mins. Well let me tell you we ve been waiting 45 minutes and they said in 45 more minutes. Also they were not able to find my dental insurance. The blonde lady that give you the total, I feel something is off on estimates. Im going to try to find another doctor. Can anybody recommend in anderson area?

Took my husband in for his 3:15 appointment early because they called us to say we could come early. We got there at little after 2pm. We left there after 6pm. He went for tooth pain. They were doing an extraction for it. He kept telling them he could still feel it. They kept numbing him but it never numbed all the way. It was painful. They were not able to get it all. My husband had to tell them to stop because of the pain plus his blood pressure was rising and he was getting light headed so his blood sugar was low. All the while the dentist and nurse was talking about needing to get this finished up because they were closing soon. He felt like they were more concerned about leaving on time. Well you would think being there for 4 hours you could get the job done or make a decision sooner if you cant do the job then call someone that can.

My dad needed dental work and new dentures. Doctors and staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They did a great job of explaining different options and the cost of each one. Excellent customer service!

From the time I walked into Aspen Dental everyone of the employees there was outstanding I knew when I went in I wasnt going to get good news on what was going on with my teeth they done an outstanding job on making me feel comfortable and understanding what needs to happen I would recommend them

I went in for a root canal on 9/18 and I was scared and anxious. I had a root canal last year at a different office by a different dentist and it was very painful, and took 3 hours so I wasnt really looking forward to this one. My blood pressure was high, I was shaking. Dr. Mannan and his assistant Elida were doing the procedure. They were very kind, offered to play any music I wanted. After the initial poke for numbing medication(which I barely felt), after they got started, not once did I feel pain. About half way though I started to relax and when Dr. Mannan said we would were done I couldnt believe it! It felt like it had only been like 30 minutes! Long story short, it was fairly quick, painless, and I was able to save a tooth. They took very good care of me and if you are needing a root canal and youre dreading it and even considering pulling the tooth, go see Dr. Mannan. He is very good at what he does. I am a baby when it comes to dental procedures but I was very impressed and grateful. I couldnt thank them enough!

Everyone was super nice and helpful especially when I brought in my 4 yr old for her very first cleaning she did awesome and the hygienist was so gentle with her! I havent been to the dds in a couple yrs so I knew I needed SOME work, not to the tune of over $3,000 however and my husband, well his treatment plan is $13,000 one way and $11,000 the other he has not been in 10+ yrs so his I expected but dang not this. Everyone was awesome and we will be returning but it is pricy!!

I am a military vet and havent been able to afford any dental care in several years! I went to Aspen Dental in Anderson, IN for the free new patient exam and ended up accepting treatment! The front desk staff, Samantha and Blayre were so friendly, welcoming and professional! The dental assistant Brittney was awesome and the doctor was very understanding and helpful! I am very happy with treatment so far and looking forward to the end results! I highly recommend this location! They are an amazing dental team from start to finish!

Unbelievably trashy place. We had an appointment for 9:15. At 9:47 my son hadn’t been seen. I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. We pulled him out of school and drove thirty minutes for him to not even be seen. What really did it is when people who came in well after we did were seen first. We ended up leaving and asking for an excuse note for school. He just needed a quick appointment to snip a piece of gum off that had came up from an erupting tooth.

So, a mixed review here. I wish I could give Dr Yousif and his dental team 5 stars and whoever I talked to on the phone and scheduled the appointment, 1 star. I had an appointment set up for my husband and asked them on the phone if he would get them the same day and she said yes, for the cold pour they do them on site and as long as thats what he got. They did get him scheduled really fast and we went today and he was told that its a process and he can get them in about 2 weeks. Now 2 weeks is not a long time and is completely reasonable for a quality set of dentures and I would of had no problem with it if I had been told that to begin with. But dont get someone excited about something and it not be possible. Now Dr. Yousif is amazing! My husband said all of the staff he interacted with made him feel comfortable and thats why he stayed after the timing discrepancy. He said that Dr. Yousif and the staff care about making everything perfect and getting a smile that you can be comfortable with and thats functional. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Gave all my information before the visit at 8am came in early to do my new patient paper work.Gave all my insurance information and a contact number for them to verify my insurance. When I finally got to the back I’m thinking I was good to go just to find out they still didn’t get in contact with my insurance! So with that being said I still couldn’t get any work done the best thing I got I guess would be some antibiotics other than that communication on the check in part need to be better

If you are looking for a new dentist give this place a try! The staff are professional, nice, and knowledgeable. The dentist, are top notch. I drive over 30 mins and pass tons of other dentist on my way and happy to do so!

I cannot say enough concerning the effective and positive service I had with Aspen Dental. My first visit was free and they completed several X-rays, had a Dental Hygienist consult with me and the Dentist gave me a complete rundown of my problem. Dr. Greene was recommended to complete a root canal in a tough spot and when I called to make the appointment with him he (Himself) made the appointment for that same day because of my pain level. I would recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Green in Anderson Indiana to everyone! The customer service is top notch too!!

I went in for dentures and could not be happier. I am a heard to fit patient and have been told by previous dentists that I will never be able to comfortably wear dentures. Aspen is proving these other dentists wrong.Mike is a true artist, the dentures he made me are beyond beautiful. My tech Carrie is always friendly and knowledgeable and really cares if my fit is comfortable. Dr Yousif is friendly, knowledgeable and above all honest. He let me know the good and the not so good about my mouth issues. I would recommend Anderson Aspen dental to anyone who needs dentures.

Minus 1= Zero - failed to honor the warranty on their best dentures, the ones that I specifically purchased for the warranty (my second set from Aspen), telling me that they provided no such warranty on partial lowers. Funny thing though, they repaired my first set, under warranty and of charge, for the exact same break. Office manager cant explain why theyre trying to sell me a new set of dentures rather than repairing the ones that I already paid a good amount of money for, and that are magically no longer guaranteed. Felt like I was negotiating with the sales manager of a used car lot. So far, it has cost me about $325 to find a real dentist and get my guaranteed (not yet 4 yrs into the 7 yr warranty) dentures repaired. 18 visits maybe over 12 years, somewhere between $12-13k in work/dentures, never saw the same Dr twice. Or any of the other staff for that matter. Run far away. Much, much better in town. These folks treated me low-down.

Was given a 4:45 pm appointment on Saturday 1/12. I arrived early and waited patiently. When taken back and asked what I was expecting today I explained that when the appointment was made, I was told I could get started on my lower partial and I would leave with a temporary the same day. I explained that this was important to me. Approximately 1.5 hours later the doctor came in and said I was misinformed and it would not happen. They had the whole day on Monday to rectify the situation before I drove all the way from Noblesville and back. I totally understand mistakes happen. Its what you do after acknowledgement of the mistake that matters. Aspen decided to do nothing. I most definitely would not recommend them

Great experience at Aspen! Everyone was very professional and provided me with much more information than Ive ever gotten from other dentists. I felt they were very thorough and helpful. Nena was great with the paperwork and Brittany was great with the x-rays. Everyone else was great too, but I cant remember their names. :)

Overall a good place to get work done. Very modern and they have lots of rotating staff which is great for getting an appointment but takes away from the personal touch. It does seem to cost more here than at other dentists in my experience, but Ive not drawn solid conclusions on that yet. Because of their high volume they do make the occasional insurance or scheduling mistake but they have always been willing to make things right in the end.

I went in to have my upper denture repaired, which was done satisfactorily and they decided I should have a new one made, that was the end of satisfactorily service. I felt like I was being worked on by trainees. The girl that done my impression was too busy running her mouth and not paying any attention to what she was doing. She pulled out the impression plate and walked off and left a big glob of clay in my mouth, I took it out and ask her what she wanted to do with this, she responded oh did I leave that in there and laugh. I reported that to the dentist who had no concern. Everything was down hill from there, I selected the best denture that they listed. I have returned several times for them to try to make the denture fit with no results. Im tired of going back and having a different trainee sticking their fingers in my mouth. The dentist has tried several times also with no good results. The denture does not fit, I cant talk right with it in, and I cant chew with it. Thank God I still have my old denture, I am just tired of going back with the same results. Wasted time and wasted money.

I was seen by Dr Yousif here, and I had a great experience. He was very professional, and I felt like he really took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. I will be going back to see him again.

Fantastic pediatric experience!! I brought my two children here, ages 2 and 4, for a routine cleaning and checkup. The dentist and staff were incredibly friendly, comfortable and patient with my kids. This was the first visit to the dentist my 2 year old, and she is still pretend-playing Dr. Dentist.

I went for a routine dental cleaning. I just got a consultation. And they wanted me to pay an extra 350.00 out of my pocket that my insurance didnt cover. Once I asked what all that money went to I was told that if they took off the elective things I would pay 75.00 out of my pocket. And I have never heard of a gingivitis cleaning. Let alone it taking 2 visits and special rinse and gel to take home. What happened to good old fashioned teeth cleaning? What a racket. I can see people being swindled into doing and paying more than needed. I wont be returning here. By the way a retired gentleman was there arguing about his bill. And how much he owed. And he was retired military.

Very pleased to initially find a very positive review by all of Aspens patients, when I was looking at Aspen Dentals website for a reputable Dental Group to handle my own dental needs!Now, having been to Aspen Dental for my own dental evaluation, I can relate to the other reviewers positive experience as my visit was just as positive as those Id seen online. What a Great group of professionals!

I thght I needed some work done & they told me I didnt. They didnt fleece me,or take advantage of me,wow! I got my original work done there 9 yrs ago & Im proud to say that my teeth still look gorgeous!!! I get a lot of compliments to this day. Aspen Dental is spot on fantastic.

Well, everything was going well when I first arrived. However. They failed to mention a fee that would have to be paid when I got there. They also failed to run my insurance to make sure that it was good and up to date. Turns out it hadnt kicked in so I got charged a fee that I should not have been charged. Once again I will reiterate the fact that I was charged a fee that I was unaware I was going to be charged because they did not tell me when I got there and they didnt run my insurance until after I was in the chair. If I had know I would not have had it done. Please make sure to have them run your insurance and make sure that everything is properly done. As well, as making sure that they tell you what it will cost at the beginning so that you dont end up with a fee that you can not afford.

I have an abscess and a lot of work that needs to be done. I have severe Dental anxiety, but everyone was nice and made me feel at ease with all that was happening. I have found the Dr that is going to give me my smile back!!! Very pleased with Dr. Yousif!!!

They where very friendly and understanding to someone without insurance. Got me in and out in a timely manner. I had to have a tooth taken out. Which i was super scared to do so but they are very kind and walked me right through everything. I will be returning.

Everyone was super nice but my appointment was at 3:45pm, I showed up at 3:20pm and didn’t leave until 6pm. Just for a checkup and a teeth cleaning, and they didn’t even clean my teeth. I spent probably an hour and a half to 2 hours just waiting. As I was going to leave, I was blocked in by an ambulance and waited another 15 minutes for them to move so I could leave the office.

My husband had the best experience with Aspen Dental in Anderson. Very professional staff. Nice atmosphere and very clean. I was informed that they dont accept H.I.P insurance.I understand that some places do not but,I had already gave my insurance info initially and they knew I was on H.I.P. What a complete waste of time off of work.Im going to find a real dentist. Not a quack in the box who treats me like Im just another sucker.

The Anderson office is not even comparable to any other Aspen I’ve been too. They always greet me with kindness and professionalism. The whole office team is extraordinary. The Dr (I forget his name, dark hair) was so kind and understanding to my situation. I highly recommend this office among the others! They literally saved my life. As I was having a tooth extraction, the Dentist noted that my BP was high. He encouraged me to have it evaluated. As I left the office I ended up having symptoms. Within a few hours I was in the cardiac cath lab having my heart fixed. I literally owe them my life. I’ve never in my life been treated with such kindness and love. I will forever be grateful for them. Thank you to all of you. I believe everything happens for a reason and because of you, I am alive and will be okay.

Blayre was absolutely wonderful in getting me set up, Brittany was quite helpful, Tia was very kind during the whole process of cleaning, and Dr. Yousif was amazing. All in all, an excellent team to work with!

It is a sad thing when you go to the dentist to have all your teeth pulled and get dentures and the best part of your experience are the extractions.They have made 3 sets of dentures and I still can not eat anything without my bottom denture coming out. I am on the brink of asking for my money back.
