Called to make appointment for eye exam on Dec. 14, 2016. I was told I would not be able to get an eye exam because they were closing early. I dont have an issue working with the times a places has open appointments. My issue is that I was not greeted properly or even given an option to schedule a time when they were open. Definitely not a way to do business. Fortunately there are plenty other options.

I would highly recommend Amarillo Vision Group. Dr. Sappington is caring and passionate about helping her patients. The staff is helpful and courteous. My son and I had a great experience. My 6yr old son was unsure about going, but Dr. Sappington helped him feel comfortable during the appointment. I am very pleased with how clean and well managed the office looked.
