We have been using Coulter Drive Optical Medical Center for many years. The staff is very professional and courteous. They show and explain in detail everything about your problem. All the questions are answered thoroughly. Options and tips are given for your medical condition.The office is clean and pleasant. Water and coffee is offered. There is a waiting room for family members with massaging chairs and TV.Coulter Drive Optical is using technology efficiently. They will send you a text, asking to confirm your appointment.If you wish you can have your prescription eye glasses ordered here too. They have a nice selection of eye wear. We are very pleased.

I have gone to Coulter Optical/Medical center for many years. The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have always had a positive experience every time I have came in. The doctors are informative and thorough in the examines. The eye glass department were always helpful in picking out my frames and when I received my glasses I never had a problem with them. I always come back for them to readjustment my glasses after I have played with my grand kids and messed them up. GREAT PLACE!!!

We love Dr. Smith because he is so thorough and careful to make sure our optical care is right on target for what we need. He is personable and enjoyable to visit with during our appointments, and he clearly enjoys what he does.I highly recommend Coulter Drive Optical and Dr. Tyler Smith.

Ive been seeing Dr. Bass for over 20 yrs. He has taken great care of my eyes! I still have 20-20 vision long distance. I do need readers for up close. The staff is always very friendly. I will continue to use Coulter Drive Optical.

A wonderful place to have your eyes checked. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable. I see Dr. Bass and I think he is the best.

I have used Coulter Optical for years- like over twenty! Ocassionally I jump ship and try another shop, but I am NEVER as satisfied. Coulter Drive Optical employs professional people who stand by their work. They offer no hassle adjustments and free cleaning. I have never felt pressured to by the expensive designer frames, and they always recommend choices that I love and can wear comfortably on a daily basis. They dont advertise a host of special prices, but their prices usually beat the composition for the higher quality lenses and frames. I will be sticking with them for many more years!😍
