Lupe made the process of picking out frames for my son fast and easy. My son made his selections but while we were checking out he decided that he didnt like them. Lupe was able to find another pair that he loved. Great customer service. Eyeglass World should be blessed to have Lupe as part of their team.

I came to Eyeglass World after years of using another eyewear store. The staff treated me like I was their only customer and made my purchase a seamless one getting the most out of my insurance. Ryan Leigh is probably the most knowledgeable person in his position I’ve ever encountered.

At first attempt it was terrible, bad customer service. BUT! Ryan reached out and was very helpful making up for the poor experience I had before. He got me scheduled next day and even helped my peculiar eyeglass needs and slogged thru me trying on probably 20 different pairs. And same day eyeglasses. Ive got some snazzy new frames and somewhere I will recommend others to go. Ask for Ryan if you have been burned by other eyeglass stores. Friendly and helpful.

This is my first time at this place and I’ve got to say, it is amazing! Dr. Rouphail was so sweet and made sure my eye exam went fast and smooth. She is amazing! Lupe was also very helpful through the process of choosing and setting up my glasses. She was so kind and displayed excellent customer service! This place deserves more than 5 stars, no lie. If you’re ever in the area or live in Amarillo, I highly recommend going to this business. They truly have great staff and customer service! I am definitely returning here when I’m back in town.

The doctor that did the eye exam was very young but she gave me very good advice about taking care of my eyes. Her exam room was very clean. I am sort of a germaphobic. I feel that the employees at Eyeglass World should keep a container of clean pens and give new customers a clean pen when they come in. I think that the chairs should be wiped down between customers. Lupe was so good at helping us pick out frames. She is so kind. I was amazed how all the employees check out each others work. All the employees are wonderful!

Everyone was extremely kind. I was able to get a years worth of contacts and a new set of glasses for less than Ive paid for a single pair of glasses elsewhere. I definitely feel like I was given a good deal as well as received wonderful customer service.

I had an appointment with another eye doctor in town. When I found out how much the glasses were going to be I decided to go shopping to find some that were in my price range. I couldnt believe I could get 2 pairs for the price of one at the other store. I was even able to get them the same day, where as my sons wont be ready for 2 weeks. Great customer service. Dale was super friendly and honest, which is hard to find these days. I will definitely be back.

I was picking out some larger framed glasses and the manager was so helpful. He explained that because my vision is so bad that my lens would be terribly thick the bigger the frame. Ive never had someone be so helpful in this area. My sales lady was also awesome and helpful. The pricing was so much better than where i had been going. So glad my friend recommended them.

Went in to get an eye exam quickest Ive ever had the eye doctor was very nice and helpful and I was able to get 2 pair of glasses overall great experience I will be back.

Wont go hear again... Frames that my wife got were loose after about 4 days of wearing them and then they were suppose to be scratch resistant and guess what they arent.

Stopped in because a screw came out of a high dollar pair of sunshades I purchased elsewhere. They were very polite and repaired the lost screw no cost. great customer service.

Im just giving one star because I am very upset ! I was just looking at my receipt and I noticed that the frames that were supposed to be free, I was charged 164.97 $ ! The store associate told me for the second frame I would be paying only 50 for the SV Poly and what I am seeing now is that you pay 50 for each lens + 25 for anti reflection when she told me the only thing I would be paying was 50$ for the second pair of frame!
