Worst place ever. Went in for a severe coug and headache. The doctor told me dont go to sleep tonight. Prescribed me antibiotics for a ear infection. Also would not give me an excused Dr. note the next day for work. I refused to sign and take the presciption she gave and went to Urgent Care who treated me for Bronchitis. The Urgent Care gave me a steroid shot, antibiotics, cough medicine, and an inhaler. Excused me from work until Wednesday. Please DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR HEALTH SEEING THIS DOCTOR! She was very rude & didnt help me at all!

The current doctor Chavez is by far the most disrespectful and condescending PERSON I have met in my life. The previous doctor named Cathy Powers was much better.

Angela was SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! No receptionist should ever talk to a patient the way she did.

I really loved the nursing staff but changed Drs I liked MS Kathy but after she left and some Chavez lady took over it all went down hill she is rude and condescending and no compassion

If you just need vaccines, don’t go here. Made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour after the appointment time

This DR office is rediculous. You are never seen close to your scheduled appt time. The NP demeanour is aweful. My daughters well child check up was no more than a charge to insurance for nothing was done. And the worse part of all is that if you need meds regardless of being seen at 8am you will still wait until the evening to get your RX beause they wait until the end of the day to send all of them in for there convenience. I only moved over here for closer dr office but not worth it at all. Will return to farther travels verses this joke of a clinic.

If i could give negative review I most certainly would. Says they do covid tests till 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and open til 6:00pm no day to Friday been here on location since 3:30 pm nobody is here and have been on hold for over an hour trying to see if anyone is comeing. Do not ever come here you will waist your time and leave with nothing but a headache.

Everything I needed help with they were there. They have patients, and explain what ever you need to know. I havent had any problems nor my kids. I been with them for at least 10 or more years. I would recommend any one if they ask.

I see negative comments. I think Kathy is great and she has my blood work spot on. I Had a thyroid issue and blood pressure issues. All taken care of. And Jan is so nice and so are the nurses.

Was a great clinic when they first started. Now it takes over an hour to talk to someone over the phone. We sat in the lobby 3 hours past our appointment time, we over heard someone else that had been waiting for almost 4 hour past their appointment time and she had a 3 month old. The doctor seems to be good but the nurses and staff are extremely rude and dont seem to care one way or another, the nurses and staff are what I call pay check collectors, they do not care about the patient only the paycheck. We will be looking for a new provider. I would not suggest going here anymore.

Absolutley awful customer service, my child needed to see a specialist and they still havent sent the medical records over so we cant make an appointment AFTER having to make two appointments for the same condition from Cathy Powers. I suspect insurance fraud on their part...

They took very good care of me. Fast service. Friendly and informative.

Two years later this place hasnt changed. I had Cathy when I was pregnant with my son, and it was great but the care he received was horrible! In and out of hospitals we were in ICU for a month but once did anyone listen to my concerns for him. We have since changed to Julie Reel and Amarillo Pediatric and she was very helpful, listened to me and since we have found my son has allergies, plus got his tonsils removed and is a completely different kid. A happy and healthy one. Stay far away from this place. They need to learn bed side manners and actually listen to their patients!

I wish there was a possible way to give no rating to this company. Why am I paying insurance if Im still having to pay for my kids shots when their supposed to be free???!!!! On top of the waiting. I set my appointment at 9 in order to be capable of going into work on time at 11 and still in the waiting room 50 minutes later. So your question is: am I typing this as in sitting here? The answer: yes. Still waiting and still nothing..... Horrible service and horrible organization here. The reason Im still waiting: I already paid the co pay!!! Ridiculous and unnecessary waiting time. The funniest thing being: they are the ones that said that they had a 9:00am appointment available. I didnt even request it......

I would give negative stars if I could. Went in just for school shots, by the time we left which was like 4 hours later she said my daughter needed back surgery badly, my kid was terrified and crying cause she said all this in front of her. So instead of staying there I took her to a back specialist and he was shocked and found nothing wrong. If you have insurance theyll try to make sure that you have several things so they can bill your insurance for everything. Then they charge you for kids shots which are suppose to be free. Total scam. They dont care about their patients at all. If you care about your kids do not go there.

They where really nice yes I had to wait a little bit but at least unlike other clinics like Texas Tech they are always taking new people.

Worst clinic ever!!! Wait time is forever even w/ appt. Also my daughter got sick w/ upper respiratory infection & ear infections called the nurse a wk later 2 say my daughter is still sick NEVER got a call back I took her to the ER & she broke out in a bad rash & still vomitting & NEVER got a call back bad service all the way around. U call & the receptionist cant even get u 2 the person u need 2 speak to. Have better service if Im spending my money here! Im switching doctors I suggest u do the same!

Worst appointment ever. I came in for a physical, and the door made sure I was in nothing but a top sheet that fell off, and made me touch my toes and walk like a sobriety test which was unnecessary. The doctor took an hour and a half even with an appointment, and the parking lot was empty. Never again.

I went to this clinic for hypertension. They did blood lab work twice which was unnecessary because it came back perfect the first time. Then they come up with a UTI put in Cipro. Went for a follow up according to Cathy powers it wasnt gone. She gives more Cipro schedules test. I go back for another followup in the test they do a ua in the office they say I still have a UTI. She sends me to Urologist. He did a ua at his office said there was nothing there. How could she have missed the result on the test from the hospital no bacteria seen? Two months later and have no clue if there is anything really wrong. Was all just to collect insurance funds? By the way my blood pressure is not leveled off or very good!!!!!

I checked the reviews to see if anything had changed in the year we have been gone. Guess not. My kids were extremely sick took them in without any testing at all she said norovirus gave them meds and they never got better took them to the er a week later where the er dr was astonished that she could say norovirus with no testing the had the flu. She was always very rude. Dont waste your time.

Terrible clinic to take your kids at!!! Took my daughter there for 4 months never will i take he there again. They are good with kids but terrible at answering and calling back. Had to take my daughter to hospital twice to get her checked because they dont answer. Left numerous voicemails

Terrible customer service, hour and a half wait time EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. No sympathy from staff for your sick child having to wait hours. Misdiagnosed my son numerous times. I have tried giving this clinic the benefit of the doubt but they seem to always rush him out and give him whatever diagnosis SEEMS right. DO NOT bring your kids here.

This was my first and LAST time I ever waste my time with this health clinic!!! I made an appointment and was told to show up at least an hour before for paperwork. After doing as the instructed I still had to wait forever to be seen. When I told the FNP what the problem was she told me nothing was wrong. I had lab work done through them and told them that it had to go to NWTH not BSA due to the fact that my insurance wont cover anything done through BSA. They still sent it to BSA. So when the bill came for payment for BSA I called and tried to talk to their billing dept, her name was Marissa(totally unprofessional), but she got an attitude and HUNG up on my wife, saying it was our fault that we needed to get ahold of BSA and figure out what was going on. I forgot to mention this is what my wife does for a living she knows what she is talking about. After talking to the BSA billing dept they said that they have the records and orders that the clinic sent to them that needed to be done. So after wasting half our afternoon dealing with these wanna be Drs they finally admitted to the fact they lied to us in the first place and that they did send the lab work to BSA. In the end they are going to pay for their mistake and I will NEVER go back to this place!!!

Hate it.. Everytime I call to make an appointment I can never get threw the answering service always tells me to wait 5 mins and call back. My kids never get in at the time they set for there appointment.. always wait at least 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs in the waiting room then forever in the back also....

If your looking for unfriendly, rude and borderline disrespectful customer service....by all means make an appointment!! I changed PCP for my kids after 3 doses of their negativity.
