Any time I have needed Supplies or have had an urgent need they have always taken good care of me

I’ve been waiting for over three weeks to get my oxygen cylinders replaced and have had to borrow from my other Vet friends. This place has the worst customer service as you can’t even set up an appointment on your time. The driver shows up unaanojnced and never gets the time line right. Just one big headache with these people and (no name) but he receptionist is very disrespectful.

In July I went to the doctor to get a new CPAP mask. July. It’s now October and I get a small foam CPAP machine filter in the mail. I call every week about my mask. It’s always my fault, my insurance information is wrong, I didn’t update my account, they don’t have an order from my doctor, the insurance company won’t let me have a mask, the mask is in the warehouse waiting to be shipped, etc. I haven’t been able to use the CPAP in 4 months and I get read the riot act- “you’re going to end up with pulmonary hypertension and atrial fibrillation”- by my cardiologist. Calling Caremore just raises my blood pressure. It’s always some stupid, “you didn’t tell us what size to ship”, excuse. I wish I could just pay for the mask from some other place but the doctor says I have to use my insurance.

Staff is not welcoming when you walk in the door, instead they act and treat you rudely. The respiratory therapist is barely ever there and you have to make an appointment 2 months in advance to see him.
