Excellent service everyone was very helpful & kind, informational I had to have gallbladder surgery & they helped get everything set up for me. Definitely recommend going if you need to. They also sent me & thank you ,get well card very sweet.

I went here when I broke my ankle at the trampoline park in Town Square. They were all super nice and caring.

After a car accident in 2019, I went for xrays and an exam. The other drivers insurance paid in full at the time. I just received a bill for over $10,000 stating that insurance did not pay anything and I am responsible for the full amount. After 2 days of dealing with this, I have proof from the insurance company that they did pay this in full and I do not owe anything. Additionally, the rates they charged on the bill are outrageous. If you use this place, watch the billing VERY carefully. I cannot recommend them and certainly will not go back.

Very unprofessional in the way they talked to you and acknowledge you, if even at all. Not very exceptional and were rude In tone, did not knock before entering room and just barged in. Barley said anything and left sitting there not knowing to go or to wait on another Doctor.

The name definitely matches the service! EVERYONE was so sweet and compassionate! These are scary times for everyone because of the unknown so IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE when you are treated kindly, and everyone here went above and beyond! The service was very prompt and I did not even have to get out of my car, which was so nice because I had my 1 yr old with me! I would recommend this place to anyone 💖

Would not recommend. Especially if it is an emergency. Sat in my car for 3.5 hours waiting on a COVID and flu test. Took them that long to take vitals and swab the people in the 5 cars in from of me. I watched every one of them. I went inside to use the bathroom and the lobby was empty. I would expect this at Northwest or BSA but come on! Earlier in the week I went to the one by Muai Thai (with and equal amount of people before me )and was seen, tested, and left within the hour. Pretty disappointed honestly. Two thumbs down 👎🏻👎🏻

They came out to our car to test for Covid-19 but did not tell us they did not take Cigna after we gave them our insurance cards. Now dealing with a huge out of pocket bill....I should have asked before we had anything done.

I go there when Im in pain and they take good care of their patients its clean and the doctors are so nice and very friendly
