This office truly cares about its patients. Love the car side service for those that could have covid or be contagious. Got a covid test and didnt even have to get out of the car!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I was in a time crunch needing an appointment with a physician and Dr. Uy and his staff came through with flying colors. One of his nurses even offered to meet me at the clinic 30 minutes before opening to get the paperwork ready. Dr. Uy and his nurses were kind, conversational, and professional. The entire group of seven that I was with was in and out, appointments completed, in 45 minutes. Great clinic, would recommend to anybody!

Dr. Uy previously spent many years working for “The State of Texas” and the “Amarillo VA Hospital”. He understand how Tri-care select, insurance works; as does his staff. I started to see Dr. Uy in September of 2020. Within 2 visits, he had achieved what my previous Doctor, couldn’t do; in 10 years! I had answers. My weight went from 192 lbs to 174 in 6 months. He is still helping me find answers. I am truly grateful for Dr. Uy and his staff. His nurses, are sweet, kind and patient. I recommend him to all of our friends and family. I keep them in my prayers, that’s how valuable they are to me.

Wait was a little long, but everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Once I got in, my issues were addressed quickly and I was out in no time. Price was competitive with other urgent care centers, definitely cheaper than the one I used to go to. Dr. Uy is great. Highly recommend it.

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I saw the nurse practitioner and he was wonderful. Easy and quick to get in and out of.

I was the only customer there and still was treated like I was the most unimportant person in the world. I was only there for a knee injection and after 30 minutes of not happening I left. I will definitely not go back there.

Ive been seeing Dr. Uy for close to 2 years and hes everything youd want in a doctor. Smart and straight forward. During my check up today, a patient walked into his office and instantly had a heart attack. Uy saved the patients life, I wish I could give 10 stars!

Dr Uy is the best. I just got the stress test result from Cardiology center today and It was exactly what Dr. Uy said. He doesnt want to get rid of you and He gets responsibility. He is the bestBut there is one more thing is bad in there. There is the Rudest hispanic nurse in I40First. If she is not there everything is perfect

The wait time was about 20 minutes which I do not feel was very bad for a walk in to see a Dr. All of the staff was very friendly and listened to my medical issue. The Dr. was very caring and listened to my complaint were other Drs havent. I did leave the clinic with medications called in and the Dr telling me he would call the primary care Dr at the VA clinic I use and order another test. He did contact them and hopefully the VA will follow up with his orders. I will surely visit this clinic for anymore medical problems I encounter. Thank you wonderful folks

I was interested in doing pellet therepy and did all my own research to know what to expect. I was going to another place to get pellets and it was completely UNafforable for BioTe. I began doing more research on BHRT options and found Belmar pharmacy had a better quality pellet. They produce and distribute their own pellets and make more than JUST testosterone pellets, since we arent made of just 1 hormone, this made so much sense to me. The company, Belmar pharmacy sent me a list of provides for Amarillo and Canyon. I was pretty frustrated that to have hormone balance it was going to cost me 2 months rent, more than 1 time a year. I called ALL the providers on the list to get their extensive price lists/process for pelleting. I landed in the office of Dr. UY due to the knowledgable staff before I even came to the office. Completely affordable.Apon arrival my initial appointment was a breeze and I love not feeling like I have to buy the entire line of products they sell from the sales people. I get what I came in for. Dr. Uy and his staff are very nice, listened to all my questions and had knowlegeable responses, as well as respected my time and got me in and out quickly.I am so grateful for this office!!! My second visit was for my pellets and he was so quick and professional...I WILL BE BACK and I am currently telling everyone I know about this office and my experience.Thank you!!!
