I live in a house that was built in the early 50s. A couple of years ago I had to get my roof replaced. Naturally electrical codes had changed and the work could not begin until the electrical service entrance was brought up to code. Since this was an insurance thing the roofing contractor had Ratliff come out and look things over and was given the job. Because of the code changes the entrance had to be moved a good ways. I gotta say that Ratliff did an outstanding job. And I should know...Ive been in the electric apparatus repair business for a very long time. I have to add something here. Ive heard some horror stories about home warranty companies. You are at their mercy when it concerns your home repairs. The issue with the garage door I read about here is unfortunate...and should not have ever happened. I believe I would have given the home warranty company a bad review because they messed up. A garage door repairman should have been sent to start with.

Horrible place! My home warranty company sent them to my house to look at my garage door. The only thing that was wrong with it was not coming up or down(price overhead doors found out it was the censors). But the guy who came out destroyed my door! It took me and my neighbor to open and close it when I got home from work. And after reading other reviews on this place doesnt really sound like they should even been in business.

Horrible attitude and not trustworthy. Shouldnt let people like that into your home.
