I have used Mr. Electric of Amarillo for the past 4 years. Once they came out the 1st time I have not called anyone else. Their people are friendly and professional and I have not had any problems with anything they have done, both new installations and repairs to existing home wiring.

This company is wonderful! I spoke with Carol several times between my initial call and after the job was complete and she was always so kind and helpful, and got someone to my house much sooner than I had expected! Chris was extremely professional and was very quick to know what our issue was and how to fix it; it took him no time at all. I especially appreciate that he was very respectful coming into my home with a mask properly over his face and booties over his shoes. I really hope I dont need an electrician again anytime soon, but I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Talk about service! I was able to communicate with Carol over the phone and email to pick my fixtures, I met the techs at my house to make sure we were on the same page, and when I got home that night, voila! I wouldnt have even known they had been there if it wasnt for the new fixtures. They cleaned up after themselves, and locked my door behind them. They also let me know when they were leaving for lunch and that they would be back. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had the courtesy to leave my good lightbulbs from the old fixtures on the counter for me. Great job Mr. Electric!!

Great service at a reasonable price.

We lost electricity two days ago. It’s a job for an electrician. We found Mr. Electric and gave them a call.....well three calls just to be told we’ll have someone contact you immediately. Well here it is Monday and neither mine or my lady’s phone has rang. I would not recommend them. They will put you off

I appreciate the expertise and friendly nature of those providing the services. I always feel like Im being treated fairly and respectfully. It seems rare to find the consistency of service that weve been fortunate enough to experience for several years now from Mr. Electric.

Chris and Chris did a great job replacing lighting and installing new fixtures. They ran into several unexpected problems, but solved them and got everything fixed.

We needed some electrical work done at our house & we looked on the internet for a reliable Company. We saw the reviews done on Mr. Electric & we were impressed with the reviews. We called them & talked to the sweetest lady & Chris Oberlies called us within minutes. He was doing a job at the time & said he would call us back in approx 1 hour, which he did. Mr. Oberlies came over & did all the electrical we needed done but he ALSO let us know BEFORE he did it, how much it would cost & we really appreciated that. He did everything at a very reasonable cost & one of the most Honest & Polite YOUNG MAN WE HAVE EVER MET. VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB HE DID. Great service and came out that day due to my meter box making crazy noises. Turned out there was a burnt wire and could have caught my house on fire. Chris was very kind and great to work with.

Please stay away from these guys. I was charged $1463.23 for just a few hours of work. They were suppose to get power to 3 apartments. I later found out they just gave power to one leaving the unsafe not up to code wiring in the unit. I had another company come out and get the other 2 apartments going for $2100 installing 2 new meters and all new electrical throughout. Also installed new light fixtures and tidied up all old electrical work that was an eye sore. It saddens me that people get away with over charging so much.

Do not use at all costs- they will try to scam you!The electrician that serviced our house failed to complete two of the tasks, probably under the assumption that it would not be noticed (one was in the attic, the other in a utility closet). After recalling the technician to complete the invoiced work, I noticed he had broken the light bulb in the attic. Not only did he not report the incident, but he left the shattered bulb in the socket, presenting both a cut and shock hazard.I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.

Words fall short of my experience at this place. I looked on the internet for an electrician that had good reviews and charges by the job (instead of $300 an hour no matter what) and I came across this place. I called at 8:19 am and a professional gentleman named Chris answered and said no problem we will have you called by our dispatch to set up a time for your estimate, I was happy with that. Then at 8:44 am (same day) a polite professional gentleman named Manuel called repeated my problem to me and asked if I wanted him to come right then, I was impressed at that point, and of course I said yes. He was at my door in under 10 minutes and was extremely courteous and got right to business and within 10 minutes he diagnosed our problem and explained the resolution to it and quoted a reasonable price and I said sold without having to check with my husband. He did the work very quickly and got our lives back to normal and was shaking my hand and saying have a good day by 9:45 am. I am still in shock. This is a well run establishment with professional outstanding employees. We are thrilled and we will never even consider calling anyone else. Thank you so much!
