Talk about the best service we’ve ever experienced. Our HVAC went out and within 4 days we got a new unit put in by Eric, Steven and Edward which who volunteered on a Saturday to do so. The main reason they got this done so quickly, along with the manager contacting us that day was because of our 2 small children and baby. We were so thankful and very pleased with the service we received from this company and the fact they wanted to take care of our family during this heat. This was our first time to use 1-800-Plumber. We had a massive leak under the slab in a bathroom. The water damaged the carpet in a bedroom, sheetrock, base boards, and hardwood floors in the closet. Due to the age and condition of the copper lines in our home, the best option was to replace the copper with pex and re-route the water lines through the attic. Alex did a great job redesigning and installing our new water supply and recirculating lines. We are so glad to have the hot and cold running water again! Alex seemed very knowledgeable, and provided professional and courteous service! I would definitely use these guys again.

Edward Valencia was the HVAC tech that came out on time and very nice young man . . . He ask me questions about what the problem was with my AC not working . . after I shared with him the symptoms, he got busy outside the house on the outside Condenser Unit . . .several checks proved the bad part and he replaced it . . .he then made other checks, hosed down and cleaned the Unit and AC was working great again !!!!! . . .Yippy !!!!! . . Nick Bustamante was very prompt and professional. He showed me a few different quotes and never tried using scare tactics to get me to purchase more services. We had a drain pipe rupture under our slab and it was thoroughly plugged with dirt and gunk. He opened up the slab and completely repaired it along with cleaning all our drains within 2 days. After he finished, he cleaned up the mess created by the work done. Nick was also very polite & considerate about masking. I will definitely ask for him again if we need a plumber in the future. If you need an HONEST plumber, Nick is a good one.

BAD! Andrew came out on Monday, May 29, 2017, and advised us of what we were facing. He immediately jumped in and stated that he would need to replace the gas line from the house to the meter. He was aware that my husband was working on our sprinkler system as we showed him where the problem started. He gave us an amount and told us that he could have our gas back on by Tuesday afternoon. We hired them. Andrew informed me that they would be here by morning, and didnt show up until after lunch. I informed him immediately that we had a death in our family, and I needed to leave out of town no later than 4:00 p.m. for a memorial. He said they will try. The time went on and I asked him if he would be done, so that I could go to the memorial. He abruptly stated, I can stop right now and come back next week! But you will have no gas until I return. Not only did he not show up when he said he would, but now I had to choose between family or having hot water and a stove to cook our meals on! Needless to say, he was not done until after 5:00 p.m. and I missed the memorial! Andrew was very slow at getting things done. Almost as if he was riding the clock. As the day progressed, they found a gas leak above our furnace in the attic. He advised us that the cost of the repair would be $414 + the $1750.00 for the gas line replacement and a $442 charge for the search in the attic, plus charges for any other leaks. He told me that if they repair the leak above the furnace and his equipment still showed a drop in pressure that he would then have to tear into our walls. He mentioned how costly that would quickly become. He also stated that the repair in the attic would take 3-4 hours to do. Then he advised my husband the alternative, $2200.00 + the $1750.00 charge for a whopping $3950.00. He pushed us into a corner and made us feel as if we had absolutely no choice, but to pay the near $4,000.00. I finally told Andrew that we needed time to think about which route we wanted to take and would reach out to him first thing the next morning. He then handed me his electronic pad requesting me to sign an authorization form. I asked him what it was for and he stated it was to authorize him to re-plumb the whole house in-case that was the route we would go. I advised him that I was not going to sign something until the work was done, or until I decided that was what I would do. Then he said that he needed to collect at least half of the total ($4k). I advised him once again, that I would pay for the work he did, which was trench out the yard and put in a new gas line. Andrew said we would take a gamble if he repaired the leak above the furnace and find out that there was still a leak somewhere else. My husband and I felt extremely pressured to re-plumb the entire house. After Andrew left, my husband inspected the work and found that he placed the gas line in the middle of the area where my husband needed to repair our sprinkler system! Andrew advised us that he cut through 4 of our sprinkler lines! He also informed us that either we could fix them ourselves to save money or he could fix it for another fee! Other companies said if they break it, they fix it! We also found that we lost our cable signal to our T.V.s when the tech went into the attic! Once again, another expense out of our pockets! Fortunately we were directed to another reputable plumber, who came out immediately and gave us a much more REASONABLE PRICE to repair the leak in the attic! $285 vs. $414.00! They promptly came out the next day (Thursday) by 9:00 a.m. and repaired the leak in 20 minutes (not 3-4 hours as Andrew quoted) and corrected the problem! I am glad we didnt pay another $2,200 as Andrew pressured us to do! We had to get Andrew to come back out Friday to move the gas line he put in the wrong spot. He simply pushed the gas line over. He left the cover off and the wires were exposed! And after a few minutes after he left the gas line returned to same place again! This has been the worst experience with 1-800-Plumber!

I had a complete HVAC replacement. The salesman, Shawn Harvey, came to the house after my call, and explained it all to me. I have never had it explained like he did. Very good presentation, and was very clear to my wife and me. When he left, we had already made up our minds that we were going to use his product. I had a previous estimate, and it was not at all good. The person doing the estimate, merely looked at the outside unit, and then the furnace, and e mailed the prices. His prices were too high, , too. We were going to get another estimate, but called Shawn in a couple of days, and told him of our decision to go with him.The installation team, consisting of lead technician Chris Diaz, and his co technician, name forgotten, were the best at all this. Chris sent me an e mail with his picture on it, telling me he was on his way, and sent a picture of himself and a short biography. Now, THAT is outstanding! I have never had any company do that before, and it was well appreciated. I watched both of them as the worked, and they did an excellent job. They always talked to me when I asked questions, and their answer were always yes Sir and No sir. Amazing. I would recommend them and your company to anyone. In fact, I had to leave for a bit to help a friend, and I showed her the bio Chris sent, and she was amazed, too. I told her your number, and she called me this morning, and repeated the number to me, so she could write it down. I told her to watch the commercials on tv, and look at the trucks around.In short, I am VERY PLEASED with the whole unit, and ALL of the people involved.
