My fur baby had the best time, he came back smelling fresh and I could tell he was well taken care of while being boarded.

We bring our pet to Willow Creek and we feel that hes well taken care of. Great grooming and very helpful staff. Love the location.

They were great with my dogs & patient with me! This was my thirst time to board my dogs (4 of them) I emailed to check on them & called to see how they were. They were very nice to me when I know I was probably on their nerves. I appreciate their patience with me! My dogs were glad to see me after 4 days & ready to come home of course!!

Picked my dog up today and she had a bad sore on her tale. It was a fresh wound like it just happend today. I was told that she might of had a scabb or something and it came off when she got a bath. But I no 4 days ago when I dropped her off she didnt have any kind of sore on her at all . So none there knows what happen to her.😪

They got us going on a last minute call and our animal came back looking good.

Very disappointed. I had to have someone pick up my dog for me while I was working. They asked if there was anything else that needed to go home with her and the staff said no. I guess Willow Creek just keeps any toys and extra food for their use. I had taken extra food in case I was out of town longer than expected. I’m also guessing they didn’t bother to feed my dog for the 2 days she was there as hungry as she was when she got home. Then there was the exorbitant bill and they had the audacity to ask for a tip! I won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and leave your dog in the backyard alone. They’ll get better care and it won’t cost near as much!So basically what WCK said in response to my review is whatever you bring in with your pet you may or probably will not get back. I guess I should just be thankful I got my dog back.

Kenji Fas first kennel stay while his Mum was in the hospital. Great kennel has conversation with Willow Creek Kennel owner. Reasonable prices. Staff loved caring for your dog. Plenty of parking. I havent seen the inside as I just had a total knee replacement. Sammy took the stress off me. Will be coming back to Willow Creek again. Thank you for loving my little boy.

Left mt dog with them for my family vacation 5 days came back and she had a big deep sore on her tail asked them where she got it the couldnt give a answer said maybe a scap the came off when she was bathed but she had no scars when she was left and I was offered no explanation o. Where it could of came from

Place is great. Pricing for training super affordable. Pricing for grooming is good too.Staff is friendly.My English bulldog loves going there (he thinks he owns the place 😕)My boy got right on track and away from his bad behavior very quickly with the training he got there.

I have been taking my dog here for the past 2 years. They take amazing care of her when she has to stay, and they do great grooming her. Chloe has really bad anxiety, so having a place she is comfortable is a top priority!

Ended up costing a lot more than we anticipated for our two large dogs (who shared a kennel), but they were very well taken care of and seemed like they had fun, so overall Im pretty happy. We payed for the extra play time and they posted pictures of our dogs playing on the Facebook page, which was a lot of fun to see while we were traveling.

I have been taking my dog to willow creek kennels since he was a baby he is now 7 . We have never gone anywhere else for grooming. Very easy to get into to , fast grooming dogs arent there all day , but will hold dog if needed after grooming. My last visit my dog was shaved and not evenly , I didnt ask for my dog to be shaved this time ! And when I messaged the owner about the mess up and terrible service I DIDNT even get a message back saying sorry or anything . So rude and not good customer service at all . Im so disappointed and will not be going back after 7 years of service .

Great place, costs were as expected and my Giant pup came home happy. I was kind of worried placing a 75 Lbs dog that isnt around other people or dogs much. But they were great with him. Their only complaint was his tail wagged too much, and I agree with that statement. He didnt want to go.

All 3 of our dogs got sick literally the day of picking them up from there and they said they didn’t get sick from their place , even through the vet diagnosed them with kennel cough ( which is passed from dog to dog or living in a bag condition)

Our dog Wyatt came home after his two weeks training a different dog! He was sleeping through the night, yeah! The training he received was so helpful. We could take him on walks and have him not pull us and he would stay when told to stay. And so much more. If you need your dog trained this is the place to go!!!!!

Willow Creek was phenomenal with boarding our cat while we moved. They took great care of her, were always happy to answer questions when I called to check on her, and were flexible as our plans change. I highly recommend them for boarding and intend to start bringing our pets here for grooming as well.

My grandmother takes her dogs to this groomer, usually they do a good job with cutting their hair, but my dog only got a bath and her nails cut. My English bulldog didn’t get her wrinkles cleaned like I asked and her nails are to short to where you can see the pink in her nails. I’m giving two stars because they are very nice people, but I just didn’t get what I asked for and my dogs nails are bad.

Great staff who really care for your pets. It was our dogs first experience and he had a great time! The staff was very accommodating and gave us a tour as well as met us after hours since we wouldnt be arriving during business hours. Very sweet people! Highly recommend!!

Theyre great. Theres just not much more to say. Incredibly friendly staff. You can tell they love your pets as much as you do. The facility is nice and I like how they really make sure every pet has the appropriate vaccines, especially kennel cough. Theyre flexible when plans change and can work with you however is needed to ensure a good experience. I wouldnt take our animals, dogs or cat, anywhere else.

Your pet definitely will get ticks, so just don’t take them here.

Best groomers ever! I have 5 long hair dogs and they are not even afraid to be there. They take special care of my aged and dogs with disabilities. Not to mention the very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Willow Creek!

Update 5 days later my two dogs now have kennel cough and have been coughing and wheezing all night, I looked up the incubation period for kennel cough and it is five to seven days. I have lived all over the country and boarded dogs very regularly and I have never have had a dog get kennel cough, there is something wrong with this place.I boarded my 2 dogs for a one night stay recently and was told in 2 different phone calls it would be 22$ per dog, when I picked up the dogs from boarding they charged me $88.00, when I told them this was wrong they said they charge per day, and wouldnt budge on the price, said the person booking would have explained that, when I explained they didnt, they told me $22 per dog, they got rude. My dogs where there for about 25hrs. Once I got my dogs they wanted out of the place immediately, other places we board they normally want to be pet awhile and are in no hurry to leave, here they said hi and pulled straight to the door. When I got home I realized there was way to much food left in the food bag I left with the kennel (another review questioned if there dogs where fed) and the dogs drank a crazy amount of water over the next 4 hrs, I dont think they were fed what they should have been and I question if they had adequate water. Regardless of the price I would never take my animals here again. Update 5 days later my two dogs now have kennel cough and have been coughing and wheezing all night, I looked up the incubation period for kennel cough and it is five to seven days. Our dogs love it here. They recognize the place and get excited when I pull up. Making reservations for the dogs is very easy. If they happen to be full, they make recommendations of what other kennels may be open. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Kennels without hesitation.

This kennel has been an amazing place to board my animals at and I look forward to doing more business in the future. They are always friendly and the kennels are always clean. If in doubt just ask for a tour and see for yourself. For the people that have posted that they lost a toy or they were covered in fleas my response to you is you take the risk of loosing a toy or bed any time the item leaves your house and you should be using a flea and tick treatment/preventative anyway. If you dont want to risk loosing the item then dont let it leave the house. If it is that big of a deal then take your animal with you. Your animal will be just fine without the bone or bed for the days you are gone. For those that feel your animal contracted Kennel Cough while at the kennel. This is a risk anytime you place animals foreign to each other in close quarters. Your animal should be current on vaccinations but realize no vaccine is 100% effective or effective against all strains of illness/disease. At the end of the day you should just take your animal with you if you cant deal with the inherent risks of letting your animal out of your care.

My dog and cat love staying at Willow Creek. The staff takes great care of them, and even bathes and grooms the cat. I really like seeing the pictures they post of them when I’m gone.

I boarded my dog Lucy in May 2017 for 5 days. The day I picked her up she would not stop whimpering. As soon as we got home, she urinated frank blood. I immediately called and was told she was whining but they assumed she was missing me. I requested they question the staff and look in her kennel for blood. I was told nothing was found there or in any documentation. Needless to say, we spent the next month battling a massive urinary tract infection that ultimately triggered an autoimmune anemia that very near killed her. Over 300 days later and thousands of dollars at Animal Medical Center, she is officially in remission this month. Thank god for Animal Medical Center. Maybe one has nothing to do with the other but I want my experience known. I would never board there again or ever recommend anyone else to do so.

When I cant take my pets with me this is the place I depend on for their safety and great care. The employees are great with animals and know how to care for them. Most of the staff have been there for several years. They also do grooming and dog training.

Their facility is extremely clean. Also the staff is very professional and friendly. Your pet is given the utmost attention, love and care while they are here. Plus I love the way that they groomed my poodle!

Love the training. My fur babies know where we are going when we head towards Willow Creek. I get puppy bark from the 10year old over 1/2 the way there.

Ungood in all but one respect: my dog was not dead when picked up. He was hoarse from barking, skinny, had a persistent eye infection he did not enter with and staff was not cordial or friendly. Our one and only time kenneling due to medical issues. Awful.

I am not likely to return. In August 2012 I left my two dogs clean on a Thursday evening and left them with their own toys and food. I picked them up on Sunday afternoon and found them dirty, stinky and flea infested. There was too much food left over, indicating they were not fed every day. one of the toys was lost and they were covered in fleas! Something I have NEVER had a problem with. The Girl that was working on Sunday was rude because I picked them up an hour early, she said she wasnt supposed to to let them go until 5pm. Really?? I was charged more to board them than I paid at a motel for myself and husband and we didnt stay at a motel 6 either. I had read and heard good things, so I was excited to find a place to leave my pets, but I was terribly disappointed.

I owned & operated a 50 dog kennel in calif foy over 20 yrs. This place has it going own. The owner act like its her first day on her dream job & that attitude rubs off on all that she employes. All seem to take pride in the job they do. They treat my big old ugly dog like he is a grand champion & from what i have seen these past 6 yr they treat all the dogs & owners the same way

The groomer did a really good haircut but the business is very dis-organized in they lost my dogs paperwork, and if they lost my dogs paperwork why would I ever trust him with my dog we may lose my dog .

They have a good clean enviroment and their staff loves the animals that they take care of. Their facilities are updated and look very nice.

My dog has been coming here since he was a pup, A few days ago we boarded our dog here and when we walked him to the back to place him in the kennel the kennels were filthy and smelly, my dog only stayed 1 night, when we picked him up he smelt pretty bad like he was sleeping in his own feces this wasnt just one occasion it has happened several times before when picking him up, Im complaining about it because it seems to me they dont care, my dog has kennel cough now because of the unsanitary environment my dog was in, its horrible and the people that work there lost my dogs toys and we never recovered them back, I had enough of this place disorganized and not responsible, this will be the last time I take my dog here.

I had a hard to handle puppy, but not anymore. Thanks for taking Rascal when he was such a pain!
