We had both of our dogs trained with JJ and his team. Well lets say OUR training with Proven has been great! They take the time to find our dogs personalities, which both of ours are very different, and what will make them successful. They have also answered multiple questions and calls from us on how to make everyone successful ans happy after the training was completed.

We took Maxx, our 1 y/o St. Bernard, to Proven K9 Training for their two week Board and Train program. What a difference they made in his behavior! Maxx had a serious stubborn streak and if he didnt want to do something, he would just lay down. Not good in a dog that will ultimately reach 175-200 LBS.! Hes such a good boy! Very manageable and walking with him is the experience we both deserved.If you are considering K9 training, give them the opportunity to turn your family member into the obedient dog you want them to be! I enrolled my German Shepard in the board and train program and the result is phenomenal! I had a hard time getting my dog to listen with any kind of distraction and now even with his crazy puppy energy he can focus and listen to any command I give him. The staff is super friendly, answered any questions I had, and gave me a thorough breakdown and what I need to do to enforce everything he has learned!

Proven K9 has been nothing short of amazing with my Rhodesian Ridgeback. Proven K9 has give my girl the tools to be a joy to interact with. Our goals as a team have presented some challenges for JJ and his incredibly talented team, and yet the trainers have employed new and diverse strategies to help Kila (and i) achieve those goals. If you are looking for cookie cutter training, this isnt it. Each dog/owner team is treated just as individually as they are. Now, enough about the training....let move on to the care. The procedures JJ and the Proven K9 folks use give me a complete sense of comfort. Kila is as happy to arrive at the Kennel as she is to leave. We enrolled our 2 year old Blue Heeler “Yeti” in the 2 week board and train program with JJ & the rest of the crew. At pick up, we immediately saw positive changes in his behavior. JJ went over everything with us and answered all of our questions (we had a lot of them, and I’m sure we’ll still have more). Although we will still have some work to do with Yeti at home and moving forward, we wouldn’t be able to have done it without the help of the staff over at Proven K9 Training.

The experience we have with Proven K9 Training has been everything we’ve asked for. JJ definitely goes the extra mile and is extremely dedicated to accomplishing what he sees needs to be done and it is clear that he loves what he does. Not only did he train our 5 month German Shepherd but he educated my fiancé and I along the way. We placed our shepherd in the two week board and train and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
