Randy was terrific. He pointed out things I was doing incorrectly and things that would help us have a better dog. Bruno responded really well to Randy. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

I have nothing but good things about Off Leash training. Laina came out to our home to see our dog initially and explained the entire process as well as answered all of our questions. Later that week we met up with our trainer, Josh, and he took our pit for her 2 week board and train. To be honest, I didn’t expect much. We have done training programs, classes, choke collars, and even shock collars to no avail with our dog. It was to a point to where she was completely disobedient and was nearing a point to where we were going to have to rehome her. We hired Off Leash as a last ditch effort to get her trained before we had to make that decision and it was the best decision we have made in regards to our dogs. They completely went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation that we had for this training. Our pit went from never being able to leave our backyard because of her behaviors to listening, being able to walk and heel on a leash, and becoming a part of our family again. I am so happy we found Off Leash K9 training and even happier that we were placed with Randy. He is so patient and calm and absolutely dedicated to the dogs he trains. It’s a calling, really, so to speak. Our dog adores him. We received a daily video of his progress but the best thing about it was seeing how happy our puppy was and how much fun he was having. Randy is more than we could have asked for. He is so quick to communicate and answer questions or just check in. He wants you to be happy and your dog to be successful! I really feel that he went above and beyond for our dog and I know he will do the same for all of his customers.

Our trainer is Randy. He is extremely knowledgeable and is good at what he does. He loves his job and it shows. We signed up our black lab because she was jumping on guest and overall wouldn’t listen to us. After the onboard training she was a different dog. Our Lab has so much energy and Randy has given us tips and tricks to do at home to help get her energy out. This experience has been life changing.

Shelly with Off Leash K9 did an outstanding job with our two Shepherds(Jizo&Kingston) during their two week board and train. I cannot say enough good things about Shelly, she treated our dogs like her own. Shelly sent daily videos and pictures of what our dogs were learning. She took the time to find our dogs personalities and what will make them successful. She has also answered multiple questions and calls from us on how to make everyone successful and happy after the training was completed. She helped both my dogs and me gain more confidence. This gave me a complete sense of comfort. They came home so well behaved and I can take both of them on walks off leash without having to worry! Hands down, Shelly is the best dog trainer! It was a pleasure working with a trainer with her degree of knowledge and integrity.

I would recommend our trainer Randy with off leash training to anyone and everyone. We just got our 2 year old giant schnauzer back from a 2 week board and train and he is a completely different dog for the better. Before we took him I was also very anxious and nervous because we never leave our dogs with anyone, so he even allowed me to get our e collar early and have 2 days of training to start working with him before we sent him off. Which helped us get to know him and see how our giant dill would respond. It made me feel so much more relaxed and excited to see how it would help him. My dog was very destructive, jumped on us, super hyper and always knocked us over, didn’t listen only when he wanted to. After getting him back he is calm when people walk through the door he doesn’t jump, he knows all the commands they promise to instill. He even does all the commands without the e collar as well. I’m very happy with the experience. He also built a relationship will my dill and they are like best buds now. Randy really cares about the dogs, he treats them like family, he even sent us an update of him and dill out back barbecuing. Very good trainer, looks after the dogs, and I couldn’t be more excited to keep working with our new and improved dog. Highly recommend 100/10. I am extremely pleased with the training Kurrie provided to Molly. Molly is a high-energy GSP and it was very hard for me to contain her energy and utilize it in a positive manner. Kurrie has given me my dog back; she now listens so well and I am now able to walk with her offleash where before she pulled wherever we went. She no longer jumps on us and is truly enjoyable just as I imagined and hoped she would be. Molly wants to please and is doing fantastic after only being back with me for 2 days. Shelly Bayless was phenomenal with our sweet Betty. She loves our dog and cares so much about helping us with our unique concerns. Betty has loads of energy and is deaf. I sent my baby to K-9 Off Leash Training school and I want to just say that before I took her she new almost nothing as far as commands. Anya is a very high energy level baby with little attention span but as soon as Randy got her he started working with her right away. Shelly was our pup’s trainer. Chloe spent 2 weeks with her, we were very impressed when Chloe returned. Shelly took the time to send videos and pictures of Chloe and gave us an update of what she was teaching her each day. We had no worries that Chloe was enjoying herself with Shelly and the other pups. Chloe came back to us well behaved and very well trained. Shelly is the best trainer in the panhandle! We’ve tried several trainers with our dogs, worked with them ourselves for months, and couldn’t get them to heel together and not pull on the leash. We are 100% satisfied with Randy as our trainer at off the Leash K9 Training. We were hesitant to even pay for training with our 1 year old goldendoodle due to that he was already over a year old and his behavior just couldn’t be corrected at home.I am 9 months pregnant and was never able to walk our dog on a leash due to the fact that his pulling was absurd! We adopted a 3 year old Golden Doodle. He was picking up commands but I couldn’t get him from running across the street when he saw a dog or walker. He wanted to greet them, all 65 pounds of him.We did 4 weeks of beginners training with Randy. Beau picked up the simple commands quickly and many times Randy took him to the next level. The most important thing was helping me learn how to correct him. Randy encouraged me and we are doing great.It’s been one month since his last lesson. He has stopped running into the street after other dogs. Today I accidentally threw his ball in the street. He stopped at the sidewalk. I told him to sit and he stayed as I walked across the street to get the ball. He stayed until I released him! That was worth the money and time spent training him! Thank you K9 Training!

Nicole was the trainer for our Sammi girl! She spent two with with Nicole and came back a different puppy! We are able to take long walks together without any problems. We had a wonderful experience with Shelly in our basic and advanced lessons and have such a better home life with our Brittany Spaniel because of it! Shelly was awesome to work with and customized each lesson to the needs of our family. We were able to pick commands we wanted to learn based on what we do with our dog on a daily basis. She was also so patient and understanding of my need to do lessons with two young kids under foot. Our weekly lessons will be so missed, especially by my 5 year old. Trainer Kurrie Newton did an AMAZING job with my 8 month old chi-mix! In the two week board and train almost all her bad habits were broken and she learned basic obedience and a few extras! My expectations were completely exceed!

I sent Kimba to Shelly for the two week board and train. Kimba has always been hesitant around new people and new animals. Shelly was amazing with her! She took Kimba everywhere with her to get her used to all the strange noises and new people. Every day I would receive a video photo or both of Kimbas progress. Shelly came to our house this week to evaluate our situation since we recently adopted a rescue from Animal Management & Welfare.She did not charge us for the visit and was honest in stating that our new dog would probably be better off in a different environment, since we have two cats and one small dog, and he is a working breed (part-border collie). She recommended trying to re-home him to a farm or larger property with more room to exercise since we live in a residential neighborhood. We signed our 7 month old littermate sisters up for the 2 week board and train program. Before they went, they were pulling and darting off on walks, jumping on everything. We just got them home and their progress is incredible. Kurrie did an amazing job with them! She sent us video updates every day. My toddler is no longer being tackled to the ground and walking with them together off leash is a breeze even with multiple distractions. This was such a great investment for our dog loving family! Cassie is an incredible trainer! We sent our 15 month old Weimaraner who had terrible manners to see her for training and he came home a different dog! Not only is he not jumping on ANYONE, he is no longer anxious with his kennel, is staying by my side for all of our walks with just a loose hold on his leash and allows even my 5 year old to walk him without pulling. We were at our wits end before sending Raider to see Cassie as we had tried multiple at home training programs with success only with me and only in the home environment. I wish I could give 10 stars because Off Leash training with Cassie saved our relationship!

Randy was the trainer that worked with our GS. We could definitely see a change in Max, and the first day we brought him back home it was easy to reinforce the structures and the training he learned during those two weeks.Although, we still have to keep working with him the foundation he received defenitely made a change.Our GS is very timid and stubborn, but Randy was patient. On the daily updates we received we could see a happy Max and he seemed to be bonding with Randy so we knew our Max was in good hands. Definitely recommend Randy!!!!

Randy taught our Pudelpointer “Colonel” a lot in two weeks. Our gentle giant is now a well behaved dog who follows sit, place, heel, and look commands.We are very pleased!

@CassieNewton trained my little Maddie Mae. She did such a good job with her. Maddie has anxiety disorders so it took her longer to come around to the idea of training, but @CassieNewton worked her magic and Maddie came through and did a wonderful job. My dog Scout finished her 4 week Basic Obedience program with Randy and it was the best thing I’ve ever done for us. Our relationship is so much better now that she has more confidence and I am no longer getting frustrated every time we go for a walk. Scout was an extremely timid dog and she would be so anxious when we went outside that she wouldn’t listen to me or take any food from me. Now with the e-collar and the amazing training she listens to me and is so much more confident and comfortable outdoors and in new situations! Scout and I bonded so much in this training with her learning what is wanted from her and her enjoying to deliver! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Scout and I both learned a ton and now have the proper tools to continue to train on our own. If you choose a private lesson route make sure you are willing to put in the time commitment outside of lessons - I promise it’s worth it!

It was hard dropping off our 8-month-old golden retriever with a trainer that we didn’t know. Shelly took the best care of our Molly. Every afternoon we received a video and pictures of Molly. It was fun watching her daily progress. When we picked Molly up after two weeks of training, Shelly spent 2 hours teaching us the commands and how to continue to work with Molly. The only down side was Shelly and Molly saying goodbye. We highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training—they trained Molly to be an even better pet. I think we learned how to be better pet owners.

Cassie transformed our 6 month old German Shark into a well mannered dog. Im so excited, before we took him to training he was very hard to walk, and tried to not only chew, but eat everything he could get ahold of, he also was not very nice to his pup sisters. It like a total 360, I got home and walked him the first night we got him back and he was so easy to walk, I cant wait to take him everywhere with me now, he so well mannered! His sisters are allot happier too. I truly feel this will make our familys (dogs included) life soooo much better. Thanks again Cassie!Also, this training will help him get better vet care, before they had to sedate him to do anything because he was so erratic, now we can just keep him in command to stay still!

We already knew trainer Nicole awhile before we decided to have our pup trained so we knew they were gonna be reliable and trustworthy. Each day we got a video we enjoyed being able to see the progression of our pup and then picking her up was even better after the 2 weeks. We’re so thankful to have her trained and would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking for a trainer!!

Randy did an excellent job providing basic obedience training for our Junebug. He was always very patient and knowledgeable. We learned numerous techniques that will help us from now on.

The transformation of our Great Dane/ Mastiff puppy started within minutes of the first lesson with Randy the trainer. The process was not complicated, and easy for both my spouse and I to take turns attending the hour lessons with the trainer. After the first lesson, our rambunctious 6 month puppy was already responding to our command to sit, using the procedure taught by Off Leash. Now 5 weeks later, our puppy is a wonderful companion that we do not hesitate to bring out in public.

Highly recommend this training! I had contacted another facility & was only given one expensive option. Shelly talked to me & asked several questions; she basically got to know Thor & I before offering her recommendation on the training he needed which was private lessons. This was affordable & a better option for us! Shelly was patient with him & myself - taught us several tips & tricks along with using the e-collar. She was awesome! Always asked questions about Thor & how he did during the week, then taught skills based on his needs. I would highly recommend this training to anyone. You’ll receive excellent guidance & instruction from a dog trainer with knowledge, skill, compassion & the passion for wanting your dog to succeed! Nicole Newton was absolutely amazing with our 8 month old 110# Great Dane. Gabby was not very good on commands and at her size we knew she needed to be well mannered. In a moment of weakness, at 3 am, with a grieving heart I purchased a pair of male wiener dog puppies. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I must also mention that I have a toddler and a baby on the way. 🙄 In true Doxie fashion my boys were stubborn and very set in their ways. In a very short time both boys developed a bunch of little bad habits. Nothing major but enough little things that it started to feel like a problem.I knew about “Off the Leash” because I had successfully completed the program with a previous dog who had aggression issues. Even though my needs for these dogs were different I knew that they needed this program as well.Trainer Christian took my pups from silly rambunctious boys to perfect gentlemen. I was floored when my toddler dropped a morsel of food and neither boy paid any attention to it. I was further amazed when we sat down to eat with no whining or jumping for table food. If you have a dog with major issues or just needs a little polishing I highly recommend OTL. Like I said, this is not our first time using this program and will not be our last. In my opinion this is vital for dogs and dog owners.

I took my GSD Luger to see Nicole Newton to address his reactive behavior to other dogs. Luger is GREAT with people but reactive with other dogs. We put him in the 2week board and train with Nicole Newton and by day 4 she had him socializing and being around other dogs no problem. He also learned many other skills that impressed me no end. Nicole also kept him an extra 2 days because their training had been hampered by bad weather. She didnt have to do that. Would I recommend these folks? ABSOLUTELY!

We were not able to take our dog Otis anywhere. He is a 95 pound boxer mix, the first dog I could not train to walk on a leash at all. He was so hard to handle - just super strong and excitable. He was sweet but uncontrollable. Nothing we tried made any difference at all.I was very nervous about leaving him for two weeks. But I could tell from the video we got on the first day that we had made the right decision. I couldn’t believe the progress Shelly made with him. We received new pictures and videos every day and the change in our dog was absolutely amazing. But best of all, he was so happy! His tail was wagging nonstop, and I could tell he loved Shelly and was having a great time!It was easy to continue his training. It’s so much fun to take him for walks, and to be able to have him with out us with no worry that he is going to break free and hurt himself or accidentally hurt someone else. We are completely confident that we can control him. We highly recommended Shelly and Off Leash K9 Training Amarillo. We love our dog so much, and Shelly has opened up a whole new world for him!

We just got our pup back from off the leash K9 and we were so impressed. Shelly Bayless was phenomenal. She listened to our desires and goals, was very intentional about keeping us up to date on Max’s training and well-being, and she was just very pleasant to be around! She did an amazing job loving on our dog and making sure he grew in his training. We had a little anxiety about leaving him but Shelly assured us that he would come back the same goofy pup, just with more discipline and structure. Shelly Bayless took my 5 month old lab for two weeks on the board and train program. She transformed him into a very obedient dog. He walks off leash and behaves all the time. He listens very well now. I highly recommend them especially Shelly Bayless and the two week board and train program. The price may appear high but you get way more than what you paid for. It is worth every penny.

Shelly did a great job with our little Mox! She kept up updated every step of the way! She was very patient and so down to earth with us during our turn over training. We can’t say enough good things about off leash K9’s training, and our trainer, Shelly. From the beginning, Shelly was in contact with us about how the process would work and was very reassuring. We had heard wonderful things about this program and instructor and were anxious to have our dog trained! We have easily gained a lifelong friend in Shelly. She exceeded all of our expectations with our dog, Goldie Hawn. We have Goldie back, and it is amazing to see how much Shelly taught her in such a short amount of time. We will definitely be keeping in contact with our new friend, and will keep her updated on Goldie’s continuing progress. We couldn’t have ever ask for a better experience! Lots of places offer dog lessons, but how many truly change the dog behavior as well as improve the bond between owner and dog? Off-Leash K9 Training of Amarillo worked a miracle for us. As a puppy, our dog graduated from Puppy Basic and Puppy Advanced. But I was the classic lady on the sidewalks being pulled every which direction by her dog. At 4 ½ years old, with ingrained habits and a strong Alpha personality, I didn’t think Dexter would ever learn to Heel. But after Shelly’s Basic lessons, I now have a dog that is a joy to walk AND a dog that will stay out of the kitchen so I don’t trip over him! My husband has been amazed at the transformation of Dexter being ‘a good citizen’. Shelly also taught me pack order, and how to consistently establish Dexter’s place in the pack. This has resulted in other behavior improvements as well as a calmer dog (now that he knows he doesn’t have to protect US).I highly recommend Off-Leash K9 Training of Amarillo, and wish we’d found them a few years earlier!

Our 5 1/2 month old heeler was in desperate need of obedience training,since he would jump on people, run out the house and pull on leash when walking, after a few classes with Randy,he is totally a new dog!!,now we can walk him even without a leash,he behaves around people also!,Randy is an awesome trainer, not only did he train our dog,but answered all our questions to help us keep working with our puppy, we totally encourage people to give Off Leash k9 training a try!!

Smiling ear to ear. Success! Our boy is a rescue who needed help. Cassie to the rescue. I’ve used another company prior with our girl. I see differences, and am more satisfied with Off Leash. The other company didn’t offer the daily video update, and I didn’t see the results with our girl like I do with our boy. I chocked it up to her being a tough nut. However, I hadn’t any other training to compare it to; I just wanted to help our girl. From our recent experience with Off Leash, I feel confident that I can train our girl. Many thanks!

My dog Blu has lots of energy and only listened to me at home when it was just the two of us. I was reluctant to send him to a board and train program in fear he wouldn’t be his fun loving self when he came back. Words cannot express how happy I am. He is still my goofy dog only with manners. I love him with all my heart but couldn’t fully enjoy him until now. He actually is excited to put his collar on. Today was the first time ever while walking he sat while a lady pulled over To ask what kind of dog he was and commented on how well behaved he was. I am forever grateful to Shelly and Off Leash K9 Training. In a few weeks I will be sending my 2nd to board and train with them.

I did a one hour a week for four week training. This helped train me as well as Sadie my half Shepard/lab mix. She is now able to go in public, heal, place, sit and come! This has been well worth the time and money spent!

Took my GSD in for behavioral and basic training. It was the two week training all inclusive. The communication from Shelly was excellent. Every day I received updates via text, photos, and videos. It was fun to watch the progress of my dog. When we picked him up Shelly spent a great deal of time with me and my dog. I did not feel rushed in any sense which was very nice. The follow up since he’s been home has also been great. Trust the team at Off Leash, I came to them based on a friends recommendation and am pleased with my decision.
