I had both my kids in at the same time for cleaning. They put them in side by side rooms for my convenience. Everyone was kind and professional and they had us in and out pretty quick. Dr Boothe was awesome! Very thorough with our medical plan. Love this place! Highly recommend!

I love these women. They are always pleasant and helpful with any questions I have. My recent trip to the office was my teeth cleaning and even though my regular hygienist was off her replacement made me feel just as confident I was getting the best cleaning possible and talked to me as I was her patient. Having to go see the dentist has always been a positive visit for me.

Dr. Pita made room for me in her schedule at the end of a hectic day for her. She was very patient and pleasant as she worked to replace one of my crowns. She did a great job. As always, the staff was great, and they got in on time for my appointment.UPDATE: Approximately a month after Dr. Pita replaced my crown, I received an invoice from Amarillo Dental Works. The invoice was $209 higher than the initial estimated cost that they had quoted to me prior to the procedure. When I called them about the invoice, they explained that my insurance company does not cover the full cost of a porcelain crown. In my opinion, Amarillo Dental Works should have been familiar enough with the insurance coverage to provide me a more accurate estimate rather than an estimate that was 48% lower than the actual cost.

I spent years avoiding the dentist after my last one botched some repair work. Consequently, my teeth were a mess. Thanks to Dr. Boothe, I have my smile back. Everyone in this office is sweet and helpful and never made me feel ashamed for my poor oral health. They just helped me get better. Dr. Boothe even called me one evening after a particularly stressful procedure just to make sure I was doing ok. I saw Dr. Pita on my last couple of visits and she’s just as kind and compassionate. Awful. My cavity didn’t get fully filled and I still have pain in the tooth where the cavity was left behind. When I bite down I get a pain due to the filling not being properly installed. Then we had a global pandemic. I lost my job and they agreed to setting up a payment monthly for me. A few months later they recanted their statement and are now charging me a service charge on top of the monthly payment even though I am actively trying my best to pay on the account. I have paid every single month. But they still are charging me on an extra 200-300 dollars on top of my payment now. I was NEVER made aware of this when we made our payment agreement three months ago. I’m being kicked while I’m already down. People are losing jobs, homes, and everything else due to the pandemic and they showed NO EMPATHY towards me about it. None. Just that “they were aware” people were losing their homes. Like they didn’t care at all. I have never felt so lost and defeated in my life. You try to be a good person and make your payments like a good citizen and you get charged more for it even though you can’t afford that. I’m actively looking for a job but they’re scarce right now. I’m just so disheartened. I thought this was a great place at first but they’re wolves.
