I have been a patient here over a year, and every time I visited the office I was welcomed by smiles. DR. Mike Caden Ross is wonderful. He explain what they are doing with my braces and they are happy to answer my questions. The staff is really sweet. A couple of times I had to bring my daughter with me, and they were really nice about it. Some of them even entertained her while I was treated (thank you!). I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an orthodontist.

Just went there this week for the first time and I was impressed by everything pretty much! They werent just super polite and attentive but they are definitely very knowledgeable of what they are doing. they explained everything that I could/ should do to improve my smile, gave me great payment options, a folder with everything described and explained so I could take home and were open to everything I needed or If I need to speak to them again about my treatment. Definitely recommend.

The staff at Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is amazing! All of the hygenists(?) and office assistants are so nice and friendly and will do anything to get the job done! They make sure everything is all right with you and that you are completely content. The office is also very comfortable with movies to watch and listen to,music playing,and video games to play! Looking for an orthodontist, I visited 4 different offices. When I went to Dr. Shanes office, not only the staff was well prepared and friendly, but Dr. Shane approach and the treatment that he was offering to my kids was the best. One out of three of my kids is done, I only see perfection. Another one is almost done and the third one is in the middle of her treatment.I will truly recommend him for any orthodontic treatment 100%

I was very satisfied with my wisdom tooth extraction, They really knows what they are doing. The way my teeth grew in made it challenging to remove them, but everything went very well. Ive also had a filling and a cleaning done there. Staff are amazing! Thanks guys!

We have had a great experience at every visit to Dr. Shane. My son had a tooth extraction at three years old and it couldnt have gone better! The only time he cried was when they gave him a pink string on his green balloon! Both my son and my four year old daughter LOVE to go to the dentist thanks to him and his staff! Everyone is super friendly and cheerful in their beautifully decorated, kid friendly office. My husband says it could have completely changed his whole outlook on the dentist if he would have gone to an office like theirs when he was a child! I will continue to take my kids here until they are too old!!

The staff are always wonderful and they know how to put a smile on the kiddos faces. They also participate in the community and hand out toothbrushes, floss, suckers, etc. They also offer live chat and their response time usually takes less than 1 min.
