The lady that always cleans my teeth is wonderful! Great personality and very sweet and helps to make the time go bye quickly. She does a very good job!

The people are unprofessional. They do not tell you what they are doing. They talk about each other while they are working on your teeth. They tell you to do things not covered by your insurance and don’t tell you it’s not covered until you check out. When I asked why I needed the service she said “it’s just part of it”. I’m sure my insurance doesn’t cover it since there is not actual reason to do it. I highly don’t recommend going here.

Abbeville dentistry was very professional with their services, not to mention being very kid friendly. Shantelle was very helpful explaining future services for my daughters future dental planning. Not to mention the front desk was very helpful explaining other services they provide there at the office. I recommend them to anyone thats needing extractions to cleanings to whatever their in need for.

Always have a good experience. Friendly staff, wonderful hygienist, excellent dentists. Treatment plans are reasonable. Payment plans and insurance available ahead of appointments. Just ask what they can help u with!

Ive only been to this location a few times, but I already love it. Everytime I get my teeth cleaned I feel the difference. They feel so smooth, I can see through the spaces between my teeth and my entire mouth just feels amazing and refreshed. Im 65 years old and love my teeth, I hope I never have to wear dentures. I honestly feel that Abbeville Dentistry can help me achieve that. My hygienist there is the very best.

The hygienist was very gentle & thorough doing an excellent job deep cleaning half my teeth. The other half will be cleaned the 28th. I recommend this company to all. They have filled cavities & fixed 3 teeth, 2 of which needed capping. They matched the color of the other teeth with the cap.

I was here for about an hour and a half. They had me fill out some paperwork, ran x-rays, and had one of my wisdom teeth pulled in that little bit of time. Dr. Barry was an awesome dentist I didn’t even feel him numb me or pull the tooth out it was literally painless and he is hilarious which makes the whole experience worth it. It was the first time I went to a dentist and they made it feel so welcoming. I highly recommend this location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was horrible! They have no idea what they are doing! I had my first appointment on Georgia street, they made me an appointment for 0830 the next day on grand street to have 2 teeth pulled and when I got there they said they had no idea and that they were going to have to do there own exam and expats and then they told me they weren’t in network with my insurance but they could give me 20 percent off!!! I am going to make a complaint to the BBB as well as have there licenses looked into!

The staff was nice but that dentist ruined the whole experience at this location.. I came in for an emergency exam which I could only get by scheduling a cleaning/exam and this dentist did not introduce himself nor did he say a single word to me during my exam or let me have the opportunity to ask questions about why he’s referring me to a surgeon! I will never return to the 45th location.

Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the dental assistants and the hygienist! They made me feel very welcome! They were very sweet to my daughter being so patient with her and talking to her..I would definitely come back! The dentist I had was very honest and very informative. I really appreciate that he cared what I had going on. I loved the experience that me and my two year old daughter had overall! It went very smooth!!

They removed a temporary crown & installed a permanent one quick & easy. I had a 5 minute wait , the procedure took about 30 minutes total. Friendly helpful staff put me totally at ease. Looking forward to my next proceedure.

They worked with my insurance that was not honored by any other offices in Amarillo. My 11 yo daughter and 8 yo son have a psychological gag reflex that kick in at the dentist. Weve tried 4 in the Amarillo area and finally found Abbeville. The oldest said they were the best and want to keep using them. The hygienest did a great job too! They even did an initial exam on my 16 mo old and used fluoride on her teeth for the first time. See ya in 6 months!

Go to the Washington location! This location seems to be mismanaged and unorganized. From calls going to voicemail after trying to contact for hours, to me receiving $300 bill for a preventive care visit, and honestly, kinda rude staff. It just seems like a big headache. When I went to the Washington location, they were quick, I received no bill as they correctly went through my insurance, and I was treated kindly. Not sure what’s going on at 45th but I’d avoid it for a while.

The people here are very nice and caring. Dentists offices give me slight anxiety but they were so nice it calmed my spirit. They also took time to explain the cost and how the insurance would help to cover. I highly recommend them. Ive heard the Washington location is much the same.

I have gone in a few times to get work done and they are wonderful! The higienest are all so sweet and there to make you comfortable. The dentist was very helpful in explaining what all needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The girls up front are some of the sweetest!I had to take my daughter in one of the times and they had some coloring sheets and colors for her while we waited. Just all around a great experience!!

I absolutely love this Dentists office, would not go anywhere else. With disabilities and anxiety it is hard to find doctors and dentist that are not only understanding but careing at the same time. I walk in and they already have me checked in, everyone knows me. The dentist knows I dont knumb well so he always adds more medication and ensures that I am knumb before starting and throughout the process is always making sure I stay knumb. He is amazing.

From the very beginning with scheduling the first appointment this place has been amazing. The lady at the front was extremely helpful in explaining what my insurance covers and the break down of every process needed. The ladies in the back who did the x-rays was super nice and worked with me as I took all my facial piercings out to proceed. Then there was another lady that came in and explained step by step as the more than basic cleaning would go and how that process went. Then I finally met the actually dentist and he was very informative as how everything was a process and I would need a lot of work done due to not getting regular treatment. This place has truly broken my fear/hate for dentist and I recommend them to any and everyone!!! They are absolutely amazing on how thorough they are with explaining and making sure you understand everything.

Just started going here, the staff is great and knowledge! It is a place I will use from now on.

Appointment was for 8:00 this morning. It is now 8:48 and I’m still waiting in the waiting room. I went up to ask what was taking so long and what was the issue and encountered the rudest most unprofessional staff I’ve ever witnessed. The attitude of Sissy was obnoxious and snarky. She was very snappy and lacked basic customer service skills. I asked when we would go back because several patients came after us and went before us and was told “well, you all are new patients, they were already patients here”. As if being a “new patient” makes us 3rd or 4th class citizens. Then, a staff member who was standing and talking to Sissy asked my name and said she was just “coming to get you.” Now, all of a sudden, they were on there way (maybe after their morning talk) to come get me. I heard all types of conversations about kids and all but they couldn’t pull us back. Then when it was time to go back, they called me instead of my husband which is how I set the appointments up. This was calculated. She said he couldn’t go back first because his insurance had to be verified (we have the same insurance). Back to Sissy, because if she had typed our information in when she got the paperwork instead of engaging in personal conversations with other staff and prioritized the patients over the personal, maybe the insurance would have been verified by the time it was time to be called back. I guess the conversations over coffee take precedence in this office. I’m not sure who manages the office but this particular staff member needs extensive training. If it were me, (this just so happens to be my profession - Medical Office Management) her services would no longer be needed in my practice. She was very confrontational and never tried to diffuse the situation, she only tried to defend the lack of service that was being provided to us. Once we got pulled to the back, the doctor and hygienist were AMAZING! It sucks that the front desk staff members are setting the tone and are the face of the practice because they are doing a horrible job at customer service. 3 stars because the receptionist/front desk staff were rude and unprofessional but the doctor and hygienist were absolutely awesome!

I highly recommended Abbeville Dentistry. I am from Houston, Texas and was traveling to Colorado. My tooth had broke while I was driving up to Amarillo. As soon as I got to Amarillo, I searched for a nearby dentist and found Abbeville. The staff there were very friendly and assited me right away. They did my xrays and exams for free, and fixed my tooth quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their professionalism and efficacy. I was very happy that I was able to continue my trip to Colorado.

Went in and had some work done and was quoted a price for a root canal and crown for $700. When I went back 2 months later they changed the price to $1,200 after being assured the cost was only going to be $700! Nothing had changed with my insurance in the two months leading up to the procedure. I dont appreciate being mislead! Luckily I found another dentist in town that would do the root canal and crown for $600.00.
