Had a cracked tooth & they got me in the next day when I called to make an appointment! Then did a consult & had my tooth out & fixed by that afternoon! Very nice front office & nice girls! I called with a dental emergency, and within 2 hours I was sitting in the examination room. He was so patient as he explained my options, and expressed genuine concern. The experience that we had with our oldest daughter as her front baby canine teeth had to be pulled was beyond belief for me. She was nervous and scared, as was I. And the comfort, patience, and support that was provided by the whole staff was wonderful! I was blown away. My daughter said she didn’t feel anything and it was so easy! Of course she was a little sore, but nothing she couldn’t handle. I am so grateful for Dr. Avirett and his concerns for my daughter and the explanations that he provided to us and her! I am so thankful for RaNita and the comfort and extra care she provided to us! There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience we had this time and every time that we have walked through the doors of Sheman Dental!!! I had a 8:40 AM appointment and I showed up at 8:30. There was a sign on the door that said “Team Meeting until 9:00”. Not sure why you had me scheduled for 8:40 appointment?I’ve always enjoyed my previous visits but that was definitely not professional.

I love this dentist office! Have been using them for over 10 years & have never had a bad experience here. They are always prompt, professional, courteous, thorough & honest. And they have the best technology for an affordable price. My dental hygienist, Stephanie, always goes above and beyond...she remembers details about my life & we always have good conversations. Dr. Eddy is super kind & does a wonderful job. My daughter, now 7 years old, was so scared to go to the dentist, but Stephanie took away all her fears & now she loves to go!

I have been to several dentist in my life and this group stands about above the rest. Their professionalism and quality of work is by far the best. Starting with the front desk to the techs and definitely with the dentist themselves.

Fantastic experience! My 6 year old son went in scared that the dentist would hurt his teeth and mouth and by the end of his experience, Christy made him want to come back the next day! She was soooo incredibly good with him and built trust with him right right away!

The facility is loaded with state of the art advanced tooth imaging technology and it is very obvious that the staff knows exactly what theyre doing with it. I have known Renée Green (dental hygienist) for quite a few years and she just caters to me as I believe she caters to everyone else when it comes to getting their needs met before they get their teeth cleaned.They work tirelessly with me because of my physical handicap and they never have to looked at me differently or treated me differently because of that and I so appreciate it because I am not the kind that wants attention anyway.Dr. Eddy Sauer is a very kind and gentle man and he has a very compassionate heart which reflects on the entire staff at Shemen Dental Grp. Rene is the real deal! She keeps me on top of my gums. She is the reason I have quit dipping snuff (although I still sneak in pouches every now and then)! She doesnt hound... she encourages! My teeth are in the best health theyve ever been! Dr. Eddy and Dr. Averette are my heroes. I have recommended them for years...and will continue for as long as they are there. Donna is so quite helpful with financing if thats the case. Theyre all extremely professional, courteous, and have great smiles! There lobby coffee and Christian Music is also worth making the visit!

We have encountered multiple people on their staff due to the various treatments we have had, and all are courteous and knowledgeable. Their equipment is cutting edge. They spare no expense making certain we, their clients, have the best possible treatment available. When my son was no longer on our insurance, we helped him shop around, and Shemen was one of the lowest-cost providers in the area!

Dr Avirett is always professional and has the best patient care. The only thing that would make it better is if he took my insurance.
