From the layer of other people’s nail dust that coats every surface here, one would think that the Amarillo Health Dept has not visited this location since the 90s. Dirty nail files are re-used, my nail tech dropped the nail primer polish brush ON THE FLOOR, then just wiped it on a paper towel before sticking it back in the bottle. The nasty poof brush that was used on my hands was also used to clean the desk (both of which were nasty & filled with dust and clumps of something left from past clients). When they were clipping my friend’s nails, they yanked on her cuticle & made her bleed. Blood, y’all & no precautions were taken. Overflowing uncovered trash, junk laying about, yuck. See photos. Go someplace else- Queen nails was a royal disappointment.

Had a pedicure done and they were very fast. Everyone seemed very nice. There were several long term customers who came in while I was there. I would recommend to friends.

After going for four years, I will never go back. Nails were inconsistent and they can never make an appointment on time. You make an appointment so you dont have to wait. Was rescheduled three times for the same appointment and still had to wait over an hour after the last time. Sweet people, but more concerned with money than their clients.

Ive been going with my daughter for a few years now. Sometimes we do have to wait a bit to get done; but the staff, all the staff are wonderful with my daughter who has special needs. They take their time with her and make sure she is enjoying herself.

We had appointments for 2. We did not get our pedicures started until after 3. Our appointments werent real I guess. Going somewhere else next time.

I love Queen nails !!! I bring my daughters, and granddaughters to get their nails done or pamper themselves with a pedicure. All of the nail techs are friendly, and were always offered something cold to drink. Ive been to several nail places in town some for a couple of years, but ended up dissatisfied. Here well stay. Everyone has a favorite ours is Janet.

Vy was awesome. She took me near closing and still took her time to ensure that my nails were top quality.

By the time Michael had finished my mom’s nails 2 of her fingers were bleeding because he kept filing them down. Unnecessarily rough! Very rude and unprofessional.

Loved the service and quality of work... HOWEVER! the facility was DISGUSTING.. filthy. the floor was caked in nail salon gunk. the stations were dirty... stations too close to the door making it hard to enter.. wont be back because of the filth.

I’ve tried many nail spas in Amarillo and always come back to this one. Uyen is absolutely the best in town for dip nails plus they have a wonderful color selection.

I always have a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone who loves getting their nails done.

Every time Ive gone has been wonderful.... Except this last time. The guy who did my nails made them way to thin(they broke in 2 days!), he knicked me with the drill several times, and didnt even ask what shape I wanted. He gave me what he wanted and didnt cut my cuticles. However the women there exceed my expectations. I will not let the guy touch my nails ever again.

The pedicures are phenomenal here with the massage chairs and the drink service. By far the friendliest and cleanest nail salon Ive been to.

I went in to get a fill which is not unusual for me and they messed up on the base of the nail the paint job is so bad and the guy got hair in my nail and there’s all sorts a little bumps in my nail and they are so uneven

Horrible. The woman who did my nails, did them SO thick and uneven! I am very dissatisfied with this place and will never go there again! Whats even worse is that this isnt the first time Ive been here and the first time I got designs and all and it was still cheaper than this set. So angry and sad. such a waste of my money.

It depends who you go to. The man Steve files the skin by your nails, it really hurts. We have had appointments & STILL had to wait for 1& 1/2 hours. We WILL NOT be going back.

I went in a week ago, and I told them that I didnt want acrylic, but thats what they gave me anyway. The nails were not even, they were too thick and the lady who did my nails was very rude.
