Tried to get a hair cut and had to give my first and last name and address and phone number. WHY???WHY is it impossible to get my HAIR cut without giving all my personal information?Then walk out with my bald fade looking pitiful. I had to go to a barber to get it fixed! Wont be back

This was my husbands first time coming to this establishment and he and I were very impressed. Not only was the price for his haircut affordable, the time it took to cut his hair was quick and exactly what he wanted. Thank you Cassandra for fixing my husbands hair and making it look great! Kate is such a professional. She is quick and knows exactly what she is doing. You dont have to remind her what your style is. You can feel the vibe of positivity immediately as you walk into the shop. I give them the best rate in Amarillo.

Amazing experience! Lady who cut my hair just moved her from Colorado and she had nothing but nice things to say about our city. It was pleasant to hear and my hair cut looks great. Top notch customer service with a smile. Best touch was she remembered and said my name as I was leaving. Other hair stylist told me she had waited on my family. before and to tell them hi. I am in sales and the little things like that just make my day.

Veronica didn’t listen to what I wanted, my bangs are way way too short. I’m extremely disappointed with my haircut and will ask for a different stylist next time.

Took my daughter there for a hair cut she has thick curly hair, and wanted a short layers bob. She had a pic and showed the stylist. What she walked out with was practically a short mullet! The girl cut way too short then razored it and made it really thin. My daughter walked out in tears, and the stylist kept blaming my daughter saying she wanted that!

Kayla loves her haircut, Lupita was great and talked to Kayla the whole time asking what she wanted.

I have been to other Great Clips locations in Amarillo, and the staff here shines above the rest.Delilah made sure I was happy with my haircut even though I, myself, wasn’t even sure what it is that I wanted (talk about a tough customer, haha)! Not only was she great, but her coworkers were great as well...all of them weighing in with their ideas on how to make this picky customer happy!Exceptional customer service, and I know customer service! Also very friendly — 5 stars!

I take my kids here for quick, cheap (in the salon world) haircuts. We hadnt been there for six months due to the pandemic, and the manager, Cassandra, still remembered my boys. I recommend her especially for small childrens haircuts. She is great at keeping up with their quick head movements when they get distracted.

Hanna and Savannah were the best. They both contributed to my haircut. I can tell Savannah has a knack for cutting hair and knows her way around different head shapes and hair types. Hannah is so sweet and helped me decide on my new hairstyle. I look forward to going back! Thank you ladies!

The lady that did my wifes hair had to be told over and over what she wanted done and still walked out not completely satisfied the lady that did mine made a claim on how good mine was going to turn out and I promise you I walked out not satisfied weve only been here once we have no intentions of returning the ladies were very nice as a whole their just not for us.

My husband and I both got our hair cut, they turned out great! The stylist took her time with me and listened to what I wanted.

I don’t understand a point in online checking if the staff are going to overlook a client that has online checking for someone who just walked in. I was in fact in the building with the walk in clients. I was not very satisfied. When asked if I minded. My answer was” ok”.... I mean did I really have a choice? Everytime I come I spend anywhere between 26-52 dollars for my kids haircuts. Not including my tips. I’m consistent. I come at least once a month or every two months. It is sort of frustrating to have dealt with. Considering I do have other plans and that is why I checked in online. I love the owner. I think she’s amazing, but the lady who was with her tonight. I was not happy with.

I was asked to leave before closing time, or I would get a 5 minute hair cut. I had already checked in online. She explained that she did not want to stay late. Asked me to come back the next day. Yeah, Im really going back. Never so embarrassed in my life.

Checked in online immediately after calling to confirm procedures. App said 1hour wait, walked into store when text notification for 15 minutes remaining was sent.Was turned away at the door because they were only accepting walk-ins due to system failure yet we could see our appointment name in the queue and had been sitting out front for an hour waiting for appt because clerk on phone said walk ins were not allowed to wait inside.Very unsatisfied. Lack of professionalism and communication.

We had 4 haircuts done. 3 were good but when I looked in my mirror at home the front sides were not same length. I guess I will have to go back to get it done right. Also left several hairs behind my ears so they were not cut at all. I think I will try somewhere else.

I came in with my son today and had such a great experience. Anahy cut my sons hair and Katelynn did mine. Anahy took my simple instruction and made it a reality on Lucass hair. Exactly what I wanted for him. Katelynn not only nailed my hair cut but she was such a great conversationalist too. I really enjoyed our chat about kids and families that I was a little disappointed when my haircut was completed. Thank you all very much.

I was not happy at all with how they handled my son or how she did his hair cut. The stylist was very unprofessional as she called my almost 3 year old a hypochondriac. She didnt do at all what I asked her too and now his hair is messed up. Just sticks up everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone needing a childs haircut.

Did not give my daughter the haircut she asked for, came out uneven and choppy. She wanted just a straight cut, even all the way around, just above her shoulders. Shes 7 and it looked like she cut it herself.
