I used to love this place, I came in today and asked her to just clean up my brows and leave them thick. Im literally missing half my eyebrow! So disappointed

Inexpensive and fast. One thing I struggle with when getting my brows cleaned up is that the people who do them ALWAYS thin them out or try to arch them more. Even after my very clear instructions to only clean them up. I like my natural shape and this lady heard me. Thank you.

To be fair, I have to start with two points:1. The young lady who took care of me was very new by her own admission (further into the visit than did me much good) and she really did try very hard to do a good job.2. She took me as a walk-in, which is not always an option in the brow salons at home in DFW.That being said, I was in Amarillo unexpectedly for a death in the family, so my schedule was thrown off and I had not been able to see my usual brow technician prior to the trip. We had finally gotten my brows shapes and perfected, so we really have only been maintaining (cleaning up the occasional straggler), NOT thinning or reshaping. My visit to Brow Art 123 was mainly for a cleanup facial threading, not actual brow design. I thought Id made it pretty clear that ALL I wanted was the full face cleanup WITHOUT brows. However, a few minutes into the threading, I felt the thread zip across a section clearly within one of my eyebrows. Not on the edge. Not under. Not over. WITHIN the body if the eyebrow. As in there was then a new GAP off-center of the width.She obviously heard the sharp intake of my breath because I KNEW there was an unwanted change. She tried to fix it quickly, but... theres not a lot that can be done when the gap is that far in from the end. She handed me the mirror so I could see the damage. All that could be done was nothing more.I knew she felt bad, and I felt sorry for her because she had been left in the salon on her own so soon as a new technician. The fact is the salon managers should know better than to put someone that new on their own.I wont say to never go to this location, but I will absolutely NEVER go anywhere but to MY technician at EyeCandy Brow Salon in Carrollton.

This place has no idea how to tint eyebrows!!! The tint faded immediately do not waste your money!

Horrible mistake coming here..... Should have known when I saw the techs eyebrows... She pulled out half of one of my eyebrows.... Pathetic..... Horrible...

In the past I would have given this place 5 stars, but now if I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been going here for years now, but these past couple of times that I’ve gone have been horrible. They completely changed the shape of my eyebrows, made one eyebrow extremely thin compared to the other, and one lady is always so rough on my skin that she’s made my eyebrows bleed a little a couple of times. It took me months to grow out my eyebrows, so I just wanted them cleaned up, and she completely ruined my eyebrows and was rude. I knew I shouldn’t have given this place another chance. I’m never coming here again.

I don’t think this place gets much credit. I honestly loved my experience here. The lady took her time and explained how my eyebrow shape can be improved, then threaded them perfectly.

She done blessed my brows the last time I went, going again today!

I just got my eyebrows done by a older women. I asked for a simple clean up and ended up with two thin uneven eyebrows. Never going to her again.

Very disappointed! One young lady ruined my eyebrow shape and to fix this, she made my eyebrows thinner which I did not like at all.Very unprofessional behavior.

I have been coming here for about 4 years and Ive never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and my eyebrows take no longer than 10mins.

I have been going to Brow Art 23 for about a year now. I used to go to another brow threading place in Sherman Texas for quite a few years before moving to Pampa. I had the best experience with a lady named Bana. She always listened to exactly the way I said I wanted my brows. For what ever reason, I was told that management got rid of her. I tried another lady, BIG MISTAKE. She made one brow a lot thinner and shorter than the other. I am so disappointed. I have never had anything like that happen at any other brow place. THEY NEED TO BRING BACK BANA!!!!

Only had one good experience from this place and they fired that girl. The rest of the time either they make my eyebrows uneven with one matched right and the other one shorter than the other that I look stupid, actually cut my skin open where Im bleeding, or made them way too thin. I regret not going back to my original person I found that fixed my eyebrows because now I have to let them grow out all over again and start back at the beginning because now they are uneven. Do not go here and make my mistake, I gave them way too many chances.

From out of town and heard about this place so thought id give it a try. Ive had my eyebrows and lip threading for the past two years so i knew what to expect from the process. I have never left a threading all bloody and cut up.... i have a half inch gash above my eye and my lip was cut in two different places. I left and cried I was so upset. The shape is okay even though I asked her to NOT change my shape at all, iust simply clean them up. I cant give less than a star but i do not recommend this establishment. Im also completely red around my entire eyebrows, never happens and is the reason I dont wax. Its been an hour and my eyebrow gash is still burning. Not sure if it was this womans first few times but i doubt it, she did not apologize for cutting me either...

Not good. Did not finish my eyebrows all the way, didn’t do under eyebrow hair. I am getting drove! Tried to cut the long hairs, made them uneven. Not recommended. Sorry.

Threading is amazing here I will never get my brows waxed again Ive never tried any of there other services but they are amazing at brows!! But I do recommend they up their customer service because theyll be on the phone or eating when you have a job and should get up to help asap

I don’t recommend they over spaced my brows I don’t look normal

Always rude! I have been shooed away also. They do not listen and are always on the phone the whole time.
