Very nice people! My dip nails have been through a lot and their still holding up very good 2 weeks later ! No need to find a new salon this is my go to! Their very personable and make you feel comfortable! I can understand their English and it helps me a lot because I am hard of hearing!

Words cannot begin to express how AMAZING my experience was. I got lashes, mani and a pedi done! Price was great, service was incredible and I left so unbelievably happy! They took care of me in my time frame and made sure I was relaxed and happy with everything. Cindy and Ryan are absolutely the best. Definitely will be going back!!!

I like everything about Princess Nails!! I have been going to this nail salon for 7 years. I love Ryan and Cindy and the way they have taken care of me. Up till 7 years ago, other salons would stop caring for me once I started to become a regular. Ryan and Cindy have never done that, quite the opposite. They value me as a customer and never fail to tell me that they do. They know my name and they give me the same excellent quality work and friendly service every single time and if something isnt quite right, they care enough to fix it. It is a very comfortable and clean salon. I always feel safe and pampered. There is so much more good I could say about this place. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go for a special day or just for your regular self-care needs. They are THE BEST!!!

Both my mother and I have toenails and I also have a very beautiful set of nails! It was a luxurious setting with marble countertops & we were seated immediately and pampered! They did the best job ever done! I usually dont go to the same nail salon but I think I found it !!! I am seriously obsessed with the work they have done! So meticulous and attention to details / perfection !! So happy with my nails! They also use LED lights instead of UV light for your hands better and they use sns powder also good for your nails! Love everything about this place!! Im super picky when it comes to nail salons and I finally found a spot on this side of town. Prices are decent and the same as the surrounding salons. The inside is clean, modern, and unique.The customer service was awesome. Everyone was super friendly. I am so happy that they take their time and do not rush through their work. I felt very taken care of and I loved that the ladies really were patient to pay attention to detail.I will definitely be back again and again, so far it is the best salon in the Amarillo!

Awesome spot - I went here in to get a quick manicure done before traveling. They managed to accommodate me within the hour which was nice. My technician was very efficient, she was done in about 45 minutes. Manicure was meticulously done and it looks fantastic. The staff were nice and I was pampered like an only customer. I will be a regular here and if youre reading this, I think you should consider visiting them too.

Cindy did such a great job on my nails! I have never had a set last this long and still look fantastic, almost a whole month later! They also have always done fantastic (and quick) brow wax/shaping as well. Its very clean and they are quick to get you in. (I have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for any service). I have had my nails done by other techs there as well and have never been disappointed. They are always nice and smiling, and never make me feel like I am putting them out in any way. Thanks for being great at what you do!

I usually do a pedicure with sisters, but they are out of state and not available. I checked around and go directed here. Simply perfect - from the receptionist greeting you through the pedicure it was a simple pleasure. I wont think twice about going alone the next time. I absolutely agree that Paul was wonderful! Im ticklish but he kept me calm, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Today is my first time visiting Princess Salon. And let me tell you, this place is top notch! The owner is very pleasant and offers the best customer service Ive ever received from any nail salon. Ryan is my nail technology and hes GREAT! I love Princess Salon and will go there from now on.

First visit because other nail place I used I told them two of my nails hurt and she didnt take time to check them out and I ended up with two nails damaged ‼️‼️ so no nails and it is Christmas. Tia and Cindy took great care of me and listened.. They were interested in healthy nails

Every time I walk in, no matter who does my nails, I leave happy. The location is safe, the store itself is clean, and all of the employees are kind and helpful. The owner clearly wants the best for his customers -- if someone has been waiting for more than 10 minutes, hell step in and help them out until someone else is free. They are efficient and great at what they do. Highly highly recommend.

Wow! The best! I was very pleased even on my first phone call to arrange an appointment by how friendly Cindy was when she answered the phone and scheduled me. When I came in they greeted me and said thank you so much for coming and for calling! Cindy’s husband Ryan did my pedicure & did a fabulous job! Gave me a bottled cold water to drink, turned on the vibration on the chair too! Cindy assisted with the pedicure as well and then I took their recommendation and did the Dip on my finger nails which I am very pleased with! Ryan even open the door for me when I was leaving! So happy I chose this salon and you will be too!

Was visiting from Arizona, and really needed a fill on my nails, I searched a few places and princess salon came up, I liked the reviews I saw, so decided to give em a try. I made an appointment and was scheduled with Cindy, I gotta say she did an ahhhmazing job, a hell of a lot better then the place I’ve been going to in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. So I highly recommend this place, although during the week I’d call and make an appointment, it’d be easier instead of going in and waiting for a bit.

I walked in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure. Theyre VERY FRIENDLY! It is so NATURAL than any nail salons Ive been to! I will coming back for a third appointment. And I think its a value for a manicure.

I really enjoy this nail salon. Everytime i go my nails always look amazing. I ask for some crazy stuff sometimes and im never disappointed. They are always very nice when me n my mom go. I went in today with some jacked up nails from another salon, he fixed what was messed up and remembered exactly how i liked my nails from a previous visit. My latest design. Super happy with the out come, and the price matches the service! Even recommend to my family members from out of state and the enjoyed them as well.

I was from out of town, googling and found this place for my pedicure. The young the lady rushed through my pedicure and nails. I also have a hard time communicate with her due to her very limited English.

I have gone to Cindy and Ryan exclusively for a number of years and find them to be very personal, professional, and easy to work with. They do their very best to please each and every customer and to make each customer feel comfortable while receiving his or her services.

The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality!

My husband and I have been going to Princess Salon several years. Cindy and Ryan are always very professional with all of their services. If there is ever a problem, they are prompt to make sure customers are totally satisfied. I cant image anyone having an issue unless they are wanting professional service without paying.

The manager is rude I had an appointment for microblade follow up and he cant reschedule being that I just got back from a funeral!! Heartless jerk!!
