I would not recommend this place to anyone! Don’t waste your money. Half of my lashes fell out in two days. I went back a couple of days to get them fixed at no charge and was told that they feel out because of the “curve of my lashes”. I love to take care of my lashes because of how much I choose to spend per month on these lashes. So I know for sure it wasn’t the care. The quality of the lashes are very poor. My first apt. took 2 1/2 hours which is expected for the first set. I usually go to AMA Lashes but figured I would try Amazing Lash since it was down the street from my neighborhood. I WOULD highly recommend AMA Lashes at Paris Nails Salon. The location isn’t as nice but the service and quality is worth paying for.

Well I had appointment and the girl that was supposed to do my lashes left the company and I had took time off work just to make my appointment and they said that they called me to let me know that they needed to reschedule well they didn’t call for one and two they said they called but yet no missed call or voicemail. Then I went the next day and whoever the lil girl is up at the desk had attitude and she really didn’t want to help me like I was inconvenience for her. Don’t think I will go back to that place again and I have heard bad things about this place too. Now I know

They charge for the membership. Which used to cover appointments for eyelash extensions. Now they also require you to pay an EXTRA fee during your appointment. Whats the point of paying for the membership if all these extra fees are going to get added in. Definitely a rip off, go somewhere else if you can.

Simply stated, the admin, management and customer service at this location are just sad. This branch could be so much better, but they are content with being nonchalant, insensitive, and at the end of the day, they just don’t care. Misunderstandings and mistakes happen, but how you handle these things speaks volumes for your establishment.I have used several other Amazing lash studio branches, and have never had such repetitive conflicts like I do here. It is truly baffling. I will personally avoid this location until they undergo new management and/or training on how to deal with clients when running a business.Of note: there are very talented stylists here (such as Katie, Rachel and several more) that I was very grateful to have worked with.

They staff friendly. The prices arent bad. They explained everything made me comfortable.

Paula is amazing! BUT that doesn’t change the rest....My problem with this place is I pay $150+ a month (6D + $25 each visit TWO times a month) for their LONGEST/FULLEST lashes! (Not long enough) my next problem is during the snow storm they shut down due to Electric outage (which had electric & their surrounding neighbors were open) & didn’t bother to put this information on FB or even do a courtesy call so that those of us who felt they couldn’t cancel in the 24 hour timeframe didn’t have to drive in Ice and snow in fear of being charged EVEN MORE $$$ bc weather was bad. Also I’m a teacher so that being said there are days when we don’t get a choice to leave our job for an apt if the school asks us to fill in at 8:15am the day of. I don’t like feeling threatened with my own money if ANY kind of LIFE event comes up that prevents me from being able to get EYELASHES filled. What if my children woke up sick??!! Charge the customer MORE?? Get REAL!! I come twice a month and pay way to much for this BS! This company WILL BE LOSING MY BUSINESS!

Hands-down the best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had. Always before the lashes started coming out in the first day or two. It was a week or better before even one lash came off in my eye. These are beautiful and I intend to keep them going.

I love my stylist, Brittany she is fast and efficient and always attentive. These lashes are my new addiction!! The front desk girls are always so sweet and knowledgeable. And its also very affordable.I highly recommend this business , from the wonderful service to the affordable price packages.

Eyelashes come off easily, they gave me correction to fix them and the eyelashes came off within a week again... they kind of made it seem like it was my fault but I’ve been getting them done for 2/3 years (I used to live in San Marcos, Tx) so I know how long they usually last and how to take care of them.

Sylvia is the absolute BEST! I’ve had my lashes done for years now and she is the only person I will go to!

My 5 star rating is not for this particular establishment but for the employee who was so obviously not supported by her employers. I have had my lashes, hair, makeup, and eyebrows done by Sam. Every single time she has been courteous and compassionate. I know of several others who have also used her services and have never heard a single complaint. Maybe the problem isnt with the service, the establishment, or the employee but rather with the client. I also believe you to be wholly unethical, as a medical professional it is an abuse of your medical license to go around prescribing yourself medication. This gives me cause to doubt anything you have to say. As for the studio that didnt take the time or care to understand or support their employee, Im appalled at your behavior. I understand that you are in a customer service industry but there is never any need to sacrifice the reputation of one of your employees to placate a single consumer of your services. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Sam is a wonderful stylist and she is always professional and friendly. You are lucky to have her employed in your establishment.

My once 5 star review is now a 2 star review. I have been going to Amazing Lash since January. There are a couple of stylist that I normally love because my lashes stay on, but the problem is how unorganized the appointment setting is and how the business is conducted. Management also doesnt treat their employees very well and sometimes it shows, because even the most talented stylist they have you can tell they arent happy there, which makes me sad for them. Example #1 I had set a refill appointment with a manager 2 weeks prior and upon arrival of my fill (mind you the day before my wedding) they had no recollection of the appointment and thankfully I always ask for an appointment card for this reason so I showed it to the receptionist. Amazingly a stylist was available to do my fill and the front desk receptionist made it right for me. Example #2 they rolled out the app so people can set up appointments that way. I had set one up via the app for a lash removal (because at this point Im done dealing with them) and the morning of my appointment I get an email and the appointment is for 10 minutes earlier, but the problem was I get off at that time. I call the studio and let them know and the girl said they have had issues with this with other people. So here is my question, why not take down the app for maintenance and get it fixed before more problems arise. I got to my appointment fairly quick after driving like a bat out of hell trying to get there and I was a few minutes late. I also cancelled my membership and was informed they no longer do the 30 days notice so I was like ok cool, I wont have to pay for the entire month plus the cost of the lash removal. I go to check my bank account the following day and my package had pulled for the entire month plus the cost of the lash removal. I call the studio once again and after looking at my bank statement it had pulled a day prior to my appointment but when I went to go pay for my lash removal they didnt see a package on file at all and I paid for the entire amount. They ended it making it right though. Long story short, the corporate office needs to find a better system for everyone involved, because Im sure it is making you lose a lot of business.

I had the greatest experience with Sam (again) ! Shes done a wonderful job on my lashes once more! Shes an exceptional stylist and does a great job with the work she does. Anyone who says otherwise is out of their mind. Shes super sweet & does her best to ensure you have the best experience with her while getting your lashes done. Thanks Sam!

Cheap lash and cheap glue, and they fall off so easy and fast! I go to AMA Lashes now they are wayyyy better cheaper, and they have the wispy lashes! And they dont deluded their glue. Also its cheaper. 😏

I would literally give 10 stars if it was possible. Paula did my lashes this time and they are absolutely PHENOMENAL. I mean, girrrrl! The customer service at this studio is above and beyond every time. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of & if you’re unhappy with the result, lashes fall off etc they will bring you in to correct it. Mistakes happen sometimes a couple lashes fall off but they are always willing to fix it! As long as you’re taking care of your lashes, they will stay for a while. I had a set done at this location stay on for a month! They really are the best. Paula rocks, but so do the other ladies I’ve seen here.

Silvia is the best!!! She is courteous and very professional!!! Her customer service is amazing!!! I have been getting my lashes done for about 8months now and one set lasts me up to 4 weeks and they still look good!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Rude when asking for explanations and just hang up when they don’t wanna deal with it and pass it to someone else. If you have had great experience here then good. I on the other hand will not be back and will tell friends to stay away from this unprofessional place.

I asked for natural looking lashes and I used to get lashes for years so I asked for 13’s which I was I used to get... and they are super long intense and fake looking. If I wanted fake looking lashes I would’ve bought glue on lashes. I guess I was misunderstood, and if I had time to get them re done I would but now I leave for my wedding and am not feeling as confident as I’d wish. If they were a little shorter they would’ve been perfect and she did a great job, I was just misunderstood. I asked if they could somehow shorten them and they said they couldn’t with the time constraint so I had my husband cut them down and now they are bearable. I’m just disappointed

Within 10 min of leaving half my lashes fell off , I called and they scheduled...... Within 6 days all my lashes were gone but 3.......really i paid how much money for it to last a week!!! Smh..... using they changed the glue...... its cheaper and now my lashes fall off so much easier.......Finding time for them to fix them or reimburse me or let me out of contract has been a hassled . They don’t want to take responsibility for their bad job. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. Had my lashes done here and won’t be back. Canceled my membership and no one said anything about a $60 fee to cancel. Wasn’t given any paper work of my contract. Said they’d mail over my contract, they didn’t then was hung up on. Was suppose to receive a call from a manager, never did.

They requested I drive all the way back because of their negligence, after giving me the wrong pricing and for telling me it was a refill. I told her Im in the process of moving and I cant just turn around and go grab cash and I have to get the uhaul back. And tomorrow would be a better time for me.She then accuses me of theft! Wow shes the one that made the mistake of charging me the wrong price..... , but calls me a thief I cant just turn around and drop my life because of her incompetence.

The staff there are very nice and my lashes looked beautiful BUT they dont last long. They said it would last up to 2 weeks however mine only lasted 1 week and I did not mess with them. I did some research and eyelash extensions should last 6 to 8 weeks and maintenance is 3 to 4 weeks. The price wasnt worth it and they were expensive.

Staff was courteous and kind and the studio was immaculate. Sylvia was a wonderful stylist and made my lashes look awesome!

Took my daughter for her first set of lash extensions for her birthday. Neither of us was sure as to what would look clean, classy & natural. Thanks to YESI, we were able to choose what would be perfect for a teen. The staff at the front was extremely welcoming, professional & kind. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the studio. YESI did an AMAZING job. My daughter left feeling even more excited than she did when we arrived. Her lashes look very natural & classy..THANK YOU YESI!!

My lashes have never lates a week , I think you just have to take care of them the proper way n truly treat them very gently !! Great price and very happy with all the staff including the ladies at the counter !!

Had a full set applied yesterday, with Sam. I was told that the process would be so relaxing, I would be likely to fall asleep. Nothing about what happened next was relaxing. The room was very cold. I wore pants, long sleeve shirt and a sweater + a blanket the salon provided. I asked for an additional blanket and was told there weren’t any more in the room. A cold fan Sam used to dry the glue was blowing into my ear the entire time. I mentioned it was uncomfortable but she said she needed it. So I remained lying there motionless with shivers running up and down my spine.The procedure was painful the ENTIRE time. Full two hours my eyes burned and watered. I told Sam this and she flippantly brushed me off saying “Oh, your eyes are just sensitive to the fumes of the glue!” No kidding. That is a red flag and a sign to immediately switch to the glue formulated for sensitive eyes. But Sam didn’t bother. Maybe she didn’t have a better glue, which should tell you everything you need to know about this establishment.Since my eyes were in constant pain, they reflectively twitched and flinched as I was wincing in pain. Sam was getting annoyed, making irritated sounds and saying things like “Well, now you have messed up the tape!”Oh, sorry, I hope the pain that you are causing me is not too much of an inconvenience to you.She also had a runny nose and was making sniffling sounds right above my face every 30 seconds. I literally counted. I’ll let you judge how relaxing that is.The music playing in the salon and the room was inappropriate with profanities slipping through here and there.Now, onto the lashes themselves. The right eye lashes ended up looking very cute except for an obvious outlier in the inner corner, which was attached slightly above the base with a clump of milky glue clearly visible ( hope that one falls out first.) I specifically asked Sam if any glue should be visible on the lashes, to which she replied “No!” Yet there it was.The left eye lashes look like I slept on them wrong and are pointing toward the inner corner of the eye. I feel like that whole side needs to be redone, but I am so appalled by the experience, that I will absolutely not return for that.The front desk staff was very pleasant and apologetic when I mentioned some of my issues with the procedure. So, that’s nice.As a disclaimer I should mention that I took advantage of the promotional price that the salon was offering at the time. I paid $59.99 for a full set of lashes plus the smallest tip my conscience allowed me to leave. Maybe it’s a Halloween promotion, so the extra horror and suffering is a bonus, I don’t know. Today is the last day to get in on the promotion, so hurry!On a serious note though, I am an optometrist, I can tell you as a professional eye care provider that you should beware of the damage to the eye surface, that bad/incorrectly chosen glue can cause. I am lucky to have been able to treat my own eyes with prescription strength medicine right away, but I am sure many of you won’t have that option.Just in case you are wondering, I did not sign up for a membership.

Horrible job!both eyes don’t look even,missing corners.she said she is out the short one then she left them blank .i paid $85 for refill volume but not full at all.she poked my eyes many time without sorry.got lashes refill but they asked for wash my hand before they do instead wash my lashes.I don’t understand Why I have to wash my hand even through I never tough her,but she touches my face
