Sadly, the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a manicure. The first time I visited, the manager did my nails and she did an incredible job. The second time, a different girl did my nails and decided to wait until the end of my service to tell me she didn’t know how to do gel manicures. I figured that out after she restarted and prepped my nails 3 times.This has never happened to me before, so I sat through the entire service and paid in full. I wish I would have walked out, or had someone else in the salon do my service.Since the girl had prepped my nails 3 times, the drill was burning my nail bed and there almost wasn’t any nail left to work with. This made my next gel manicure at another place very painful because my nails were so thin.

I have tried different Nail places BUT this one is by far my favorite one. Stuff was super friendly and welcoming. Walk ins are welcome dont have to wait. And prices are better priced then other places I have been to.Highly recommended 👌

First time at this nail salon in Amarillo...I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and will definitely go back when in Amarillo again. The nail techs were very friendly and took time to do a great job on my manicure and pedicure. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices, and are conveniently located near I-40 and Soncy on the westside of Amarillo.

So rushed. I’ve used this place for several years but will not go back. I will have to go somewhere soon and have a new pedicure…it’s that bad. Truly think my 7 year old granddaughter would have painted my toenails better.

My daughter and I have been to many other nail salons looking for the right fit for us. I had read the reviews on pacific Nail &spa, most of them were good. So we tried them, the pedicures were AMAZING, shelly did both my daughters and my nails and she did an awesome job. Thank you we will be back!

The details look decent but after soaking my nails in the solution to get my previous nails off, the lady who did my nails ripped off every single nail I had, and didnt bother soaking them longer. she got acrylic tips and dug under my old ones and ripped all of them off. few days later the nails already were loosening off my actual nails and when I took one off cause it was hurting, half my nail came off cause they were filed so thin. another nail loosened and popped off and ripped off more than half my nail. never again

I went to get a dip manicure with tips and came out with uneven, slanted, almost see through (in some spots) colored nails. I was going in with high hopes but ended up paying $42 for something that didn’t even have a design or anything! Easily could’ve been worth $30-$35. Wont be going here again..:/

Never in my life have I paid $37 for a fill. Not only that but it’s only been 3 days and one of my nails have fallen off and another has lifted. I’ve been going to Pacific nails and spa since 2015 and as of 2021 they will not be getting any more of my money.

Travelling from out of town and I seriously needed my nails and eyebrows done. Kevin greeted me at the door and from that point on i couldnt fault the service. Kevins attention to detail and standard of perfection on both my nails and eyebrows was a 10+I would recommend anyone who wants fantastic service, professionalism and great pricing to stop by - you wont regret it!!!

Great customer service. I got the honey pedicure for $55 it was very relaxing and worth it. I got SNS nails (dipping powder) they are sturdy and I love them!!

Vicky and Kevin do amazing eyebrows. I’m sure their are others who do eyebrows at this place and do an amazing job. Just mentioning the ones I will only go to. I will literally wait months letting my eyebrows turn into caterpillars before letting anyone else touch them!!! I lived in Amarillo for 5 months and the one time I decided to go get my nails done and a pedicure was here because it was close by my apartment but let me tell you I regret it. The pedicure was AMAZING but the nail set I got was horribly embarrassing! Don’t go with the guy that works there to get your nails done YOU WILL REGRET IT , that place is a joke to get your nails done

I am visiting Amarillo from out of town and I had the absolute best nail experience !! They took their time and everyone made sure that I was welcome and not to mention my nails turned out amazing !! I only wish I could drive 5 hours all the time to have my nails done here !! Anytime I visit I will be sure to stop in and have Pacific Nails & Spa take care of me!

Vicky is always rushing and not accurate in timing for waxing eyebrows. She messed up my eyebrow because it seems she doesn’t give her customers the undivided attention they deserve to have individually and pay for. I don’t recommend her. She’s pushy and if u don’t get your nails done with her she makes u feel uncomfortable because u didn’t get them done by her. Super weird! And she goes up on her pricing randomly and doesn’t have a price listing for that reason. Money hungry, scamming and poor quality business.

First time here. I had an appointment set and Kathy was my tech. When I arrived the nail tech was not able to do what I requested she was in such a hurry to do my nails. I specifically showed my tech how I wanted my nails which the color was pink that I requested and she made my nails white. They schedule appointments 30 minutes apart which isn’t even enough time to do nails properly. Each time Kathy put my nails under the light the machine kept on turning off and she did not even pay attention to it. Kathy got upset when I asked for my nails to be long and she kept cutting them at her own interest. They do have to remember that we are the customers and we are the ones who are paying for our nails to get done a specific way , they should not argue on how we want our nails to be done. Kathy was frustrated with me because I wanted my nails long. She did a horrible job. I was charged $60 for something that was worth $30. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Always impeccable service!

Went in to get my eyebrow, lip, and chin waxed. Was greeted and seen right away. Very quick. The price was reasonable for all three. Only reason i gave 4 stars was because i noticed there were quite a few hairs left on my chin and lip. Other than that this place is great!

Excellent service during the week! I go to Kay and she is amazing and sweet every time. I would not recommend to go on a Saturday because they are usually extremely busy and agitated. I recommend them to all my friends and never go anywhere else!

If I could give no stars I would. Absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. I showed the man a picture of my nails of the design I wanted which was super simple. I just wanted a different color. He started yelling at me that I dont know my colors and that the one I picked out didnt look anything like the picture.. even after I told him I wanted a different color than the picture. He EMBARRASSED me, in front of everyone. They were all staring. It took everything I had not to just walk out. I will never EVER be back.

Its a good clean environment BUT the service was horrible. I went with my friend tonight and we were greeted by a young sweet girl but the people who actually helped us made no conversation with us. and I asked for a design on my one nail but wasnt given it. and the guy who was helping me was on his phone every few minutes with either a call or text. nor did anyone try to talk with us while we were sitting there being worked on instead they talked amongst themselves.

Pacific Nails has always done a fantastic job for me. If Im in the mood to chat, they contribute to conversation. If I just want to be quiet, they oblige. Very friendly and clean. I enjoy my visits.

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would.I had been going to this nail salon for months, when I happened to have my 6 and 9 year old daughters with me. We were all sitting at the manicure station, when I look at one of the tvs to find an X rated movie on the screen. I will definitely not go to a place that shows movies with naked people having sex especially with my children present!

Hands down best pedis in Amarillo. Techs take their time, massage has been great every time I’ve gone, I get the deluxe pedicure every time I go - which is only one step up from the basic - and it has never lasted less than an hour! Excellent pedicure. Their chairs are a little worn but still great massage chairs and they have a pillow for your low back. They also wrap a warm neck wrap around you as you’re sitting in the chair. Environment is pretty typical but they keep it very clean and tidy, and all the staff I’ve ever interacted with have been kind and professional. Great place for pedis! And bonus: they massage your neck while your toes dry!

I have been going since Feb 2017!! Each visit gets better and better!! Always have a wonderful time! I use Kathy for my nails!! She does phenomenal designs!!! Had a pedicure this week and OMG the absolute BEST pedicure I have ever had!! Ask for Nancy to do your pedicure!! She is always so bubbly and super happy!! She makes the appointment hilarious and fun!! Highly recommend!! 😉

The guy that did my nails, who I am assuming was also an owner was rude from the start to finish. I usually get dip and decided against it to try to save money and was not properly shown what to get, I dont get my nails done often, and was given a more expensive set than it would have been to get the dip anyways.

This is the best place to get your nails done come here always the staff are so nice and make it a nice relaxing experience!

My wife went in on 10/4/18 to get a nail fixed, she was reluctant because of bad experiences there in the past. The lady who helped her was really rude, so she decided not to tip her. Well after she paid with our debit card, we found out later that she added a tip any way....

I’ve been here a few times but this will be the last. I had the worse experience. I told him I like my nails thinker than normal and he was like ok he then asked me if they were thick enough and I said no and he continued to file them down more and then I told him I wanted them thick not thin and he said oh well sorry. And finished putting a clear coat on. Normally it takes 45 minutes to put a full set one and he took 1 1/2 hours on mine the whole time. Idk what his deal is but I will never return.

I got my nails done there and i picked out my colors and the first 2 colors she got was the wrong colors and she still didnt get the right color anyway after 3 days they started coming loose and now its been 5 days and 1 popped off today so i wont ever go here again i spent $50 on a set of nails that wont last but a week

The first few times I went here a while back I liked it okay, but this last time was terrible. The employees were just yelling back and forth at each other and there was no music or anything so I just had to sit there and listen to them yelling the entire time. Also they were not very nice, my friend and I would try to talk to them and they wouldnt acknowledge us at all. The lady asked if I wanted a design and I said yes but she didnt give me one. Then what really upset me is at the very end another guy that had not done my nails came up and rubbed his fingers over my nails to see if they were dry and they were not so he messed up all of my nails on one hand and just pretended like nothing happened and sent me on my way. So I left with worse looking nails then I started with and just had to redo them when I got home anyways. I will no be going here again.

I dont live in Amarillo but this place was close to the hotel I stay at when Im in town for work. I tried this salon twice giving the benefit of the doubt. The first time I should have ran out when they used the drill on my natural nails for a manicure. I stayed and just figured they knew what they were doing. I got the gel manicure and it lasted just under 2 weeks which is about right. The 2nd time I went back they used the drill again on my nails to take the gel off. Not just the top layer but all the way off. This time I had 2 nails start to peel off just after 4 days. I went in and they fixed those at no charge. Thats the last time I was there because my nails started splitting and peeling. I know its because they used the drill on my natural nail beds. My nails hurt so bad and were split so low that my normal nail salon in the town where I live, had to fill the cracks/splits with acrylic. I never do these reviews but I felt the need to warn others

The service was fast for 4 people but the results were a tad mixed. I loved my pedicure but my sisters gel nails were not great.
