My family changed dentist offices after our previous one stop accepting the insurance. We found Pleasant Valley Dental and after several visits, we really like this dentistry. My dental hygienist was Rheannon who is an absolute professional! She did an amazing job by talking me through each step; meticulously cleaning teeth; explaining reasons for issues and best practices; and polite. I actually made a review based off the experience that Rheannon created during my visit. On top of this, the women working the front desk and check out were extremely polite and helpful when handling my questions. Its hard to find a place with so many wonderful employees. Also, both of the dentists are wonderful as well...you just spend more time with the dental hygienist in my case.

Called asking if they are taking new patients, receptionist said no and hung up very rude

I used to love going here. Until the work became less reliable. Constantly returning to have the same things redone . I had severe pain almost a month after a filling. The first time I called they said they would see me that day. Told me it was normal. Pain was worse the next week. Called to be seen and was told I would need filling removed and redone. Kicker is they stopped taking my insurance and told me I would have to pay out of pocket. My fiance went and the dental assistant drilled the wrong molar. They laughed it off and said no biggie we wont bill your insurance for this one. No compassion or patient service. Just concerned about how much they can get from you until you realize their work is terrible.

My 3 year old daughter had a great first experience here due to a great hygienist named Emily. She was wonderful, she showed my daughter all the tools she was going to use and how they worked, like the “tooth tickler”. She made it fun and did an over the top job at making my daughter very comfortable. Emily defiantly deserves to be recognized for her great work ethic for the amazing job she performed for my daughters appointment

I highly recommend this place. The office is clean, the hygienists are thorough, and the dentists are friendly.

I LOVE it here! We initially came to this practice for our 3 year old daughter because our dentist didnt do pediatric. I have been terrified of the dentist my whole life and was so relieved after my appointment. I felt so comfortable there. Now Im not even nervous getting my cavities filled!

I went there for cleaning. I was taken to room to have my teeth cleaned. This was my first time having insurance in three years so this was my first cleaning in that three year time frame. I brush regularly and floss but didnt really use mouth wash. The first thing the dentist said was Oh my God, when was the last time you had a cleaning this is awful. Wow, way to make me feel terrible about my self. After the cleaning she told me I would have to see a dentist to have my gums cleaned in about a month or so. She even said If you dont want to come back here thats fine. Im sorry my teeth repulsed her that much she never wanted to see them again. I went to another dentist and they told me my teeth were fine and couldnt understand why she would act like that.The people here are just plain rude.

Hands down WORST dentist office EVER!! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, but will never come here again! I’ve gotten my teeth ‘cleaned’ by an assistant, not a hygienist, the last two times I’ve been there! My entire appointment was over in 15 minutes. All they do is polish your teeth and send you on your way! The assistants also do all of the fillings, and they’re the worst fillings I’ve ever had. Every time I try to floss it just shreds and gets stuck. I’ve gone back many times to try and get them smoothed down but they say that’s normal. It’s not!! I’ve since gone to another dentist to fix all of my problems that Pleasant Valley has caused. DO NOT GO HERE!!

My kids and I love the staff and service we get from PVD. Everyone is so friendly and thorough. They really take their time and explain everything to you. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The best dentists in the area!! Very friendly staff, hygienists and doctors. Appointments are alwasy on time when scheduled. Totally eased my fear of dentists! Through cleaning, exams and xrays. They were also able to schedule me in the next day for a dental emergency that was much appreciated. Very highly recommended!

My children have been coming here for a couple of months! The staff is amazing an Dentist well shes jus as amazing. Told my son what she was doin as she was goin an if he got scared she explained why they had to do it! This place deserves 5 stars!

Great staff, but dont expect your xrays back without jumping through hoops and downloading software you have to sign up with.
