I was super excited to get Dysport again and went to this spa because the owner is an acquaintance of mine and the prices were really low…I went and they put what they thought was necessary for my 11 lines which are strong and they knew that and obviously saw that as well…I waited and waited and day after day there was no change and I mean zero, I was texting with the owner through messenger and told her I really wantedthis done for an upcoming vacation, she said she understood and said she would get back to me with an appointment to have a touch up, day after day nothing and I kept having to reach out to her asking to get an appointment, she then wrote me saying that we should just try again after my vacation, because it was the week of Labor Day, I said (again) I wanted to have it done before, she finally gets me an appointment, they see that there are no results and they put more in and at this point I was told that this would definitely do the trick, I was charged full price for the second service, which was fine because I really wanted results. Well I went home and waited and waited again and this time I waited the full 2 weeks, just to make sure I wasn’t being unreasonable, absolutely NO CHANGE…So I try to message Pamela..I’m told she is on vacation for 2 weeks and that she left her cell phone there….At this point I have spent over $400 and nothing happened, it was a little odd, because they kept telling me how they don’t dilute it like other people do, so there stuff is stronger..Anyways, they asked me to come back for another(3rd) “touch up” and when I asked if I would be getting charged for this one she said she would talk to Pamela and she kept saying “she will be back tomorrow “ every day….it’s a 45 min trip each way to the spa also, so I just gave up…I was ripped off and whatever was injected into my face was definitely NOT Dysport…Beware

I started with Pam a couple month ago or more and love it. They so professional and the place is beautiful. Over all love the results I had lost 21lb and no extra exercise, so am thinking once i do start my work out i not only lose more but i will get tighten. This really work and am going to continue til and after my goal. Thanks Pam and her team!

What a lovely place! Went for a facial with Pamela and absolutely loved my experience. My face was glowing for days. Definitely recommend! Also, Krystal does amazing eyebrows. She did a very natural look and it was perfect.

Firstly, this spa is in a perfect location in a brand new building with wonderful amenities. When first entering the spa, it is clean and beautiful. It is filled with wonderful lighting that makes you feel as if you are in the Mediterranean. The staff is lovely and helpful and they offer a vast amount of products from skin to hair care and have many services for a new business. What a lovely place.

Everything about my facial experience was amazing! Their space is absolutely stunning and makes you feel like you’re in the middle of Greece! Pamela, a goddess of a human, made sure I was taken care of the entire time and delivered one of the best facials I’ve ever had! The front desk staff was so sweet and so personable! Tiffany is an expert on providing just the right facial for you. I’ve been getting facials for years but I’ve never received the results and glow like I did here. The products are amazing and very high end. The environment is peaceful, clean and beautiful. I definitely recommend trying them out.

Clean, beautiful, and comforting! From check in to check out, the staff welcomed me and gave me their undivided attention. During my appointment, I received a B12 shot and deep cleaning facial. Tiffany, my esthetician truly cared for my skin and offered expert advice specific to my needs! With her recommendation, I’m now using retinol three times a week and seeing dramatic results! Unlike other med spas, the team at Meraki really value their clients and never push unnecessary treatments. I’m excited to call Meraki my new home for my wellness and self care journey!

I went to an open house and had a great experience. It is a beauitfulspa. Everyone is very professional and nice. I met the doctor and he was very informative and I was very comfortable having Dysport. In fact I willbe making another appointment. I also hope to try some of their other services.

I have been looking for a final touch on the skin treatments Ive been investing in. I wanted to purchase the ZO skincare and was excited to find Meraki offered that specialized facial. Ah-mazing!
