Worst in Customer Service. I had a Spoiled Rotten gift certificate that was given to me for mothers day that I have been unable to use. The certificate included 5 different services worth $600 (in their words), but what good does do if one cannot book an appointment.I called several times to book an appointment and I was told that they are booked months in advance. I was referred back to the Marketing company which sold the certificate, called both numbers to no avail. I was told I could be booked in another location.Last week, I called and requested to speak to a manager. In my message, I made it clear that I would be complaining to the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the State. No one bothered to call me back.I have tried numerously to call the person in charge for the marketing company they use, Kelly as well as Shauna, again -- NOTHING!This company is selling these sham certificates and I am uncertain to how they continue to maintain a business.I will never use them and I would stay as far as I possibly can from this company. They need to be investigated and shut down. PERIOD.I will not stop until my voice is heard on this company.

I loved the treatment. The staff is lively and very friendly. The services were amazing, and I definitely will be back with friends
