Amazing spa! We booked massage, facial, and pedicure as a treat for our first wedding anniversary. When I called to book, they were incredibly helpful and made sure we got all of the introductory rates even though I had originally thought that wouldn’t apply to couples services. When we got there the spa was clean and beautifully decorated. It smelled of lemon and sage and was very relaxing atmosphere. We were taken to a private waiting room to fill out questionnaires about our preferences foe our services. Tea, water, and snacks were provided.The services themselves were also wonderful. The massage therapists were attentive and checked throughout that we were enjoying the experience. The facial and pedicure were also lovely and we enjoyed some good conversation with the ladies throughout. We will definitely be coming back to this spa.

Our first visit to Sufii day spa July 17, 2021. Me and Daughter were on my birthday mother daughter getaway weekend. We decided to to have a spa day and had no idea were to go. Therefore we had a chat with Google and a couple of places came up and no one caught our eye. Therefore we kept searching and came across Sufii Day Spa and we knew we had to book an appointment with them ASAP. Long story short, the quality, professionalism and communication were phenomenal. She took very good care of me and my daughter that day. She was very detailed about our skin and what we need to use on our skin to get the results that we are looking for. I am happy to say, that I will be returning to her spa again for another treatment. Thank you for your patience and kindness. Also, for making our first experience one that we will never forget.

From the moment I entered this spa, I was impressed with the ambience, the aromas and calming effect introduced to my senses. The staff is wonderful. They truly work hard to please. I enjoyed the aromatherapy massage session which melted all of the tension and muscle soreness I’ve built over the past months of constant work in front of the computer screen. You will not be disappointed with this spa experience. It’s not Hand and Stone or Massage Envy, it’s better.

I would give a 4.5, but that’s not an option. This is why:1. Vanessa is freaking AMAZING!! Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had!2. Atmosphere is lovely!3. Nice snack and drink options during your wait. And they continually ask if you want drinks throughout your time.4. Front desk was accommodating to my package questions and changes. However, I was told in the package (mother/daughter) the facial came with steam and it didn’t. The steam is my favorite part of a facial.5. My sister and her daughter was the other package deal and they didn’t get a hand/arm massage during their facial like I did in the same package.6. At the end, the owner kept popping in on our mani/pedi session speeding techs up to attend the new arrivals. We dropped $800 in just two of the three packages we purchased (not including tip) and that doesn’t include my moms package. So that was a bit of a turn off for me.I would solely return for Vanessa!!

I always am amazed at the service at Sufii. From the moment I walk in the door to the minute I leave. Everyone is very pleasant. The place is very clean. Ecstasy gave me a wonderful massage and Taylor shaped my brows. I was in a state of bliss after my service.

Never left a review before but my recent visit compelled me to. My friend and me came for a massage and facial and we are so impressed with the services we received, you can really tell how much they care about what they do, the visit felt very special after the treatments with their experienced hands transporting us to a state of pure bliss. We were in heaven. We didn’t want our treatments to end!!!! Facilities were clean and beautiful. Will recommend to all my colleagues for sure. 5 stars and above actually.

What a beautiful and peaceful place! We really enjoyed our girls morning with the most relaxing pedicures! The staff is super friendly and they did a fabulous job! Will definitely be our new go to for girls day :)

I had a prenatal massage and it was extremely relaxing, ecstasy was very professional. The only thing that I wish is that you offered a longer prenatal massage option. I will definitely be back.

Sufii is a beautiful and relaxing spa great place to escape for the day or even just for or an hour. If your going to treat yourself as we all should I suggest Sufii day spa. Also if its your first time they have an awesome intro offer where you can have and basic service they offer for on $59. With the holidays coming up husbands, dads, brothers this is a great gift idea for ladies in your life.

These guys really are the best. On this visit I had a facial and massage and both experiences were 10/10. The staff are lovely, very attentive and great at what they do. The venue itself is sparkling clean and a calm sanctuary. I’ve visited most spas in the area and this place is by far the best. Will be back :)

Everything about my visit was top-notch! I was a walk-in yet they were able to accommodate me and my special requests- that was so awesome! I used this place for the first time today and went for the deep tissue massage as I had really bad back pains- I must say this was one of the best massages I had and my back feels so much better! The massage therapist was very professional and pleasant and removed most of my knots- I was very pleased! She was really lovely and made me feel comfortable- Thank you... I came across this spa after grabbing lunch from next door earlier this week. The girls at the front desk were extremely hospitable and helpful! I scheduled an appt for Friday (yesterday). I had an amazing 90 min massage. (The extra half hour was only $30). After a long week of holiday planning and family time during a pandemic, I was in NEED of some TLC. The moment you walk in, you’re taken to a peaceful mindset. I’ll definitely be back...especially since I signed up for a membership! Thanks so much ladies! Can’t wait for my next visit.

The massage itself was wonderful and the therapist I had was insightful. The part that turned me off was that I was scheduled for an appt at 5:30p and told to arrive about 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork which I did. I was told my therapist wouldnt be ready for a while. I wasnt in a hurry and wasnt sure what a while would be so I waited. I had booked a two hour massage which apparently isnt booked often- I didnt know this. If I would have been suggested to do an hour and a half instead then I would have done that. I felt like maybe I booked wrong based off of interactions with front desk and the therapist. I was taken back for my massage at 6:10pm and my therapist asked why I was getting a massage and booked a 2 hour one. I let her know I hadnt been massaged in a long time and was very tight and wanted to have time to get to everything. I also let her know I was looking to get back into monthly massages. I was up and off the table, fully dressed by 7:42. This puts me in the room for a total of 1 hr 32 minutes. I then proceeded to check out and was charged the full amount. No apology for being taken 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time, no one going over a monthly subscription that I heard you had. Everyone was ready to home. I wasnt going to say anything and didnt want to leave this in a review, but for an upscale day spa I expected more and in the end I felt as if it was an inconvenience that I was there. Im not looking for anything out of this, but felt if someone cares about client experience then they should know.Update: Natalie reached out to me regarding this review and mentioned that someone had called and left me a voicemail at 5pm asking if I could come at 6pm. Funny I didnt receive either of those. She asked me if I would come back again. I said at this time no because I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after being there. She told me she was sorry and to have a great day. Proper customer service would be How can we fix what happened yesterday? Not Would you come back again? When I had clearly stated that I wouldnt. I wish this business best of luck and hope they use the experience to learn from it so they dont lose potential clients.

Even the bed sheets are bad quality! They dont have a bed heater, room is super cold, they took 20 minutes to start the massage and ended at the same time! Computer was broken so they were not playing any music so the silence in the room was very awkward and uncomfortable. Facial was just a lot of creams on your face , I even had to wash my face after because it was all white! They charged me 100 per service because it was a gift card even though they have signs everywhere that if it is your first time it would be $59.00. Tried talking to them about it but they were super rude!!! Never going again!

I wanted to do a romantic couples massage for my lady but it seemed everywhere I looked online, all I found were basic packages and nothing special. Sufii however had a great TWO HOUR package that you were able to have rose pedals everywhere and a beautiful ambiance to enjoy it in. Everyone we met was absolutely delightful and kind from beginning to end. We had a great time and they took great care of us.

The Best Day Spa in Town! The customer service is fantastic the minute you walk in the door, they offer you wine, water or tea and even have some snacks available too. The seating area is very relaxing with a waterfall and incense throughout the waiting room. My favorite person to get pedicures from are Martha! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about her clients. Spends extra time to make sure your nails look absolutely perfect before you head out the door. Im also very picky with my massages, and Vanessa just blew me away. She is a really fun person to talk with and made me laugh multiple times. She is very skilled in massage therapy and is not afraid to apply the pressure necessary. Within a simple 30 minute massage, my back seemed to make a full 360 from when I went in there. I have been a member since 2014 for a reason: always stellar service and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and comparable to most other businesses/memberships. The environment is very clean, and staff is very accommodating. (The therapists really helped with an injury I had. They accommodated me/crew for a bachelorette party I threw, and treated me awesome for my birthday visit!) There are multiple services to enjoy every visit. Ill give this business/team 5 stars every time.

This placing is amazing. I was gifted a 2 hour massage from a friend and decided to treat myself this weekend. I was blown away by this place, the super homey feel I got when I hit the door and it continued on the entire experience to the free wine/snacks offered. The thing that really put it over the edge is that they offered a new facial I had never heard of hydra facial, I like to try new things and do suffer from dry skin sometimes. This was the perfect counter to dry skin and i loved it. Signed up for a membership and will be back again.

My friend and I took a day trip to Orlando from Melbourne to have a girls day. Sufii had a variety of services for a fantastic price so we decided to give it a try. My friend got her first ever facial. Shes vegan and the staff was very very accommodating and sent her the list of ingredients in all the products for her to check ahead of time. Because we were coming from so far away, we wound up being quite early. When we arrived we were escorted to their Tea Lounge by a friendly receptionist, had some wine and cookies, and just relaxed in the nice atmosphere for a while. I had a mud wrap with Prissa. My skin felt soooo amazing afterward and Prissa was very sweet and did a great job creating a relaxing experience for me. Im not sure the name of my friends esthetician but she was also very impressed with her. All in all, a great deal and excellent service. Would recommend!

Unprofessional stuff, poor customer service.

I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure a couple of weeks prior to Valentines Day. I received an text to confirm the day prior to confirm which I didnt respond due to a health situation with my mom. The following day my mother had a test to determine if she had cancer because of this I forgot to reconfirm I was not going to be at the appointment. I received a call at the time of my appointment at which I explained I was in the hospital with my mom and forgot to call even thought I didnt confirm via text the day before. I was told they would speak to the manager but said I should have canceled prior. A couple minutes later I was charged the full price of the services I didnt receive. I will not do business with this salon and will let everyone I know what transpired. The following week I was sent a text to rate my experience and I again let them know what happened and never heard from back from the salon. I will continue to let my friends and family know how unfair and insensitive this salon has treated me.

Updated Post Massage: My husband and I have to say that we truly appreciated the staff for offering to make our first experience right. With that said we really enjoyed our experience this second go around and plan on returning! My husbands massage therapist was Marcela and I had Tara, who was amazing!! She really took the time to ask me questions about my knee, which I mentioned I injured YEARS ago. But it still flares up, especially if I sit too long. My husband said Marcela was great as well and was one of the better massage experiences hes had in a long time. We got both of their cards and plan on returning in April before we leave for our honeymoon. Thank you to the staff at Suffi, most companys or businesses wouldnt bother taking a customers review so seriously and go beyond out of the way to make it right.Updated: I would like to add an update that they did reach out to me and offer my husband and I a massage to come back and apologized, which I truly do appreciate that. For that I would like to up the starts originally given, because not many businesses would do something as such. Both of us look forward to our next experience and I’ll happily post another update then.The first time I went to the spa I had a great experience. My second time not so much, and sadly Ill be trying another place now. I booked a 1.5 hour massage, arrived around 25 minutes early as recommended so I could relax and drink wine before. The massage didnt start until 15 minutes late and was only an hour of hands on. After asking apparently the 1.5 hour massage is suppose to include 75 minutes of hands on. So not only did it start late, not because of me - I was told the person in the room before was taking a while to leave, but I was also shorted 15 minutes. When brought up one of the other specialists (not sure if shes a skin or massage person) said oh theyre really good about time! Like Im sure they are, but the way she said it and what she said really rubbed me the wrong way. It is what it is, but now Ill be trying another place.

Wonderful spa, the therapist were amazing.i had a hour massage and a citrus verbena body treatment. Front desk was very welcoming. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the cost of the body treatment. While enjoyable I feel overpriced. $99 because Im not a member for someone to run me with scrub then kind of get it off with a wet towel then rub lotion on was not worth it to me. But I will return!

If youre looking to unwind, relax or just treating yourself, Sufii Spa is the place to be. The manager thinks of everything to welcome you and make you feel special: red wine, fruits, teas, nuts etc., the staff is great and service is exceptional. Treat yourself, you deserve it!

My wife and I went in for massages. From the outside, the building looks like a nicer strip mall. Inside, theyve done amazing work creating a nice atmosphere thats reminiscent of old Europe.My only issue was the overwhelming incense and scented candles. Admittedly Im sensitive to that sort of thing and not exactly in the target demographic. It was tolerable, especially when we got into our room and had the oil diffuser in the room removed.Elizabeth was my masseuse. Shes got great hands, and Id definitely go to her again for deep tissue massage.

I enjoy going to places where the staff remembers my name. I have been going to Blush Day Spa now for over four years for services ranging anywhere from pedicures/manicures, deep tissue massage for sports therapy and scar tissue massage for after surgery care. Another great benefit Ive received from the experienced Blush personnel are regular, monthly cleansing facials along with the occasional microderm treatments that keep my skin fresh and looking great! The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and the free cup of tea and/or glass of wine offered before every treatment makes my experience all the more relaxing. Thanks everyone!

The place is very relaxing, the massage itself was great. The massage therapist was very nice. Would give 5 stars but one of the front desk staff was rude other than that it was a good experience. Would I go back or recommend this place no.

So I went in for a regular spa facial because my skin has been super dry but after a consultation with the Aesthetician she recommended this new treatment I have never heard of the “HydraFacial”. I wasn’t going to do it because it cost a little more then the spa facial but MAN am I glad I did. I was shocked at how amazing my skin looked and felt. It was dewy, glowing, hydrated and felt so clean and refreshed. Another PERK is that there’s no downtime. I will definitely continue with the HydraFacial it is worth every penny.

I was so pleased with the level of service I received......I booked a year contract because of it 😘😘😘😘😘♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

While the spa is beautiful, the massage was subpar. I was given a certificate for a 2 hour massage for my birthday. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 12P-2P. I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure proper start time. I arrived around 11:35 but was still not called back into my room until 12:05 and by time we began the massage it was already 12:15ish. The lady who did my massage was good, it wasnt the best but I was relaxed. Then, at 1:45 she announced the massage was over. I know that hour massages are shorten to 50 minutes for the 10 minute undressing/consultation, however starting 15 minutes late and finishing 15 minutes early is and should be unacceptable. I felt robbed of some of my massage which someone paid decent money for me to enjoy. For the price of the massage and the underwhelming experience, I wouldnt return to this spa in the future.

I’ve always struggled with skin issues/acne and have never experienced an advanced skin treatment before, until coming into Sufii and was recommended a Microdermabrasion Treatment. It’s been about 3 days after my first session, and my skin is the best it’s ever looked! My acne scarring has diminished almost entirely and the overall appearance is so bright and healthy! I was also able to purchase some of the products that was used during my treatment so that I can continue to improve my skin. The products here are also exceptional. I definitely recommend ANY advanced skin treatment to be done here at Suffi day spa. It was such a relaxing and professional experience with true results, done by an extremely knowledgeable esthetician :)
