This was my first time using Target optical to purchase contacts and glasses, I will not return. When I original bought both, at the same time, I noticed shortly after that I believed I was over charged considering what my insurance should have covered. I called and a girl told me I would receive a call back the next day with info regarding what I paid. Never got a call. Fast forward to receiving my glasses, they came in and were fitted to my face. Within two days, of only wearing them right before bed and strictly taking them off before I fall asleep, they didn’t fit my face. They were far too wide. I went in about 4 times to get them adjusted until I thought, this just isn’t working. Something is seriously wrong. I would get them adjusted and by the time I was home, they were back to being too wide. I called and explained the situation, I went in on 2/3/21 to change out the frames for other ones that would hopefully work better with my lenses.... it is now 3/9/21... I’ve been told on NUMEROUS phone calls that the turn around time is 2 weeks. I’ve been told I’d receive a call back regarding my order, to never hear from them.. so I would call.. only to hear “they’re coming in soon. There was a glitch in the system we had to put your order in a different system we use” or “they’ll be here in the next couple of days. There was a glitch with our system that week when we put your order in there”.... it’s been a horrible battle and I would not recommend this optical at Altamonte. Still waiting for my glasses to come in though... while I can’t wear the first and current pair that I paid for 👍🏼

The optical team from the doctor to the manager all have a patient first mentality. It was a pleasure doing business with them. You dont feel like another number or payday. They all took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. I will be back.

Doctor Vu was very professional and thorough with my eye exam and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend her to friends and family for their routine eye exams! The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful in picking out my new frames. Thank you JoAnne for all your help!

Honesty, not sure I’ll be back. I really liked Dr.Nguyen she was able to answer all my questions without rushing me or making me feel pressured about anything.The rest of staff at the optical is very nice and are just doing their jobs but the service was not what I expected for being a “Target” Optical (if that makes sense).I called in a couple times with either questions, concerns, and comments and would always be rushed off the phone or told to just come in person or that I would received a call back and would never get a call back. In person, when I’d ask one person a question they’d just ask someone else...? It’s like nobody ever had an actual correct response to anything.Let’s just say a month and a half later I’m finally getting my correct contact lenses order placed...while relived that it’s all finally worked out and I’ll be getting them soon—disappointed it took soooo long.

It was my first time here earlier this month and no regrets from me! They are extremely nice and professional! They are great with follow up as well and being flexible with your schedule. I would recommend to anyone in the Orlando area.

This was my first time going to Target Optical and I had an awesome experience! Jeff helped me pick out my frames and Dr. Love was amazing! The entire staff was friendly and it was just all around a great experience. Not to mention great prices!

Went in for an eye exam for glasses. The staff and the experience as a whole was phenomenal! Had a great time talking to the staff and doctor, and overall process was nice and easy. Ended up getting some new Oakley glasses. Thank yall.

Started going to Target about 2 yrs ago in Oviedo. Dr. was very good, but still unable to see the computer or read small prints well. I went to my ophthalmologist for my annual check-up and this time got glasses. She also did not get my prescription right and I still could not see the computer well or read small print. So for my second visit to Target and to try to find a Dr that listened to me, I went to the Altamonte Springs Target due to a move to Apopka. Well, let me tell you Dr. Wu, she rocks! She listened to exactly what I was telling her and put different lens together and had me try to read different sizes of print. I was happy, but not expecting much when I got the glasses. Boy, was I wrong! I could actually see the print on the PC, i could read instructions that came with medicine and other products (most of them anyway). A whole new world opened up for me! Thank you Dr. Vu! Also they have an overly helpful, but kind staff there too!

I called on a Saturday morning and was told I could be taken immediately. When I arrived, I was seen very quickly and fitted for contact lenses. This was a life saver since I was travelling and my contact tore in half. The employees and dr were both very nice and helpful!

Everyone was great. Awesome customer service and care! Reasonable prices and a good selection of frames.

I went to Target Optical to have an eye exam for contact lenses and eyeglasses. Dr. Vu was very attentive and patient, making sure to get my prescription right. My experience with other optometrists have not been anywhere near the level of quality and care. I was very happy when she got it right the first time and would highly recommend Dr. Vu. Then when I had to come back after breaking my frames, the technician was able to fix them immediately. To say the least, I was very impressed and happy!

I returned my glasses the same day because the quality was so poor, I couldnt see anything. They received my glasses and promised to reimburse me, but that never happened.

First time going to Target Optical and was pleasantly suprised at the great service! Thank you =)

Usually Im really skittish of going to the eye doctors but Dr. Vu was very professional ease my worries. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vu .
