If I could leave negative reviews on this place I would. After many discrepancies over the bill, they refused to send me a breakdown of the costs and then sent the rest of my bill to collections. They then refused to call me back about my account for around an entire year. I spent months calling and leaving voicemails trying to get in touch with someone to work out payment. Once I did get a call back they did nothing but lie and make up things that never happened. Worst experience that I have EVER had dealing with anyone in the medical profession. The entire entire experience was very unprofessional and the staff were very rude. Please do yourself a favor and never ever deal with this office. Save yourself the trouble and find a different office. Complete and utter scam artists and I have been made aware that this is not an isolated case, they have done this to many patients.

Fraud.Fraud.Fraud. I was supposed to 1346.84 dollars. I set up monthly payment. They charged me $300 on sept, oct, nov,dec,jan which makes 1500 and credit back 153.16 on Feb 2021 and they charged 300 dollars in February. No refund yet. Insurance and Billing deparment is useless. Dont pay any dollars up front.

This place is a scam, along with all the other “ENT Institute” places listed on google. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOTTED!!!! I made an appointment to see an ENT, and after waiting for almost an hour, there was NO ENT in the office. I REPEAT- THERE IS NO DOCTOR IN THE OFFICE. These guys are marketing pros, not doctors. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The staff did a great job. They were friendly and efficient. The facility is clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend them and if I need anything else in the future I would go back.

I had tubes put in my ears this morning. The team is engaging, thorough and genuinely interested in the well-being of the patient. Would not have changed anything about the experience from arrival through departure. Thank you to all I interacted with!!

Right on time. Pre op nurse, Paula, very informative, very professional. The only thing I would say was the dismissal. When I woke up, the lady that was there was not very informative and I dont really feel like I was ready to go. I felt like I was kind of rushed out the door. Everything else was good

Dr. French was pleasant and very thorough with my care. He took the time to explain different options. Additionally, I like that they have an electronic check in process. It is nice to not have to fill out so much paperwork, with their automated process. Quality care, pleasant staff and great check in.

My ballon procedure went very well today. Im already breathing better and the doctor called me at my home number to ask how I was feeling/doing? That right there is five star service!Dr. Edwards even said a pray with me before the surgery!! Just love it that he cared so much!!SincerelyCynthia Van Horn

Horrible service. 2 patients left because after almost 2 hours, no one ever came out to get them. Very sketchy office. Also, horrible at billing. NEVER received a bill from them, until it showed up via a collections agency. Im on top of our bills. Never miss a payment. I had NEVER received a bill from them. Then I call the collections agency and they give me 3 different names for the same doctors office. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.The Sinus Surgery didnt help anything, it just worsen my situation and left me with a big bill to pay.The back-end office staff is horrible and really rude. The one lady hung the phone up on me twice. Dont fall for this scam!!!!

I was referred here by Piedmont Urgent Care after getting 10 sinus infections and 3 cases of strep throat in this year.Ive been to both the Buckhead location and the Alpharetta location and theyre both very well-kept and I had no issues with the staff. Theyve kept me up-to-date on discussions with my insurance as well as trying to fit me in as soon as possible. I ended up needing a tonsillectomy and sinus surgery and Im happy with how it turned out. Im looking forward to a healthy year.

Had a tonsillectomy and sinus correction. They first billed my insurance $100,000 then told me I was only on the hook for $1150. Made the payment schedule and paid up only to have a bill for another $200 and 3 $15 rebilling fees charged to me when they didnt take money from me in April. I recommend another surgery center and also not ENT Institute.

Dr. Flexon was great, along with the procedure. They have the worst billing practice you could you can ever deal with. Katie will laugh at you on the phone when you are trying to get the bill straitened out. Will never use the Alpharetta Surgery Center for procedure again.

Horrible experience dealing with this facility, my 6yr old daughter had her tonsil remove January 2016, I was told that my insurance would cover the surgery when we went to pre qualify and I would be responsible for facilty fee. After a year got 1 bill from them and was shock they were out of network, tried to get to the bottom of the situation Customer service very nasty attitude..my original bill was $19,153 then within a month it was turn over to their delinquency dept for addition $6,000 when my insurance paid their portion and I made payments. Recently received an additional bill $4000 for anesthesia that the insurance is trying to get them to clarify cause it look like my daughter were in surgery for 6hour..was in at 7am out on my way home by 9:30am..........PPL BE AWARE..

Billing with this ENT is a NIGHTMARE!! They got a new billing system and are now sending patients to collections for bills that have been paid! Been round and round with their billing dept to no avail! No one will return phone calls, no final bills ever received. Theyve lost two of my payments. This practice is not worth the nightmare of a hassle. Lots and lots of other ENTs out there who have their stuff together!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a medical practice. In time, ENT will learn that we are not only patients, but customers and as customers, we have other choices. I regret the day I ever used this practice. It is a shame since the audiologist is the only bright spot in the operation. Unfortunately, she does not have anything to do with customer service.

I was reading some of these bad experience comments, and its so unfortunate anyone hasnt had the best experience as I always have had.. Ive been going to Dr. Beaty for years and have only had a WONDERFUL experience, every single time. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and very professional. They always meet all my expectations. They are helpful and supportive. Especially if digression is appropriate. I will continue going to Milton Hall until they no longer are in buisness. Bad service. Annoying and unprofessional personnel. I came for a visit but then was solicited on the spot to do a plastic surgery on my neck. I denied and later on I found out they tried to charge my insurance for the surgery that has never even happened. They work under the name of ENT Institute but do business as Milton Plastic Surgery. Pure fraud.

Procedure room was filthy. Multiple patients in the same room. Billed in triple. Sent to collections - twice - even after insurance paid and I paid copays.Complete charlatans.

Had surgery in January. Got a random bill from then in June. Had to call ENT and surgery center for months without anyone ever getting back to me. November, I get a phone call saying my bill is going to collections unless I call them back but they leave me with a bogus number.
